Commercial invoices and other documents for an international parcel came in a format that would not print. This was a serious problem. In the end I had to print a screen shot of the document and hopefully that will satisfy customs. I wouldnt use PM again because of this.

Cheaper than any other parcel couriers I found. Paper work easy and parcel delivered in good time. Value for money.

I used to think parcel monkey were a great way to send parcels abroad as I had already sent 2 parcels over the past two years. Everything had gone smoothly and my parcels were delivered to their destination without a hitch. Or so I thought! I recently tried using them again to post a third parcel and on logon I got an on-screen message saying: "Account On Hold Unfortunately your account has been placed on hold. Please contact us for more information." So I contacted them which raised a ticket. After it took them 8 days to come up with a proper response, this is what they came back with: "Dear Sir/Madam, I do apologise for the delay Regrettably we have had to close your account due to heavy losses on the Carrier shipments youve been sending. We appreciate that you have not been mis-declaring the size and weight of your items, but the local depot has taken the decision to surcharge all of your items due to their size and the volume you are putting through. This has resulted in us incurring heavy losses and has left us with no other option than to cease to accept further bookings Please accept my apology for this situation, unfortunately the decision to surcharge your items at Carrier is out of our hands. Kind regards, Jason" This is completely ridiculous! They are effectively saying that because they chose to pay a surcharge to the carrier, which they shouldnt have to, my account would need to be closed! How about they point out to the carrier that they must honour their quote and not pay a penny more than that? I am offended that they would choose to inconvenience their customer AND incur "heavy losses" rather than dispute the additional charges. By the way, I had not been informed of any of this. It was only AFTER they closed my account that they said "oh yeah, heavy losses, had to close account, sorry." Well, sorry parcel monkey but Im not sorry. You should know to defend yours and your customers rights, plus to keep customers informed and appreciated.

Easy to use, very efficient, lots of options. Opens up a lot of possibilities on future trips! Will definitely use again! Loved being able to drop off at Post Office or to have the parcel collected!

Came on time, within the 1-hour slot that was projected - great collector - didnt mind 2 flights of stairs ... boxes were delivered within 2/3 days to a remote part of Ireland as required

Never had anything but a positive experience using ParcelMonkey. Their web interface is fast, simple and intuitive - even on a mobile phone - making getting a quote and arranging a collection childs play. On the odd couple of occasions Ive had issues with the courier collecting, ParcelMonkeys online help staff have been polite, courteous and solved any issues quickly and to my satisfaction. Given the grief I have had using certain other delivery companies who shall remain nameless, its refreshing to be able to have ParcelMonkey handle any issues and queries on your behalf, so you dont have to spend half an hour on hold to a call centre. Top company and will continue to use.

Managed to get a very cheap delivery quote for Parcelforce through this site - cost was £35 but on their own website Parcelforce would have wanted £48!!! It all went smoothly, item picked up and delivered well by Parcelforce. Cant fault them, will use again

I have wasted thousands of pounds over the years sending things by mail, especially when using signed-for services.
One parcel was 30 kg and was picked up from my parents address in the UK and delivered to Denmark, with signatures needed all the way, for only 17 pounds.. it arrived 2 days later.
An incredible website and highly recommended.

After my parcel was sent to the wrong address, not even the same county. All I have received is copy and paste replies about looking into the situation. At nearly 2 weeks I am still waiting. No reply, no acceptance, no service. Customer service is a inconvenience for them. Dont bother, they are shockingly awful.

I like to use Parcel Monkeys website as it is dead easy to use and modern. The rates generally are quite competitive and their service suits my business nicely. However, when something goes wrong with a delivery these guys, I am sorry, are utterly hopeless. Here is just one example: So far, the courier has managed to deliver a parcel abroad to the wrong person. I wont bore you with the details here as this isnt Parcel Monkeys fault but what is Parcel Monkeys fault is the fact that after over 1 month of asking, Parcel Monkey are still contacting the courier for more information. We have demonstrated the parcel was delivered to a parcel shop abroad and signed for by a totally different person. That parcel shop was closed on the day of alleged delivery. To date I have asked Parcel Monkey 3 times in writing to make a claim without answer. ...the saga continues without answer and a Small Claims sadly looms.

Good resource for sending items particularly large ones although it can be a bit fiddly. I received a mail to tell me another one would be coming (in 1-2 hours) with the label to print off. This did not arrive so I had to go back to the site to find it in my account which slowed me down somewhat. Also the PM reference does not track on ebay so again I had to hunt for the Parcel Force ref but got there in the end. Have used a few times now and will probably do so in the future.

Tried Parcel Monkey for the first time for an overseas shipment. Good range of carriers to choose from, good range of prices. Easy to book, easy to print out paperwork, and easy to track the package. Would definitely use again.
