This parcel was going to Germany and I had already had trouble sending some previous ones so I was doubtful it was going to get there without hassle. Anyway a couple of days after it left the UK it was in the hands of my German recipient. I was very pleased the service and how they kept me informed of its whereabouts at all times. Well done Parcel Monkey I will definitely be using you again!!

After using another courier before who totally messed things up we decided to try Parcel Monkey. They were easy to use and arrange collection from address in UK and delivered to australia in less than a week. . No hassle !!!!

Arranged a post-office drop-off, including accepting Post-office location - the Post Office refused to recognise the arrangement and was forced to pay £70 direct for the shipment, on top of the online fees paid in advance. A great concept that is flawed in reality.

Hi all was only 17 pound odd to send a big parcel from i.o.w. uk to stockport parcel arrived on time and sined for all on all awsome delivery very impressesd woud use again easy convienient way of having parcels collected and deliverd 10/10

This time my delivery wasnt good. My tracking info was only for 3 days after that I didnt know what happen to my delivery. Even from here no one know were is my delivery. Happily today my delivery was delivered.

My parcel was delivered in time. Online chat with customer service was helpful!! I plan to use Parcel Monkey regular! I hope they can do a phone call from driver when they collect the parcel, it would be great!

The delivery was quick, everything arrived safely to my home:) The pick up was really quick too I was really happy for it, because I was ordering from other companies before, but everything went just slow and delayed, so I can say now I am extremly happy with everything!!
I was also satisfied with the price too, and with the tracking service I could check where are my things exactly, which gave me a lot of trust of the whole process. Thank you, going to choose you in the future too:)

My Daughter left her tablet at the holiday camp, we were nearly home after 5 hours when my daughter realised I went straight onto parcel monkey after speaking with parkdean it was my first time using the service it was very easy, we left our holiday on the Monday the tablet was back with us Wednesday so happy as you can imagine Thank you parcel monkey 😊

I rang around a few couriers and they were all looking to charge me around £40 to collect a fairly large and heavy package. I booked through parcel monkey, entered the dimensions and weight and was quoted just £12. The collection went off without a hitch and the parcel was delivered when expected.
