I was looking for an economical way to send a large present to my grandson in France. Parcel Monkey and dpd were spot on, I was kept informed of what was happening, they arrived on time to collect the parcel.
And when my daughter was not at home on the delivery day it was left at her local post office. I had a very happy grandson Thankyou

Parcel to France delivered within 3 days including weekend ! Parcelforce price £32 , parcel monkey £15. Do I need to say more ? Drop of at local post office very convenient. Will definitely use again

It s with frustation that after a long travel to my new home i found 3 of the 6 boxes i have sent totally ripped! I have sent few boxes on that boxes and some were alreadyin the floor. It s totally unacceptable. I don t know how they treated my boxes but i am sure i won t use this service again!

The cheapest one from UK to Italy, I was a bit nervous about delivery. However, it was taken the next day I put a request and then in 5 working days was delivered all safe and perfect to Italy.

Good and quick delivery, much lower price(s) than senders tend to understand, thats why I arrange transport myself more and more.

This was the first time I used Parcel Monkey, however, I will never use it again. My delicate speakers worth £1200 got damaged when the customer received them. I tried to claim back £800 but instead, they shut down my case after 10 days as I was too late in providing the photos they needed even though they never told me. I was very unhappy with their service as I was expecting much more from them. You should avoid them at all costs or youll regret it.

Used parcel monkey for the first time..and the last. Despite accurately weighing and measuring 2 parcels - apparently they were both double the stated weight!! And they have to only go on their measurements which as a customer you have no proof are correct. I have never had this issue before with any other company. I will not be using them again. Awful service.

I paid for a 5 day delivery service from Parcelmonkey to send important documents for a visa on an international delivery. After 5 days, and no arrival of the delivery, I have had to scour the internet for a contact phone number to chase up. I phoned some chaps mobile, who was very surprised to receive my call. He has attempted to help but could only tell me my package left Germany this morning! Cannot believe how bad a service this is. In that amount of time I could have taken it further than that on my pushbike! Documents will now be very late for visa appointment and the knock on cost to myself is going to really, really hurt. I have asked Parcelmonkey about their compensation procedures and they ducked the question. Horrendous company. Avoid at all costs.

We do not offer phone support, we use Live Chat to assist as we sometimes need to go away and investigate the order, so please get in touch so we can assist. Delighted with the service I received from Parcel Monkey for a recent table collection and delivery. The quotes were reasonable and I was able to choose the one which met my requirements best. Id recommend Parcel Monkey and would definitely use them again.

Do yourselves a favour and use a different provider. Parcel arrived 7 days later (via DPD) and damaged. Claims proceedure is useless and unflexible - basically if you cant supply everything they will deny claim. Disgusting attitude and service.

I am just about to have problems with a pick up so far all you get from live chat is an apology for inconvenience I cant even reply to that they dont even answer the questions I ask I am now trying to deal direct with the carrier to sort it out so far worse than npower and they had to pay me £200 for all the inconvenience I will be expecting a refund or partial one as they have not kept their side of the contract thats the only way the company improves it service {bet I only get from James standard reply if at all}

In terms of our company image, this page gives a fair reflection being rated 8/10, sometimes things do go wrong of course, especially as we are not a courier, we resell courier rates. If the goods are not collected, let us know the PM number via email or Live Chat and we can chase the courier to ensure the item is picked up. It was really easy to make the booking on line and I was kept informed by email throughout the process. The driver arrived on time and my parcel was delivered as promised. Nice to get what you pay for with no issues!

As an individual getting cost effective shipping is expensive, especially for larger and/or heavy items. Since using Parcel monkey I have been able to ship large items that I would have not considered before; for prices, which also include home pick-up, up to fifty percent cheaper than direct comparison.
Parcel Monkey is now my first option for sending anything above a letter.
