belive it or not used the same service offered at post office only this is cheaper and collected aswell on time to suit with Parcelforce, Fantastic Service last few times

I sent an 8kg box from uk to USA, it arrived in the stated time but upon arrival the box was ripped on the corner and not in the best shape. Fortunately nothing was missing from the contents

The item I sent went via Parcelforce. To say pathetic is an understatement. I clearly labeled up the package FRAGILE, HANDLE WITH CARE, 18.5 KG and it was wrapped up four times with bubble wrap. When it arrived to the destination item was dented and broken form based. Nothing against Parcel Monkey more to do with Parcelforce. Not happy what-so-ever! :(

We were surprised that our parcel from the UK to the USA arrived so quickly! Couldnt have been better! Great service.
Tip: It would be handy if you could provide an estimate of the pick-up time...

This website is really easy to use and links you up with the best deals for deliveries. Cancellations work no probelm too with quick refunds. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Very impressed by the service: very fast and everything (i had 6 boxes and 2 suitcases shipped!) arrived safe and undamaged. I would definitely use it again and recommend it! Just one note: Is it possible to implement the collection 1-hour time frame among all the companies? I would be willing to pay an extra for that!

Parcel Monkey did not another courier today, despite someone having waited in for the whole 9am - 6pm collection slot we were given. What adds insult to injury is that the collection was for a birthday present. I have now been told by the robotic live chat assistant that they cant compensate me in any way.. i had asked if they could expedite my delivery since the are now unable to collect the item until after the weekend. However I was unhelpfully told they are simply a reseller and not the actual service provider. My advice is to avoid like the plague.. Better to go to the actual service provider as Parcel Monkey takes no responsibility for the service they are offering at all.

This is the second time I used the service.The first experience was good but I am dissapointed this time.Actually I send a parcel to my friend as a birthday gift and I already made the payment here but my friend had to pay more again saying its a custom charge.I had send many parcel to different countries but never paid extra. I am spending the summer in Slovenia on my motorcycle and was unable to carry 22 kilos of luggage on the bike. I found Parcel Monkey on an internet search a booked the luggage on a "up to 5 days delivery" service with Parcelforce. Excellent service, easy to book, Parcelforce arrived to collect the next morning and it arrived in the 5 days safely. All for around £25. Anything in Europe will be using this service now even when flying as the budget airlines charge more per kilo.

Having used parcel monkey for a few shipments in the past with no hastel. From the UK they are great This last parcel I felt let down as the receiving courier thought that I was the recipient (in the country of destination) as this was the info they had from PM. The recipient company was rude!!! The customs charges could be clearer prior to sending the parcel this would be nice. This way I could let the recipient know in advance. -they were not happy when the customs charge (excluding shipping) was more than the value of the item. The main objective was to purchase the item cheaper than buying it local. However the charges were not transparent.

Parcel collected in the North East of England on the Thursday @11.30am and was delivered to our place in Tavira Portugal at 11.02am on the following Monday. That is exceptional service and the parcel looked like it had been on the back seat of my car. Never used the service before but will happily use it again and of course will be happy to recommend this service to my friends.

I am first time user and even after reading lot of reviews, was little bit hesitating to go with this company, but I am really glad I did! I needed to get package asap from UK to LV and choose DHL Air Express (or something like that). It wasnt cheep, but compared to other companies it was real bargain, nice economy of money. Pickup was when promised and packaged arrived also when promised. Will do business with this company and DHL again for sure!!
