Courier never turned up for 2 days in a row, unable to speak to anyone directly on the phone and there was little help in the form of sorting out the problem. Currently still awaiting collection of my parcel. customer service could only state the following, 2 days after booking the service "apologies but we do not have the information yet as to why the collection is delayed"

This was supposed to be a simple collection. On transfer of the data the collection adress was changed. I had to chase the collections to inform them of the correct collection point to avert a potential mishap. This needs to be looked in to the passage of info from one company to the other and the whole adress changes. What do I do next time phone the third party to confirm they havethe correct details .

Great way of sending parcel abroad. Dropped parcel at local shop and delivered a few days later with an notification of an hour slot for delivery.

I was amazed at the value but the website is really awful; near unusable. It wont let you use enough characters to input correct data and I had to cheat the system. The service was as described thereafter, so no complaints there at all. I have since had to resort to alternatives as my experience was not a one-of, which is a pity. Get the web site issue resolved and it would be my go to every time.

This company failed to deliver my parcel then it was returned damaged and with a missing item. They then denied having received images of the damage and my invoice even though they were uploaded onto their robotic like email system. Issuing court proceedings against them , do yourself a favour and avoid them.

Parcel collected from home and hopefully will be delivered very soon (1 week later) to Turkish address. Parcel Force was the carrier who provided labels etc.
