I was impressed at first and have received many parcels in Greece sent to me for the refugees. Sadly when I tried to send a box back to Greece from the uk it was overweight by 1.5 kilos and instead of contacting me to ask for extra payment the box was returned to the sender with no email. No notice. Nothing. I would have happily paid the extra. As it was I had to pay the entire cost again.

First time using parcel monkey & was impressed how straight forward it all was & being able to track the parcel easily gave great peice of mind. Was also cheaper than going direct to the courier. Will definitely be using again.

Hidden in their terms is that they will not accept claims for items 5 days after delivery. My experience was with DX couriers the tracking was marked as delivered on the surface but when my customer informed me it was not delivered I looked at the rest of the tracking and saw it was incomplete. I told Parcel Monkey and they said they would contact DX. After 2 months or more I complained that it was long enough for the claim to be processed upon which i received their reply that they are not interested citing conditions in their terms. Disgraceful I was using them a lot and I am sure they are losing a lot more how i dont that the small amount of time to pursue the matter with DX I was not DXs customer they were as they are the agent so no claim can be made With many customers reporting parcels not arriving much longer than 5 days they are not a viable option for drop selling etc.

Couldnt contact the company by phone or e mail to sort my issue with custom paperwork and so had to go to the post office to get some forms. Never received a password despite numourous attempts so was unable to use live chat. Still not received the parcel and no idea where it is as unable to log in and track it. On the plus side parcel force who collected were very helpful so will use them directly next time.

Choosing DDP to send a birthday present, scooter, to my nephew was such a smart idea. Everything went straight forward and the parcel was delivered in 3 days (that is across Europe). Fully recommended service - thank you!!!

Never use them again. Offered same day collection on their advert, but after I had paid for it, they said they dont offer it. Then mixed up collection day, when complained they couldnt care less

All I can say is dreadful service didnt collect on time, then used my item as football during transit - damaged the item then wouldnt compensate - just dreadful please avoid at all costs.

Have had a generally good experience with parcel monkey very competitive prices overall, however, did book a 48hr delivery which was not delivered within this timescale as was over a weekend, the site did not make it clear that this would not include Saturdays.

I found this company on Sunday, booked an Intl. collection Monday am, they collected 3.40pm and it was delivered to my parents in Spain at 10am Wednesday. I cannot state enough about the efficiently to deliver my parcel. (I post parcels to Spain regularly so I will definitely being using PM again very soon). Thank you for restoring faith back in the postal system.

Parcel Monkey organised a collection by Parcelforce which was carried out on time. The price was marginally cheaper that it would have been if I had taken the package to the post office myself.

Very poor indeed! We are still looking for the parcel which has not yet arrived to date! We are not even sure that if we get it at last, the contents will still be there! We are still looking for what you are supposed to deliver.
