I chose parcel monkey after reading all of their reviews. I selected 48 hours. First problem is I never received an email with the labels as stated. They said wait an hour. I waited no email. I eventually found them in my account. Printed them off. Waited all day for them to turn up. At 5:15 pm I contacted them and they said they collect up to 6:00 pm. At 6:15 they still hadnt shown. I contacted them again. After a lot of **** chats as they dont have a phone number I rebooked for a second day. They showed up at 5:00 pm. Two days I will never get back! Parcel should have been delivered in 48 hours. Its still in the depot four days gone! rubbish!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, with Parcelforce collection services the driver brings a label with them to the collection point and also we send an optional one to your email and address and one can be found on your account homepage, where there is a button located saying print labels.
Sadly we do not employ the collection drivers, we resell the courier services. If they fail to collect we are happy to assist and book the service in for a new collection for as soon as possible. The goods may of been held up over the bank holiday hence the delay. They can collect between 8am and 6pm so we offer drop off services to prevent the issue of waiting in for a driver.

Great service parcel collected on day they stated and delivered next day as stated. Many courier companies promise but dont deliver. Parcel Monkey does what it says on the tin!

It took me about 4 minutes from input of weight, dimensions and destination, choice of carrier and service to actually printing off the postage note!
Very clear instructions and dashboard made it very easy to follow.
Will be using this service again!
Saved about 40% as well!

I want to say superb for DPD because the parcel was delivered to South Africa (from UK) in 2 days!!
However, I found the Parcel Monkey side quite frustrating (in terms of filling out forms, especially when some info/address specifics arent straightforward) and even more so that there is no telephone number to speak to someone. There is an online chat but not the same as talking.
I did miss out a minor detail on form so parcel collection was delayed, but I was only informed about this when I asked the online rep what time my collection would be. I wasted a whole day waiting in when it was never going to happen, and they didnt bother to tell me!
I will use again, but think its easier to do the drop-off option rather than collection.
Parcel Monkey - please also make yourself more "human friendly" by giving us the option to call and speak to someone.

After an horrendous first attempt to send a parcel to Australia which got lost & then I had to pay again for the privilege of getting it back a month later, we decided to give parcel monkey another chance (with a different carrier) & this time it arrived & was delivered to the correct address within 5days. Why couldnt they do that the first time!

Package to Spain was eventually returned after a week. Box was badly damaged that had resulted in a spillage in the box. Compensation does not cover any liquids. In fairness they did refund the courier fee, but again this has taken a week and I had to ask for it.

Cant fault the quality of the service - very fast and pain free shipping from UK to Australia. However, the quote jumped up 50% between the initial estimate and final cost. Id already committed to the purchase so I had to pay the extra.

Goods were heavily damaged after travelling internationally. I purchased extra cover up to £450. When my goods were received my customer found that £150 worth were damaged. Despite filing a claim, submitting over 7 pictures and proof of my customer refund (that I immediately gave them) - Parcel Monkey decided to say that my quality of packaging was "insufficient"?! I used multiple boxes, packaging foam and peanuts. The majority of my goods werent damaged only because of what I had provided. International sellers and customers beware this company.

I am very sorry to see the goods were damaged in transit with the courier, packaging can be a key component in terms of protecting the item from damage. Our claims team will review the damage and advise how to proceed based on the photos provided when making a claim.
