Very keen price compared to other carriers, how ever the carrier on this occasion Parcel Force booked on the Monday, received on the Friday.

17 hours to get a follow up email after booking with the label details? Fortunately the courier had not collected so I had time to print otherwise it would have gone with the correct labelling! Ridiculous

Shipped a parcel to Bulgaria with them fine, we then sent another to the same address which they were then unable to deliver. spent ages trying to resolve matter but they could not give us a valid reason for non delivery. Our customer waited 4 months for this! then had the cheek to offer us half the money back and also charged us to send the parcel back to us. We then sent parcel with another courier and low and behold he received it within a week. Appalling from beginning to end and not bothered at trying to resolve matter and keep their customers happy, the Manager was useless too! Very disappointing. Still not had a refund 4 months later .......

I have used them a few times,the couriers were very prompt and my item arrived in some cases earlier than expected! Very happy!

This is the 2nd time I have used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel to USA,
On both occasions the parcel was collected from my home on the stated day and delivered in USA 3 days later. Excellent service.

Needed a next day service so selected Parcel Force 24h. They didnt even notify the local collecting office to collect for 48 hours. Wasted hours trying to locate parcel, via both parcel force and parcel monkey. Very difficult to deal with the latter didnt even both to follow up the urgent request for support. Worth paying extra for UPS next time.

Booked parcel collection on 14th June, its now Monday 20th and still no collection. Spoke with them 3 times and they rebooked 3 times and still no collection. Absolute JOKE

I went onto parcel force and they said my parcel was too large and would cost £50 - went onto monkey and for £15 two day del inc pick up signed for -- bargain
best bit was parcel force came for the item and delivered it - on behalf of monkey

I confirmed my arrangements online to send a package to Austria at 11.45 pm on Sunday evening, fully expecting the next day service to roll over to Tuesday. Despite this my parcel was collected by 11 am the following morning and delivered to my cousin in a small mountain village 4 days later.
Parcel Monkey kept me informed throughout the process. I am a very satisfied customer.

Negative: I know furniture was amongst items excluded from guarantee in case of loss or damage, but I was not expecting these to arrive completely broken. For this to happen given the packaging they were wrapped in, I can only think of a treatment that is similar to thrown luggage at the airport. Also, a simple SMS would have been good to acknowledge the order, confirm the collection date and provide a time slot for delivery/collection. There was a bit of uncertainty till the last minute. Positive: On the plus side, otherwise, delivery and collection were arranged on the same day, and I was quite surprised to note that ParcelForce had arranged themselves to make this happen in one shot. The driver was very helpful and carried the items where they were needed.

I should have been informed that Parcel Monkey does not package. My item was refused by parcel monkey pick up person . So I guess I ended up spending my hard earned money for a service that was never been delivered.
