Terrible service, item smashed to pieces when delivered, then refused to compensate me for the damage or even collect and return the damaged item. Will not be using again, other companies offer a far better service and actually care about their customers. Never been treated so unacceptably by a company.

I had a parcel to send to Poland - 6 kilos and small enough to go as a small parcel via Post Office. As it was 6 kilos, it had to be sent via Parcelforce, price £50 and via DPD on Parcel Monkey it was £12.95.
Drop off location was close and convenient, I received two emails from DPD to keep me informed and parcel was delivered within the promised time.
Recommended.

I picked this service because it advertised it could deliver within 2 days on the site. This was not true it was delivered in 5 - 6 days. If I knew that I wouldnt have chosen this service as I needed the delivery within a specific time frame.

I quoted a lady based on the quotation on the site when I entered the weight. When I went on to actually book collection and it requested dimensions it transpired the courier wasnt suitable. Only the more expensive ones were.
It also said I didnt need printer. However, once I had booked it requested I print labels!

I would recommend this service completely. Very efficient from the pick up of the parcel to the delivery. Cost was very reasonable and the website easy to use. Will definitely use again

Long winded and varied pricing by competitors makes the choice difficult. All within a couple of £s until you look at next day delivery then watch the price alter.
Only wanted a parcel picking up and delivering to me. How difficult is that when you have all the details wrong almost impossible for some Parcel Force you are the tops thank you.

I booked a pick up and international delivery (UK to Canada) on 16th June and got a confirmation mail saying that pick up is arranged on 17th June....paid a premium price (usual price was 20 and paid 40 for a fast and safe service by selecting known provider Courier). yesterday talked to the customer service and they sang the same song...."apologies, this is service providers problem (Courier)"...... wait... did i pay to Courier or Parcel Monkey???? Am still waiting to pick up the parcel as of now (June 22).... hope i will get my parcel...may be this month or next...... Titto Mathew

I was pleased with the service and the price. I was able to book a pickup for the very next day.
There were some technical issues with sending me labels, but the online customer service was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction.

Very good service! Efficient and great value. The only problem was the paperwork arrived after the parcel was collected. The driver had to manually do the paperwork. But fantastic service

Dont get me wrong, finding a courier and sorting details for the parcel couldnt be easier. But Ive never received the necessary barcode and information. So the parcel I paid for and needed to be sent 2 weeks ago still hasnt gone. After speaking direct to the courier theyve opened a case as it has happened numerous times

First time using Parcel Monkey,, and wont be the last.. it was easy , and found the best quote, and delivery service.. Sent a parcel to the USA on the Tuesday afternoon,, and it arrived there less than 48 hours later... Would recommend.

Quickly found the best price for my oversized parcel, meaning that the recipient for it in 24 hours for less than they thought they were going to pay for 48.

If you want to have your stuff delivered internationally, do make sure that your details are correct. Might not get your parcel anyway, see me. It got shipped back despite all my efforts to amend the supposedly wrong address by adding some hyphens between the words as is the custom in Germany. Didnt get it in the end because somebody apparently couldnt reach my phone, although I have not received a single call. Explain to me why you would need to call me if you have a perfectly sensible address and even a person on the phone frantically trying to get their parcel?

I shipped a large motorcycle fuel tank to the other end of the country. It was collected fairly early although I was expecting a little earlier, I had to wait in a couple of hours, The collection agent arrived in an unmarked white van in plain clothes and without identification badge but was polite and gave me a pre-printed receipt in exchange for the parcel.
The tracking facility on the website was easy to use and the parcel arrived at its destination within 24 hours. The parcel had to be signed for and a copy of the signature was added to the tracking information, which is a nice touch.
Very pleased with the service.Will use Parcel Monkey again. Thanks.
