Paid for service quick enough for same day collection, no one came to collect, next day went to post office and paid again for another distribution company, emailed parcel monkey for refund, no reply yet, emailed again hope fully I will get a reply and a refund, every thing seems a bit vague on contact terms, live and learn!

Ordered a pick up at 2am and the next day at 1pm parcel first turned up and got the parcel, next day it was at its destination. This site is everything it should be and very easy to use! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Messed up the delivery address after not recognising Stoke-on-Trent on their system. Had to give delivery address via a live chat. Was entered incorrectly resulting in not being able to find the address, resulting in me having to refund delivery to an eBay customer who was unhappy that DPD wouldnt/couldnt deliver and took it to a pick up point. Will not be using Parcelmonkey again!

This was my first experience of using Parcel Monkey - I just wish I had known about them before. I have sent boxes back to New Zealand over the past months, and practically have to take out a mortage - this service saved me loads of money!! In addition, it was easy to book - I did have an online chat too, with some questions, and Rachelle was so helpful. Once booked, the courier turned up early the next day - also a really nice chap and very friendly. Will definitely use again - thank you

We sent 8 medium boxes from the UK to Spain, Barcelona. The online payment and pick up service in Cambridge worked quite well, on time and no problem. The issue started with the Spanish company SEUR who is responsable for the delivery in Barcelona. First they suggested a delivery date by email, I changed it online and got confirmation it would have been changed. We had to organise to have someone in the flat, thats why it was really important that the delivery got timed right. The next day I got an email saying the parcels could not be delivered which is obvious because I had changed the date! Apparently they didnt check. I called and spoke with a lady to make sure delivery was Wednesday between 3pm and 7pm. Got conformation. Wednesday morning the driver called and said he would be at the flat now but nobody would open so I said he was supposed to come in the afternoon and we arranged with someone to be there to sign and receive everything. The driver said he would not come back again later because it would be his last delivery for the day and he preferred to go home now and have the afternoon off. No joke! He really said exactly that. So he apparently let a neighbour open the door and just left all 8 boxes in front of the apartment door and left! So we had to call a friend to go to the flat immediately to put the boxes inside... what a hassle! That was very irresponsable behaviour of the driver, he didnt even get a signature and just left! He should have come in the afternoon and in case nobody was home he should have taken the boxes back to the storage. Not cool!

Parcel Monkey looks at various couriers and shows you the various prices and service levels. I wanted to send something quickly with tracking and signature on delivery. Picked ParcelForce from the offerings. Package was picked up later that same day and delivered the next.

sent out on a Thursday, using parcel monkey for less than £11.00 via parcelforce. The same service direct with parcelforce was £14+. Tracked on Friday and shipped to wrong hub. Parcel Monkey did not offer any assistance just passing my colleague onto parcelforce. Get what you pay for is a general rule of life. I would not say as the stars would suggest "friction" just a melancholy attitude.
