Very poor tracking updates; this does not give very accurate information on where my parcel is.

Was given 3 to 5 days as projected delivery time to address in Philippines.It took 6 days to get to Philippines. So as of today, 7 days after collection, still not out for delivery or even at delivery depot. Am disappointed with service so far and hope my parcel can be delivered in next couple of days.

The wrong collection dates were given to me, then they were cancelled, then the driver arrived anyway, then another driver arrived a few days later for the same parcel which had already gone.... the customer service person had no idea what was going on, they were actually talking to me and booking a Monday collection when a ParcelForce driver arrived to collect the same parcel! What a mess.

I needed to urgently send a valued parcel to Germany. The service allowed me to get a quotation from different companies. I went for Parcel Force. I was able to insure my parcel and arrange for collection on this same day. Is it brilliant?! I was able to track parcel thought its journey.
Delivery time took 4 working days. I will definitely use that service again.

If everything goes smoothly with this company then it is fine. If something goes wrong then the communication method - i.e. online chat is not adequate. I have had a couple of times when the person supposed to be chatting has just stopped communicating, usually because they appear poorly trained & dont know what to say so they just go away. Frustrating to say the least. A phone number please!!

Ive sent three parcel in Italy with parcelmonkey.co.uk + parcelforce to the same destination address. One parcel is arrived without problem, the other two delivered in UK because of an address routing error (!?!?). - cheap: i had to pay twice to return the packages to the sender. - parcel: the two packages returned damaged and part of the content lost. - delivery: sure, one of three arrives! As a matter of fact these bunch of monkeys stole £80 to return my goods damaged. "Cheap parcel delivery", is it a joke?

Took my parcel to a DPD drop off point and found they had no tracker barcodes so couldnt take the package. Contacted Pacelmonkey and they had no way of solving it. Im still waiting to hear back despite getting fed up and taking it to another drop off point at my inconvenience (no car, unfortunately). Will use MyHermes whenever possible.

Fantastic service from start to finish ! Very easy to set up ... Collected my parcel the next day and delivered it to me the next day .... Fab service and would definitely use again.

The driver came at 9am and I had the parcel collected from work. I asked the driver to wait 5 mins so I can wrap it up as I hadnt had chance the night before. He said no he didnt have time and would come the next day and he never showed. Very unhappy with the so called service. Waste of money had to call another courier

Found the search page slightly irritating in as much as 23 choices available, but only four were shown, the one that I provisionally chose, wasnt even shown on the day I needed it! However a more expensive option performed like clockwork, certainly beats struggling with bulky parcels. Will use again.

Parcel was delivered 9 working days late which evidently is perfectly acceptable in their terms and conditions and therefore no refund of costs. Do not use - use Collectplus instead - on time and better value for money.

I didnt receive the parcel yet because they believe that there is important stuff inside and is still undergoing checks..in the meantime I get all kind of calls asking me whats inside, and after telling them is still not clear if I will get my parcel

This is an excellent finder and easy to book carrier service, much cheaper than going direct. It works well but you must go to them for tracking and delays. They do help quickly with problems, but the carriers take their time.

Parcel sent to Japanese address - the form was very unclear as Japanese addresses follow a different format. (I cannot be the only person to send parcels to Japan). It took an unusually long route. I then opened a support ticked to advise the full address (in Japanese and English), but it still took three more WORKING days to find the recipient - and HE HAD TO ARRANGE COLLECTION OF HIS PARCEL HIMSELF. Parcel was collected on 29 January, was collected by the recipient (not delivered to) on 10 February.

They sent me the wrong label, then lost my parcel. They then sent me 6 messages saying they apologise my parcel has been damaged, they are sending it back to me and refunding the delivery charge. No compensation. When I complained it turned out the messages were sent to me by mistake, some other unfortunate persons parcel is damaged. Eventually they located mine, still at the drop off point waiting to be picked up. Clowns. All of them!

Its not the first time I have used Parcel Monkey and I can honestly say that I am very happy with the service provided. No fuss, parcel picked as agreed day and then delivered in Spain a day earlier than expected. Brilliant!
