parcel monkey is very easy to use and 8/10 comes up with the best quotes too. have used them a few times with no problems.

I would not use Parcel Monkey again as it is impossible to print the labels no matter how I use different paper sizes etc. On asking for help I get the same answer every time and the problem is never resolved. When I complained I dont get an answer and in the end my last consignment as I couldnt print the label to a usual size (it cut off the barcode etc each time) I had to abandon the shipment and asked for my money back as it was too late. Funnily enough Parcel Monkey never replied so I wasted my money. I have had problem after problem sending parcels with Parcel Monkey and will never use them again or recommend them

I am sorry to hear of this problem, labels are emailed direct to you and also can be printed from your account homepage. The settings of your printer or computer may cause this issue as this is not one we normally have. If you did not use the service please log in to your account and let us know the order number on Live Chat and we can refund this for you.

when the driver collected my 2 parcels at my door he managed to put the wrong bar codes on them which resulted in 2 big problems which we had to sort out and the consignees were angry and the parcels were late.

The DHL form wouldnt accept addresses. Web chat did resolve but it took over an hour to achieve completion of the form. The whole thing was very painful. Delivery and collection were as expected.

I use Parcel Monkey when I dont use Parcel Force. They often get the same service from PF at a better rate than I can going direct.

My parcel hasnt been collected yet - I have been waiting a more than a week. I have chased and chased but to no avail I have paid for a service but got no service as yet I want to give it a negative star rating

I sent two parcels using the DPD drop off service, and everything went smoothly with collection and delivery. However, when trying to track their progress through Parcel Monkey you dont get any useful information. The trick is to use the consignment number as the tracking number on the DPD website which will then show where the parcel is and expected delivery date etc. The is not at all obvious and really Parcel Monkey should either pull the correct data from DPD or link to their website to allow simple tracking.
I have also sent other parcels using Parcel Force and these could be tracked properly from Parcel Monkey. I think the main problem is that its not even clear what the DPD tracking number is because you are only given a PM tacking number when will then lead to a "consignment number" which is actually the true tracking number!

I left my laptop in a hotel in St Annes 😠I arranged collection on the Parcel Monkey app quickly and easily. Reasonably priced and so simple to use and the best bit was tracking the item from start to finish. Definitely use it again 😊

My parcel was delivered to our local post office and not to my house address as state on the parcel. I got a text to say no one was home but when I checked cctv recording no dpd van pull up out side my premises. And no phone call to let me know it was in post office. I had to contact dpd to find my own parcel as when I contact parcel monkey twice I got no reply. I think I should get a refund as I paid for a 2 day service and did not recieve it.

Items picked up on monday then delivered next day tuesday still trying to work out how parcelforce charges more when i enquired & yet they actually did the job for parcel monkey as i paid via the site!!
What a bargain this monkey will be getting a few more percy daltons for the future .

We have in the past used Royal Mail to deiiver parcels to The Gambia. They either have taken a a very long time to get there or invariably do not arrive at all. Since using Parcel Monkey all parcels have reached their destination and always within a week. Obviously it costs slightly more but in our opinion it is worth it as we know they will get there.

Parcel was never collected on three different occasions despite several text messages informing me about the pick up. I know it was probably the fault of DPD, because they were the carrier. But I lost my money and will never use Parcelforce again.

I didnt like the fact that I waited all day at home for a currier hoping that I will hear him knock, not knowing if he will call me if I dont hear hom knock or not. But apart from that the service is fast and reliable and I am sure I will use it again next time!

Avoid at all costs.. they have lost a parcel. 48 hour delivery service and 14 days later still nothing. They dont know where it is, Parcel Force dont know where it is, no geographic phone numbers to call, tracking system simply says en route. No one is taking ownership, they dont communicate and we are missing one VERY important Jig... Pathetic

I am sorry to hear the parcel has been lost, we do not ever handle them a collection and delivery is handled by a courier company chosen on our website. If you log into your Parcel Monkey account we can chase Parcelforce up and get this located ASAP. We do not offer phone support as we liaise with the carrier and it can take time to get a response from them as they conduct searches.

This item arrived in the worst condition of anything I have ever sent. It is damaged beyond repair and has obviously suffered a major trauma. I did not pay extra insurance so Parcel Monkey has no interest in pursuing this matter

The web site is easy to use and provides an option of suppliers. The problem that we had was that we wanted to ship a battery (sealed lead acid) as part of a childs scooter, we therefore had to contact each individual supplier to establish who would transport the parcel. Once we had selected the company and placed the order we were expecting an email from them with a label and an approximate collection time. A further read of the small print and we established that we may not receive an email. We had to wait in all day from 11:00 and the parcel was eventually collected about 17:00.
