I have been waiting 7 days for Parcel Force to come back and pick up my parcel, they have been once but then even when I have contact them again and again no one has come back to pick up my parcel. So frustrating as Parcel Force is rubbish automated system when trying to sort out a problem. I have had no option but to take the parcel to the post office and will have wasted my money with Parcel Monkey booking!

Sorry to hear about this delayed collection with Parcelforce, it is them who come to make the collection. Should they fail to collect we chase them up and get them to collect ASAP. I had a 3kg parcel to go to the U.S. & all of ParcelMonkeys quotes were lower than ParcelForxe, DHL, USPS and FedEx. The process and label production is a breeze. This is now my preferred option.

From Friday lunchtime pick-up in Glasgow to Tueday lunchtime delivery in Queensland, Australia is quite remarkable. No only that, it costed £50 less than sending it with Parcel Force. Will definitely use, and recommend, this service again. Thank you

This company was only a matter of pence cheaper but my GOD do I regret trying a change ! Didnt think it was possible to damage a well packaged radiator but these Monkeys managed it and now refuse to refund. I notified them immediately and sent evidence the second my customer did. They stated that the parcel was still delivered so refused to refund and would NOT accept a claim. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Now extremely out of pocket so please, please, please use any other company

I was a little apprehensive about using another parcel company other than the Royal Mail. From the very beginning to the very end was excellent, the communication is amazing. I knew where my parcels were at ever given time. They arrived in excellent condition. My grandchildren loved receiving their gifts. I would not hesitate to use the same company again and recommend it to all my family and friends.

I used Parcel Monkey to find a cost effective way of posting an expensive gas fire I had sold on eBay It was dismantled and each part was extremely well packed and padded and whole thing double boxed but it was very heavy weighing 22 Kg so could possibly have been damaged if it had been badly treated
I found that Parcelforce had a 24 hour delivery for a good price even after increasing insurance cover up to £200
Buyer and myself were both able to track parcel and delivery was within 24 hours and I could even view the delivery signature online to prove it had been received
I have not got any feedback on item from buyer after a week so I am very happy it arrived safely and promptly thanks to Parcel Monkey and Parcel Force

I needed to send a parcel from Pembrokeshire to Australia and was quoted £64 by Royal Mail Parcel Force, plus up to 40 days delivery time.
Parcel Monkey got me a quote for £26.50 and a 7 day delivery. The package was actually delivered WITHIN that time.
No contest!
