To send a set of cheap golf clubs to Spain we took the risk of no insurance. After all, £21 postage each set is cheap as chips. They got there fine and undamaged and in the time they said. Simply could not fault the service. So easy and excellent value. Thank you

Was confused as to all the choices for my parcels from eBay sales. Parcelmonkey give you all the choices allowing me to compare insurances as well as prices. The prices offered were better than going direct to Parcelforce which I eventually chose. Great service. Booked it at 9.30 am - they collected it at 12 noon the same day. Brilliant.

Every experience Ive had with Parcel Monkey over the last four and a half years of sending parcels to my family in Australia has been excellent. Every box I have sent has arrived within the time specified ie 3-5 days - amazing.

My item was collected by the appointed carrier and delivered within the stated time, and with no damage....cheaper this way directly through the same courier

I sent a parcel from Glasgow to Athens. It cost exactly half the price quoted by the Post Office yet had collection from home on Wednesday morning and arrived in perfect condition the following Monday. It was so easy to book. I will definitely use for future parcels!

Iv used parcel monkey a few times now. All parcel shipped have been to different countries. There prices are very good and they get to where they need to fast with tracking all the way. Very happy

I have used parcel monkey before to get a parcel to India for business which was at a reasonable price and got there within the allocated time with no problems. So I decided to use them to get a parcel to my Mum in St Vincent to send her tassimo coffee pods. I found a good price and delivery within 3-4 days. However, it was not the journey out but arriving in St Vincent that was the problems. DHL called my mother to pick up her parcel! I paid for a delivery service to the door as my mother is 80! They also made her pay customs of just over EC$26 to get the parcel as well as proving who she was. I am annoyed because it was not a commercial package and only a £20GP value and classed as a gift so I am not sure where it went wrong. I am not necessarily blaming Parcel Monkey but their partner DHL as I have used UPS before and it has been delivered right to her door with no problems! Parcel Monkey is easy and convenient to use and I will not let this experience stop me from using them for business or personal again.

I ordered a 48 delivery with parcel force which took 6 days to arrive. A little more info on the parcel monkey website as to collection/delivery timings would be more helpful. Parcel was delivered I damaged and left with a neighbour which was helpful as it meant I didnt need to drive to any collection point to pick it up. Over all happy with the service ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

3 missed collections. So after a lot of wasted time decided to take the parcels down to the local parcelforce myself. Cost three days waiting in and a refund to a angry customer waiting a long time for a parcel never collected. Will be using elsewhere from now on!

Booked the parcel via parcel monkey for parcel force to the USA Booked on the Monday for collection on the Wednesday Waited all day no collection Couldnt find how to get help from parcel monkey, so phoned parcel force to be told it was missed off the drivers list! They collected next day, but it missed the deadline of where it had to go, no apologies, no refunds. I paid for a 2 day delivery but didnt get it because nobody bothered to collect the package. No check off parcel monkey to see if the parcel had been collected or to inform me what was happening.

The delivery time frames are advised by the courier and listed next to the service but not guaranteed. Very good simply because they beat others on price.
One criticism - they try to sell insurance on top of the original quoted price. Unnecessary as the product (such as DPD classic) already comes with liability insurance. Quite misleading.

It was collected between 9 - 10 on 14th then seemed to sit in "collection" for ages then was delivered on 16th at around 2pm. If theyd advertised "collection 14th and delivery on 16th", theyd have received a 5-star rating.

Overall im very happy with parcel monkey. They collect on time and shipped within the time frame specified. I liked how I could track and know where the parcel was. Unfortunately in this particular shipment there was a framed photo picture frame which was very well wrapped and boxed, it was delivered broken. I understand that this cant always be the fault of the courier, with fragile written all over it I believed it could have been better handled by all that held it but putting that aside I would defiantly use parcel monkey again. Cost wise - on point!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I having been using Parcel Monkey for business purposes, but am forced to change. Their customer service is shocking. Just one of the issues that occurred recently is that ParcelForce lost a parcel. It should have been delivered on the 26th of Feb, but didnt turn up. From my perspective, these things happen. That is what insurance is for and why I pay extra for insurance on Parcel Monkey. As Parcel Monkey require any communication to occur through them surrounding a claim/lost item, I started the process of trying to claim through them the week after. After over 20 emails, I have got no where. In desperation, I tried to submit a claim through Parcel Force, but it was rejected as Parcel Monkey had to submit the claim rather than me. Parcel Force admitted that the parcel had been lost and are waiting on Parcel Monkey to claim. It seems simple: Parcel Force acknowledge that the item has been lost, so there is no dispute over this and I should, therefore, receive a reimbursement. I have been in correspondence with Chelsie from Parcel Monkey who has been taking tips on customer service by watching Basil Fawlty from Fawlty Towers. As at 21st of March, Parcel Monkey have done absolutely nothing. No refund, no progress. I would not recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone because when an issue arises, then that insurance that you paid for on Parcel Monkey is completely wasted.

I used your service and nobody turned up to another courier and drop it off. Not only that, knowone has even been in touch with me either! Id like a refund of £12.18 back in my account... This in return made me loose out on a very special and good win on eBay. So cheers for that!
