Said the parcel would be delivered between 1-2 days. Posted Tuesday.... Not delivered until the following Tuesday. Parcel monkey is a great site, Im just not using DPD again.

They shouldnt give a time gap for collection so that you can do other things, when they dont actually stick to it at all

I use Parcel Monkey for my business. It is cheap and reliable. I dont use any other courier service anymore as this one is the best Ive found.

Tried to send the same parcel twice with Parcel Monkey, they have had the parcel for a combined total of 9 weeks and both time tell me the courier has sent it to the wrong country and they need to send it back to me first to resend again. Cant just correct their own mistake. Dont waste your time or effort with them...

We sent 6 boxes to Portugal. One made it the rest have been lost in the uk and no one will take responsibility for them or help recover them.

I put the order in about 10pm, it was collected about the next day and I was updated daily about the whereabouts of my parcel and it arrived in France 2 days later as promised. I could not have asked for a better service and all for a great price.

Use parcel monkey for any items I might need to send to ebayers or returns. A little tricky to use sometimes but the prices are great and the aftercare is good if you need some help.

Automatic email promised action within 30 minutes to assign a courier but nothing ever happened. Support email the following day not answered. Overall experience far more uncertain than it should have been.

Delivery was not on time despite paying for 48 hour service which was not cheap for a heavy parcel! Contacted them and nothing was done and was told I would be contacted back but heard nothing at all!

The arrangements in the UK were fine, pick-up was good, but the French side left the parcel in a depot in the nearest town - they didnt deliver to the house.....

Perhaps this company worked at some point but it does not anymore. Ordered a fairly expensive and heavy collection for the next day, no one turned up to pick it up, no contact number only online chat where no one can actually help other then to re-book for another day or refund. I opted to refund as I couldnt chance it not being collected again (as many people complain of!) so I ended up paying almost £100 to send via special delivery instead. Over a week later and still no refunded. Contacted today they said they will refund it eventually. Gee THANKS! When you get a spare second that would be great!

An absolut farce. Useless. Im sure if it all goes smoothly theyre a good middle man to have, but when it goes wrong they dont want to help, lie to you and then fail to take responsibility. My parcel was lost, then found, then lost, then told it would be returned to me, then delivered to delivery address after strict instructions not to, they refused to sign for it, delivery man left it there anyway, Parcel Monkey said that it wasnt their problem and I should pay for it to be sent back to myself. They didnt offer to help. They havent compensated me for a delivery that was 2 weeks late or for a parcel that is now lost, even though I paid for extra insurance. I was told to send a letter in writing. I did, via recorded delivery, no response except "we cant confirm we received it or not" when there was proof they had. I contacted the ombudsman and they failed to respond to them too! Useless, just go directly to a courier, parcel force often have discount codes, use them instead.

I specifically ordered a courier service through Parcel Monkey that said I didnt need to print a label. Dropped parcel off at my mums to be collected. When I get to work I get an email saying here is your label and that it HAS to be put on the parcel! So I use printer at work and have to leave work to go all the way back to my mums with this label. The guy who picked it up then said he has his own label and says it would have been fine anyway! Ridiculous waste of my time through poor communication.

For the second time my parcels have not been collected using DX Next Day service causing my companys reputation to be questioned. The first time the courier could not find the delivery address, easily found by the Post Office. The second time it would seem they couldnt find the collection address! This is totally unacceptable and Live Chat, while being helpful, could not give a reason. They had automatically re-scheduled for the following day which was no good for me, but they confirmed cancellation and full refund. I copied the Live Chat content and saved it away in case the refund is delayed.
