Placed an order with Parcelmonkey. Firstly, the processing was initially delayed - with much unnecessary confusion - because they allow you to input address lines of 36 characters, which they dont allow (35 is the limit). It gets held up and you have to find out why yourself (not easy without ANY phone contact). The situation is now even worse, after 4 hours there is no confirmation even for collection. The onward courier codes they gave us dont show up as valid. Silence from parcelmonkey, no response to email request for clarification. We have found out elsewhere that the collection window is 7am to 7pm - parcelmonkey didnt even inform us of this, or inform us if anyone will definitely be coming. This is a genuinely alarming experience so far.

after care customer support is less than useless, delivered to wrong address then took 5 weeks to resolve, no compensation just the usual apologies from agents with no idea.

Good service but item broken in transit. Box destroyed aswell. My advice is pack and wrap your items as it seems no care is taken in transit.

Easy to arrange and very reasonable charges. Kept updated, parcel was collected and delivered well within the timeframe given. Needed to use the Chat help service - very efficient . Would definitely use again.

3kg Collected from rural Aberdeenshire pm Monday ... delivered Thursday am in Bordeaux ... less than 72 hours Scotland to France , tracked all the way from door to door . Fully insured - arrived in perfect condition . The standard by which all other couriers should be judged ! Big thank you !

My daughter lives in China and we have had very mixed results sending parcels in the past.
Some have arrived, some havent and the costs have varied widely.
The Parcel Monkey experience has been one of the better ones. The cost was pretty reasonable and the delivery time was pretty quick at 4 days.
The only minor complaint was in entering the address into the Parcel Monkey web page. That was a bit hit and miss, as the address is quite long. When producing the printed label their system kept leaving out a line of the address. Even though we spent time on the on-line chat with one of their assistants, we still couldnt get it right. In the end I printed a separate label with the full address (and the contact phone number which it also refused to print) and stuck that on the box too.
So all in all pretty successful!!

Booked 24 hour service using Parcel Force. collected on time but made no attempt to deliver the item the next day. Delivered it after 48 hours without any comments. Next time Ill just use the 48 hour service and save myself some money

Spent some time trying to find a delivery service for my parcel, many services out there, filled in online enquires, with name , pick up point, delivery address, length, width, height, and weight of parcel . Very time consuming, only to get to payment section to be told parcel was to big, or to heavy or didnt deliver to N.I.
parcel monkey had it sorted quickly and competitively with no hassle. Well done.

Happy overall but parcel slip only got emailed the day of collection which isnt ideal if you work etc and paid for by 12 next day but took 3 days to arrive. Perhaps down to Parcel force and parcel address slip definitely an issue
