Was simple and straightforward. Collection and delivery were on time and they did call before both actions. Only improvement suggestion is to update online tracking information realtime. Good experience overall. Especially pleased as Id used postal services twice before to the same address and failed. Very satisfied with parcel monkeys service.

Easy transaction and great pricing compared to going direct, around 1/2 price.
No problems with the courier but parcel monkey website didnt update with the DPD tracking info.

I have used this service for several years and have never had any reason to complain. They pick up when they say and deliver when they say. My parcels generally go to the Middle East and there has never been any problems.

delivered without a hitch very pleased. BUT pick up of parcel was from 9am to 5pm. too long a wait and not acceptable. will rethink before using parcel monkey again.

Sorry we cannot shorten the window, this is how the carriers operate. You may be interested in our Drop Off services found on the price screen, where you simply drop at a DPD shop or Parcelforce Post Office or depot meaning no need to wait in.

my parcel has still not reached its destination. but i must say so far it has been an excellent service and will most definitely use it again.. you have bee updating me of its progress and this is very helpful.

Having family in the UK but living in France, i am constantly wanting to send or receive items. After being informed by a friend that this service existed and that their experience was excellent. I tried it for the first time. Cheaper then putting a bag in hold with cheap carriers, and quick and efficient delivery within 48 hours, you cannot fail to be impressed.
Well done parcel monkey, I will be using you again.

Booked with Parcel Monkey for a next day delivery with ParcelFarce. PM could not get updates so I was left chasing ParcelFarce and PM. PM started ignoring my communications as they could not be bothered to deal with yet another complaint. ParcelFarce confirmed they do not do next day in this area. Never again. Prefer to stick to interlink direct. Stay away from these monkeys. As they say, pay peanuts, get monkeys. The whole organisation is full of liars and *****s. What do you expect when they lie from the outset - they claim they are a price comparison site - they are not - they are resellers. I sincerely hope this business fails and gets shut down.

Booked my parcel to be picked up on Monday, didnt happen rebooked for Thursday still didnt happen. Email Parcel Monkey no reply, guess they cant be bother. Email parcel force, no reply. Phoned parcel force told no reason way my parcel wasnt picked up, told the depot will ring me back, still waiting. Next time I will use Hermes.

I was apprehensive to try PM. I had taken my parcel 30kg to parcelforce depo. They reluctantly gave me a silly quote . I found PM on the Internet and easily gained a brilliant price (to good to be true , I thought ) collected from my choice of address . You will not believe that parcel48 picked it up .
Parcel monkey have gone straight to the top of my cheapest, easyest and recommendations to use. I have never rated anything before. I dont no who or have any gain from my review . I do think people are more likely to post a review for a bad experience .But I am happy and I hope you keep it up. Anthony

Booked a collection and asked them to deliver to me, I requested that the collection be carried out before a certain time and this was carried out. Thank you. Also was able to track the package which was very helpful.

I have never used Parcel Monkey before and was a bit wary as it was so cheap. However the parcel was collected on time and delivered on the day stated, which I was very surprised at as it was going from mainland UK to Jersey Channel Isles and packages usually take ages to arrive there. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend this company to everyone

I needed to send a parcel to my daughter in Australia. The parcel monkey service was good value, convenient as the parcel was collected from home and they arrived to collect when they said they would. The parcel also arrived within the expected time: a matter of 4 or 5 days and I was able to track the parcels progress.

Parcelforce were the couriers I selected and it took three attempts for them to another courier. Not only that but the package was then three days later than expected due to this! Why do parcelforce think the best time to attempt a collection is at 08:50 and 14:55? School times?

Nie and easy. Once id put the parcel the dimensions and weight in I got a price that I thought was good value. Dropped off at the shop the next day and delivered on time. Great service and will use again

Very good, except that the info about delivery came to me, the sender of the parcel, rather than to the intended recipient, which gave me work in trying to check that there would be someone around to sign for it.

I recently sent a small parcel to USA, imputed all dimension and weight into website, it increased the price to accommodate size and weight. This was sent via Parcel Force International, I delivered it to my local PO as requested, they cecked size and also weighed it to confirm info prior to then taking it. All ok until a few days after it was delivered, then I recieved an email from Parcel Monkey, basically saying they had been given a new size from Parcel Force- miraculously the parcel had grown in size and weight whilst in transit. And had charged my debit card a further £3.19. I have asked for it back, but I will be very pleasantly surprised if they put right their errors!!!! Sender beware!!!!!!!!

I went through the whole process to be continually unable to proceed to the end unless I put £0 value on my package. The package had a value of £75 so should have qualified for free insurance. It arrived but it was so stressful to send knowing that if it went missing there would be no recourse.

I went through parcel monkey as I was posting something internationally from UK to US and wanted a comparison. I checked first thing and booked a slot for a today pick up as I needed it sent as soon as possible. This was a more expensive booking with a more expensive slot due to the pick up day. I waited until 5:30 and then began contacting them asking why no one had collected my parcel. Chat was no help at all, I asked them to contact the courier which I was informed was not possible via phone. If I had booked it myself I would have paid the same price and would have been calling to find where my pick up was. The best they could offer me was to rebook it, this was for Monday as I booked on a Friday, therefore I would lose 3 days. I spoke to the chat person about my options, all I got was standard sorry for your trouble messages, I was told I wouldnt be reimbursed even though I specifically picked a more expensive parcel company for the immediate collection. If I was happy to wait until Monday I would have just paid the cheapest and waited. I am still waiting for the senior member of staff to contact me regarding my case and I was told I would be contacted this week, I have not been, I dont expect to, I was fobbed off at 6pm when they close and I dont expect I will hear anything in the form of an apology, or what happened with the pick up, or where my reimbursement is for the excess service charge. Next time I will walk to my local post office and pay their rates, at least its reliable and I can post it on the day I go there. Poor effort overall.

My company has been using Parcel Monkey every week for nearly 6 months now and we have always found the service to be excellent, even when there was a problem with a courier once. Although the Parcel Monkey web interface could do with a bit more work, it is easy-to-use and reliable. Prices are excellent too.
