This was my first time using Parcel Monkey and I was totally satisfied. Ive been kept informed all the way throughout, from the order to the collection time (which impressively enough was the next morning even though I booked the collection quite late at night). And as I was being informed, Ive always been given the opportunity to change the collection date via a simple text message. The delivery itself went quite smoothly: the driver/collector agent was on time and pleasant enough, the 2 parcels arrived when they said it would (if not before) and all for what Im sure was much less than what I would have been charged by the Post Office Parcel Force (but I maybe I have DPD to thank for this). I would definitely use again and would definitely recommend to friends and colleagues. Keep up with those standards Parcel Monkey!

Perfect to a tee the only thing could be better is if your couriers could provide a more detailed timeslot rather than a particular day, sometimes a day waiting in just does not suit if you have work Commitments, but this is out of parcel monkeys control, it is the couriers need to work on this I.e 8am-1pm and 1pm-6pm would work much better

I used Parcel Monkey to organise a next day delivery and found the service to be excellent. There are some aspects that are now 100% clear but I guess that was because it was my first use. Having said this I would use again without reservation. I used Hermes previously but found the service slow. This broker system (Parcel Monkey) makes it a pleasure and I was able to obtain next day service at a reasonable price.

Being an online retailer, we send small parcels all over the world. In the past we have used Parcel force, Fed Ex and other service providers directly, but to send single boxes has been really expensive increasing the overall amount our customers have to pay to get our goods, making it difficult for us to compete with their local suppliers.
Whilst we were initially sceptical about using Parcel Monkey, as it seemed to be the same service at a fraction of the cost, we decided that the cost saving was worth what we thought was the risk. It turned out that we had nothing to worry about. We have reduced the cost of shipping items abroad substantially whilst maintaining the same level of service as before - this is due to the fact that through Parcel Monkey we seem to be using the same freight providers.
All in all it has been a great find for us and we will continue to use this service.

Not a good service at all, no tracking information available and delivered to the wrong address in another country. Only realised when the recipient called. Even thought its sat there they wont arrange for it to be collected. Will not be using again

Parcel Monkey provided a good service. A good comparison of companies and rates. My only problem was knowing what exactly to do with the labels I printed. Obviously one goes on the parcel, but is the other a receipt or do I need to do something else with it? Instructions on the labels would be very helpful for somebody like me who only sends the occasional parcel.
