Price and collection were excellent, unfortunately it arrived in two pieces as the delivery driver tried to open the door whilst holding the parcel and dropped it. Luckily nothing was damaged or missing.

The process was easy but I paid for next day delivery with Parcelforce 24. Parcel was delivered 3 days later.

I needed to get a bulky parcel to my daughter-in-law in Sweden, local Post Office quoted me £41 minimum by Parcelforce International. So I tried Parcel Monkey instead - got an 3/4 good alternative quotes, went for one at £21 (ironically from Parcelforce!). Parcel picked up from home Monday morning, delivered in Sweden Friday morning, progress easy to track at each stage. Faultless, would strongly recommend.

Very comprehensive user interface, several options to choose from to suit every requirement (delivery time, price comparison, drop off or collection service). On time delivery.

No pick up. Still none a week later. Delivery company have no record of pick up but do have a delivery, so DPD useless too. The online service is pointless.

I use DPD drop off service via Parcel Monkey and it can be hit and miss - one drop off point ran out of receipts and said can i come back next week! - the next drop off point was 5 miles away.There are not that many close by it seems
I saved a fiver on Royal Mail but spent that running around - so Id say put Parcel Monkey in your armoury and compare not just cost but convenience and time

I have used Parcel Monkey a few times when I have sold items on EBay. I found them very good value and easy to use. But I had to send an item to Hong Kong and I selected DPD as I felt they would be the most reliable. My item was fully insured but the experience at the HK end is still going on. A nightmare. I appreciate this is not Parcel Monkeys fault but DPDs as they are the ones who select the carrier in HK. I will use Parcel Monkey again but I will not choose DPD as my courier.

Returning a water heater to a supplier, packed securely with all original and intact manufacturers packing. Arrived with package crushed and torn. Despite the fact that I produced photographs, taken from 4 angles, of the package, before it left me, they refused to compensate me for their careless and ruthless handling. No telephone number available to contact these people, just numerous emails, with denial of responsibility.

After my recent experience sending things to the Netherlands with another carrier this experience was superb! The price and performance of Parcel Money is, as far as I know second to none. I even tried to use the website of carrier provided by Parcel Money and could not get the same deal. Parcel Monkey is now my go to carrier.

I paid for a two day service and a courier collected my parcel on time. However, the tracking information was useless and just said "on its way" without telling me where it was, the parcel is currently 4 days late and is now extremely inconveniently late, and I am still awaiting an email from Parcel Monkey to give me the information I need to be able to call them to cancel the delivery and find out whats going on. Not impressed!

Worked well, can print out labels and parcel force come next morning. Delivery always seem to happen as they should. I tend to stick to parcel face though even though its a couple of pounds more. Good service.

Everything was ok and I would have given 5 star only if my parcel would have reached the destination. It was expected to reach India on 13th Feb and was a valentine gift. Today 12th Feb... The parcel has not left UK and the fact they dont know where it is.... All my surprise plans shattered.... Not trust worthy at all.... Not sure if it has happened only to me.... Mayb I am the unlucky one.... But its my experience with ParcelMonkey.... Dont think will use it ever again...

This is the first time I have used Parcel Monkey and I was really impressed with the service. I booked a delivery late in the evening and I was able to book a collection for the following day. I chose Parcelforce 24 and they collected from my house and delivered (the very large, bulky box) to the delivery address on time and at a very reasonable price. It was a smooth transaction and I could check online that the parcel had been delivered and signed for. I am very confident that I will use Parcel Monkey again in the near future.

Damaged item delivered via Parcel Force. I witnessed the driver throw the parcel into the back of his lorry, even though it was clearly labelled FRAGILE. Even so the parcel was wrapped so well that only some serious force could damage it and only an ***** could not see the fragile labels. Wont be using again and a week on, still yet to hear back about the damaged parcel.

I sent a parcel before Christmas, a MacBook Pro, another laptop and clothes paid the upmost insurance cost. The tracking said it was behind held in the uk depot, which I obviously assumed it was being held because of the Christmas post as anyone would. I contacted dpd to track it, then a few days after the scheduled date I rang parcel monkey, they declared the parcel lost and because I contacted them more than 5 days after the scheduled date They refused to pay out after weeks of fighting. I have spent a lot of money via business postage with this company and they just cut you off and refuse to help!!

I booked this service after originally going with a competitor who were a lot cheaper but they messed up, so I turned to parcel monkey who saved the day it was easy to do, so many different choices available, you really do get what you pay for, I will definitely be using them again.

Organising the whole parcel pick-up was fine, but the time frame for that was a whole day, so it was impossible to go out in case I missed them! Plus, there was no text message prior to pick-up giving some time to make sure I could be in at the right time, unlike other delivery and pick-up services.

On the 2nd of February 2016 Ive tried to book a delivery, after filling all the on-line forms and paid ( £21.58) not a single email was sent to me as an invoice,parcel manifest, transfer number or labels for the Parcel. I tried endless times to get some information since it was my first and last time with these Parcel Monkeys. No phone numbers, the web page has a contact us now that doesnt work....the client log in is a complete joke because Id registered and tried to retrieve my password in order to check my parcel shipment...and *zero!! I will not recommend these company for multiple reasons,starting on their contact service/client service,waste of time and money. And 7 days later I got an email asking me...how did we do??? Cheeky Monkeys!!
