My parcel for daughters 21st wasnt picked up - I had to contact them - for £50 you do expect some level of service - finally picked up 4 days later - I am still waiting for an email detailing what happened with the non existent pick up - the parcel is still in this Country and not New Zealand - just checked the status of my parcel 5 days after pick up and it is still in the UK - what did I pay all that money for - I think it is going to New Zealand via a slow boat to China if of course the boat ever leaves the dock - I know it takes a person almost 48 hours to get to NZ - so wondering why my parcel isnt in customs holding there instead of here - very very upset - my daughter has had no cards from her family or gifts - as they are still in a sorting centre in the UK

Great sending options with a variety of services and prices, much cheaper than the Post Office. Would have given 5 Stars, but it took until the following day to generate a label and not within the hour or so after booking as it said! The parcel was going to Germany and the online chat (that seems a good service) did not sort this problem initially when they said they had. Would definitely use the service again and hopefully be able to give 5 stars next time!!!

Parcel Monkey are a great company to use to find the cheapest option to send a parcel, whether you want it collecting or for an even cheaper option, dropping it off. It compares prices and more importantly is easy to use, and gives you access to check out the status of your parcel. The prices are great. Highly recommended

Sent a very heavy parcel 16kg nearly 1.5mt long. Collected by Parcelforce next day, delivered within 48hours and I paid half the price I would have paid by taking it to the post office. Excellent.

Perfect service.
The complaint below, "Weekend," isnt accurate. There is no separate email with the address label, at least for me ordering on a Sunday, but if you go to your Dashboard" yo can print out the address label. It is there. A bit confusing, but the label is there. The savings for me sending USA to Scotland, $42 DHL website versus $23 PM, were amazing. And they pick it up from me as opposed to my having to take the letter by the DHL franchise. And the worst you can do is save (for me half the price) and still drop the letter off at DHL already with a label (as opposed to having the clerk enter it there, wasting more time). The worst you can do is save (one-half).

First and last time I use them !!! Ordered parcel force 24hr service on Sunday and told label would be emailed within 1hr - nothing Then when I tried to contact no help or support on weekends !!! No phone contact and no online chat So long and short ok if you dont require any help and if you do stick to mon-fri. No label ever emailed and finally managed to get label hours after taking payment not good for a 25hr delivery

This is the second time I have used parcelmonkey. I sent a birthday parcel to Texas. Customs document easy to complete with clear instructions where to place it on the parcel. It was picked up from my house and delivered on time, tracking link provided in an email. So much easier than taking it to the post office. Thank you.

Parcel arrived safe and sound in a little more than the estimated time. But I was concerned the whole time because the tracking messages were so confusing. For example the label arrived and was printed in the evening and clearly the drop off shop was closed at that time. Early next morning before I had even had chance to drop it off, a tracking message reported that the parcel had been expected in Southampton but had not arrived! It took a somewhat circuitous route to its destination, all the time reporting that your parcel is on its way back to you which was very disconcerting. I think all these messages are automated and I can only assume that the service predominately deals with returns so messages are very generic but most confusing if they dont fit your circumstances. However I will use them again as the price is very reasonable and things seem to be treated well and arrive safely at their destination.

We weigh and measure all despatches honestly and accurately. This particular despatch was in our standard sized cartons. Three weeks after despatch and 2 weeks after delivery you send us an additional charge of over 30%. This is not right, unfair and means we will never need another quote

Showed me various options. Chose DPD, which was cheapest and gave flexibility of drop-off points as well as excellent tracking. I was able to advise recipient of their 1 hour time slot. Delivered on time.

Excellent service, but surprised to know that the package was left outside the door at destination without any information very quietly and without taking any signatures of receipt. The receiver only found the package when they opened their door to go out.
Otherwise it was good

The first collection by Parcel force from work was missed because they turned up earlier than expected (check of the parcel force website says they could pick up anytime from 7am!) Parcel Monkey didnt spoecify collection times - Im not at work till 9. In addition, they didnt email me the label until about 8:30am! Rang Parcel force, they said theyd recollect Monday, they didnt, checked PM website carefully - recollections are supposed to be booked with them, so did that on Tuesday, and finally got collection Wednesday - but this time they emailed me the label AFTER the parcel was collected, so it left with the old label on it. All up, Parcel Monkey are probably OK once you get used to them, but you need to check your email every minute for the label to arrive, and they have no phone support at - also, once they assign a courier, its definitely worth checking with them when they are likely to arrive!

No label emailed within the hour that said. After sending emaile for label a label with no bar code was sent next day. I sent email but recieved no reply. The driver could not scan so had to take it without a receipt. After 3 days another driver came to pickup the parcel. By the time the parcel was delivered i was loosing hope of ever reaching the distination. it got delivered eventually but never again I use this service.

Commercial invoices and other documents for an international parcel came in a format that would not print. This was a serious problem. In the end I had to print a screen shot of the document and hopefully that will satisfy customs. I wouldnt use PM again because of this.

I used to think parcel monkey were a great way to send parcels abroad as I had already sent 2 parcels over the past two years. Everything had gone smoothly and my parcels were delivered to their destination without a hitch. Or so I thought! I recently tried using them again to post a third parcel and on logon I got an on-screen message saying: "Account On Hold Unfortunately your account has been placed on hold. Please contact us for more information." So I contacted them which raised a ticket. After it took them 8 days to come up with a proper response, this is what they came back with: "Dear Sir/Madam, I do apologise for the delay Regrettably we have had to close your account due to heavy losses on the Carrier shipments youve been sending. We appreciate that you have not been mis-declaring the size and weight of your items, but the local depot has taken the decision to surcharge all of your items due to their size and the volume you are putting through. This has resulted in us incurring heavy losses and has left us with no other option than to cease to accept further bookings Please accept my apology for this situation, unfortunately the decision to surcharge your items at Carrier is out of our hands. Kind regards, Jason" This is completely ridiculous! They are effectively saying that because they chose to pay a surcharge to the carrier, which they shouldnt have to, my account would need to be closed! How about they point out to the carrier that they must honour their quote and not pay a penny more than that? I am offended that they would choose to inconvenience their customer AND incur "heavy losses" rather than dispute the additional charges. By the way, I had not been informed of any of this. It was only AFTER they closed my account that they said "oh yeah, heavy losses, had to close account, sorry." Well, sorry parcel monkey but Im not sorry. You should know to defend yours and your customers rights, plus to keep customers informed and appreciated.

Easy to use, very efficient, lots of options. Opens up a lot of possibilities on future trips! Will definitely use again! Loved being able to drop off at Post Office or to have the parcel collected!

Came on time, within the 1-hour slot that was projected - great collector - didnt mind 2 flights of stairs ... boxes were delivered within 2/3 days to a remote part of Ireland as required
