Fast, efficient, professional, easy to use service.

It is now 10 working days since the parcel was uplifted. Customer services say that the parcel is at the local post office. The local post office say it is not. The local courier has told parcel force they attempted delivery. There is no evidenc of that locally. The parcel has still not been received.

Well, where to start.... Firstly, let me point out that I signed up to Trust Pilot just so I could write this review and warn potential customers of just how bad Parcel Monkeys Customer Service really is. Sure, theres a lot of positive reviews for them, but thats from people who havent had a problem and so havent had to deal with them. See if you can find a positive review from someone whos had a problem and Parcel Monkey have dealt with it quickly and efficiently?? Good luck with that!! Like many, I have used Parcel Monkey a few times and had no problems. This week, however, I did have some problems with a delivery. This was the first time Id had to deal with their team. Cutting a long story short, Id paid Parcel Monkey for a Next Day service but the item wasnt collected and ended up taking three days to be delivered. As Id paid a lot of money for a Next Day service which I didnt get, I didnt think it unreasonable to request a partial refund for the difference in cost between Next Day and 48hours. As Id paid Parcel Monkey for this service, the only place I cant get a partial refund from is Parcel Monkey... Parcel Monkey simply sent a response stating "Please be advised that we only give refunds to cancelled orders and over five (5) working days of delayed services" I cant find anywhere on their website or terms that explains this. I never signed up to that. In my view, if you dont get what you paid for, you should be entitled to some kind of refund?? Ive tried to contact them several times since and they have simply refused to answer. No response, nada, nothing.... Now, Im sure James will be along soon to tell us all how sorry he is that I had a problem with the courier. Sorry James, but I have a problem with Parcel Monkey and your pathetically bad Customer Service !!!!!!!! No explanation of why my parcel wasnt collected. Policies on refunds that you dont tell customers in advance and then simply refusing to talk to your customers any further. Thats the virtual equivalent of slamming the phone down. Parcel Monkeys?? More like Dont give a monkeys!!

Couldnt find address and still waiting for it to be delivered four days late, telephoned on a number of occasions, hopefully it will finally get to its destination..

The recipient informed me that the item had a substantial dent in the side which was not there when I posted it. Deduce the parcel must have been thrown around at some point during transit.

SUMMARY: I booked a service to ship my belongings from the UK to Spain in December 2015 with Parcel Monkey. My shipment included precious personal belongings which were collected on the agreed date. However when the boxes were delivered to Spain, one of them went missing and another one had been reboxed. Lots of items were missing from the latter box and, what was worse, I didnt have a clue about the missing one. In case you wonder, no. Parcel Monkey had no idea about what happened or where my belongings were. Its March, and Im still waiting for a positive solution. CONCLUSION: I will never ever use Parcel Monkey, and you should think twice about it. Dont forget that they dont have a public phone, so imagine yourself exchanging countless messages via their website. Thats the way they operate. DETAILED STORY: I reported it immediately to Parcel Monkey in December and have been exchanging messages with them ever since with no solution to this painful problem yet, and its going to be March in a few days. For whatever reason they didnt seem to pay much attention to this. They said that they hire third party companies to effectively deliver the service and had to check with those companies to see what happened. I kept waiting for an update and trust me, they didnt seem to care less. After insisting, they sent me a bag with some of the missing items in January. I was horrified, lots of my belongings were still missing, including some of my most precious memories, my P-45s, my contracts, other official documents, university assignments, final dissertation, university books, suits, brand new mobile phone and so on. This lost has really affected me a lot, I feel robbed, depressed, very sad and their careless behaviour makes me feel totally disrespected. I obviously reported that there were still lots of items missing. They asked me to send a list of items, which I did. However the flow of communication is ridiculous. When I booked the service in December I also insured the shipment, paying the maximum fee in order to cover my belongings. I simply want my items back, however if they have lost them, which seems to be the case, I demand to be compensated. Theres no money that will pay for my memories, which were attached to my personal belongings. And yes, its nearly March and Im still fighting with Parcel Monkey. This is absolutely unacceptable but Ive learnt the lesson. I will never book any service with Parcel Monkey and if I were you, I would think twice before you do so.

After getting my parcel delivered in Immaculate condition and on time, with the friendliest driver. I am delighted with the way I was able to arrange delivery with Parcel Monkeys website by using their label printing for me. I will be using this Company again without hesitation. Thank-you!

Cant say enough positive stuff here...
Online price comparison with Royal Mail, less than HALF the cost to send a gift to my son in Hong Kong AND they collected it from my home, so no waiting in line at the Post Office!
Took less time to arrive than stated, but could see the progress so it actually worked out perfect for me, no stress, and my son, knew when to expect it.

I sent a parcel from UK to Egypt and you contacted the recipient telling him he must collect the parcel from Luxor centre rather than delivering it to the states address. When he said he was not able to collect it you said it would be returned to Cairo!! It was only after the excipient said that he expected the delivery yo yh address as paid for that the driver then agreed to bring the parcel to the stated address!! Surely the whole point of providing a delivery address is that you use it!?!

Received very poor service. After the courier failed to collect for 2 consecutive days without ever once attempting to - PM seemed completely reluctant to help. They are not contactable by telephone so you have to rely on a live chat customer service that gives out no reference number, emails or commitments. Over 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and have no idea if my cancellation request has even been received. Will categorically never use PM again - Not worth the hassle. What company worth their salt doesnt have a phone number? DODGY

I arranged same day collection from the UK to Portugal. The on line system was easy to use and gave me a choice of carriers with the different delivery timings as well as costs. My parcel was collect the same day and arrive 2 working days later. I am so impressed and will definitely use your services again. I have already recommended you to friends.

Although parcel was sent to wrong depot in destination country it arrived at exactly the right time (birthday present). Took 4 days from posting to arrival so was still quiet quick. Loads cheaper than post office! Would defiantly use again.

First time Ive used Parcel Monkey and was an excellent service. Little confusing the first time I used it with the parcel label etc, but now I know how it works, Ill be using it again in the future.

Do you ever review the companies that deliver for you? I recently sent 2 parcels of tiles, both of which were very well wrapped and protected. I could not insure them, but decided that as the two packs were wrapped separately, should one be damaged then the other would be ok. Both were delivered and out of 22 tiles, only 8 were still whole. I think this is disgusting - clearly all parcels are abused and treated with little respect. Unacceptable service.

Fantastic service from parcel monkey was very skeptical at first but I was able to track it via DHL and Parcel force all the way. I take my hat off to you guys for saving customers a lot of money.
