I was having an item collected from a eBay purchase and the man I brought off ended up waiting in for 2 days and I must have phoned parcel force about 6 times to find out wot was going on which are 0845 numbers in the end turned out it was not collected due to the house number not being sent to them luckily late on the second day of it not being collected parcel force went out of their way to get in touch with a driver to fetch it for me !! 10 out of 10 parcel force as for parcel money the name suits load of monkies and no contact number to get in touch when things go wrong !!

I sent two parcels, one to Newcastle and one to Italy and I was able to track the progress of both and know they had arrived. Brilliant!

very quick efficient service but glass broken in door of large clock.though would probably blame poor packaging on the part of the vendor.

The driver collecting the item was not informed on what he was collecting and then was unhappy about collecting an item with glass doors! We have a full description of the item when organising collection and delivery. When the item arrived, it was lying sloping on the van and was not secure, which probably explains why the glass in one of the doors was completely smashed when we unwrapped the bookcase. A very disappointing experience and service. Not sure why both drivers were not informed of whether were transporting and why there was an issue with collection and delivery.

NEVER WILL I USE THE CHEAPEST LISTED COMPANY AGAIN....like others I thought Id use this company as they had a descent review and the price was right, but little did I know. My parcel is being sent back to me because something in my package is not correct, however they wont tell me what it is that is wrong. I sent it on the 29/12/15 and I STILL have not received it back. Connie keeps fobbing me off saying "theres no update yet" and theres no-one to speak to. Im sure Ill be again fobbed off by Ts & Cs like all companys, pages and pages of drivel. And by the looks of things theres not much of a complaint department, just a reply asking you to "take a ticket" Im not on a theme park ride I want to talk to a company that I pay to deliver something. I shall expect a refund, my parcel and some sort of explanation as to what happened... Please

Hello there I had my parcel collected on Tuesday 29th December at 12.34. It was supposed to get at my mums in Barcelona Spain in 48 hours but they only received it today 07-01-2016. This is a big and well know company so I expect a refund for the big delay and the bad quality service you have given us despite us trusting you. I booked a collection with ParcelForce 24 hour delivery. The due day I chased delivery, they replied the next day to say they would rebook collection. It actually arrived later that same day, they clearly didnt bother to track it. I asked for my 50% refund as ParcelForce T&Cs but they think it needs to be 5 DAYS late before they repay ANYTHING, not even the extra paid for a 24 hour service, according to their interpretation of their own T&Cs - OUTRAGEOUS! They had given me the wrong tracking number and it took a few WEEKS to give me the correct one which showed apparently the parcel was not available for collection. Pity they couldnt tell me so I could do something about it. They seem to think it is acceptable to take a customers money and not provide the service with no recourse to the client. As it turns out I may not have been entitled to a refund but their service and attitude is unacceptable IMHO.

I booked a pick up of a parcel and paid over £65 for it but they never came. I was not informed that would not come and so was in all day waiting. The delivery was urgent. I was unable to contact parcel Monkey as there was no number to call. I had to reorder the pick up and when the driver came the next day they werent helpful or polite.

Efficient and accurate customer service... I had a question regarding my international parcel delivery and I had an initial response within a couple of hours and a more detailed response soon after.
Better value than using the carrier direct.

We have used parcel monkey for a couple years but now we always seems to have problems and they just blame the courier company and say they cant do anything. The customer service is very bad so we have now changed what parcel broker we use. There are much better companies out there just use a search engine to find them.

Sending packages has always been a bit hit and miss, this worked well, was great value and I will use again.

I booked an order to send 2 big boxes of stuff overseas through PARCEL MONKEY and chose DPD to fulfill the order. When I chose PARCEL MONKEY they quoted 4-6 days delivery. They came and picked up the boxes as arranged and then after 2 days I tracked the parcel. I went through DPD and they showed a completely different expected delivery date being 8 days. I contacted DPD and was told since Parcel Monkey booked the order I have to take it up with them. They asked me one question though which made me think a bit, "Why would Parcel Monkey Have 4-6 days on their site, when we have on our site 6-8 days for delivery?" I needed my stuff to be delivered within a specific date for an event I had and did the calculations and chose this service so that it can be there by that date. I had bought also 200 pounds worth of insurance just to be on the safe side. On the last day that I could accept the parcels for my event it showed that the order was in the delivery office and if I could get someone there to pick it up the problem can be averted. I sent someone and to my surprise there was only one box out of the 2. Reminder the boxes were big and 14 kilos each. I informed Parcel Monkey and they came back to me saying that DPD informed them that only 1 box was collected and that per terms and conditions, since it has been neither lost of damaged the parcel then no insurance. We spent a few days debating about the missing parcel and a few days later the 2nd box is in the delivery office ready to be collected. The box I never sent, according to them. The order was not even fulfilled and Parcel Monkey mislead me the customer from the beginning with false information on delivery. When I raised this issue and said that I should at least be honored the insurance claim, they reverted to me saying that I accepted terms and conditions and they can not do anything to it. Where does it say on the terms and conditions that Parcel Monkey can provide false information for delivery dates, where in the terms and conditions does it say that Parcel Monkey has the right to call someone a liar about not sending part of the order, just so that they wont pay the insurance claim? I am never going to use this service again, and am taking them to court because I ended up spending more money to cover my event that I had planned, and on top of that my order is still incomplete and has not been delivered, but according to Parcel Monkey they are covered by Terms and Conditions and will not be compensating at all.

There is no words can describe the feeling of loosing a 500£ (Insured) package and not receiving any support from Parcel Monkey. Their customer service is really bad and even when some of the shareholders like Jason Ramiah reply, this doesnt change anything. It is technically a none physical business that some of the Ramiah family run, and as an advice stay away from them and their products including Parcel Monkey, Kong and others. The next step is filling a lawsuit against them, and request to have their business investigated as it doesnt look legitimate.

My parcel was not delivered despite receiving a note that it had been signed for and delivered. Communication was unhelpful and very slow. This felt more like a con than a service.

I dont think that there is a better way to find the available options for sending a parcel and for connecting the sender with the courier who will do the job.

Simple and easy to get a quote.and then arrange collection and delivery. I have used this service many times and have never been let down. Very highly recommend Parcel.Monkey.

Collected on time by a helpful driver on 30 Dec. Delivered on Mon 4 Jan in a French ski resort.Notification of impending delivery and parcel arrived in good conditon. Will use again

So disappointed with Parcelforce. Atrocious service still not resolved, they did not leave a card for the sender. I checked the tracking and was at a post office. Calle them up they said they will redeliver. Checked tracking, nowhere did it say scheduled for redelivery, but said return to sender! What?! Why?! Then next it say addressee had to collect it. Absolutely awful. I will have to call them tomorrow and find out whats going on!!

Arrived very fast although it was the festive season. Very expensive to send a parcel out there, as well as, the receiver being charged for a pick up of £40 and I already spend £62 sending the parcel. Best to send money instead!!

As the title goes overall I was very happy with service. Had to post a parcel from UK to France.
I opted for 3 day Parcelforce Euro Priority.
The process of booking it online and printing out the package label was easy and was at a competitive rate.
The only reason I havent given it 5 stars is that there was a bit of a delay when dropping it off at the Post Office as they were not sure how to process it. They got there in the end however.
I can confirm that the parcel arrived on time with no issues.
Overall based on my experience I would recommend.
