Price was good for sending parcel France and it arrived promptly but courier arrived at my workplace after it had closed to pick up. It was lucky a colleague was working late.

I used parcels2go previously, despite my package being a large piece of furniture,they managed to lose it for around 7 days, so i changed to parcel monkey, who are not only far cheaper, but far more organised and reliable. I got bad feedback from my customer

Parcel picked up on monday afternoon delivered to Melbourne address on Thursday. Some of the content were not fully in tact...easter eggs. Others made it just fine.

I scheduled a collection for Monday 2/22. The carrier, parcel force didnt show up. Ibreachednout to them and got true ambivalence. After contacting parcel monkey, it was resolved. Picked up on Thursday. Still, I should expect their carriers to do as promised or do a timely followup.

My parcel was collected on time, taken quickly to South Africa, and would have been delivered on the expected date had it not been for customs delays beyond DPD control. It was then delivered to an out-of -the-way location after contacting the recipient. This was all for a fee much less than Parcelforce would have charged.

I think parcel monkey is a very good way to find the best price. Very helpful! But There are two issues I went through. My parcels according to the Web site were supposed to be delivered in 4-6 working days; they took 10 days to be delivered from London to Sicily. Secondly the parcel,one in particular way, were completely destroyed, the external wrapping was almos disappeared. Fortunately all the contents were carefully wrapped otherwise I dont know how they could be. There were a couple of fragile things inside. Thanks God the content was intact but I would say this is not always guaranteed.

All information you need to get the best prices for sending parcels abroad. This is the second time Ive used Parcel Monkey to send parcels to relatives 1 to the USA and this latest to France. Each time the parcel was collected within the timeframe texted to me by polite helpful carriers. My parcel to the address in the States arrived within a week in undamaged condition and the latest one sent to South of France Im sure will arrive in the same condition in a good timespan. I could not find a way of printing the label. There was no print button on view. I spent 30 minutes on chatline getting nowhere. I cancelled the operation and was promised that i will not be charged for a service i didnt use! I shall not use Parcel Monkey ever again
