Excellent service. Collection Courier excellent, polite and helpful. Only downside to the service is that you cannot give a morning or afternoon choice.

Parcel Monkey did well, pricing good and system worked well - however Parcelforce were more than a day late picking up the parcels and their system not very user-friendly.

I booked online and the driver arrived within 30 minutes. It was a Parcel force driver. The price was also great.

I ordered next day delivery with DX, and waiting in all day (until 6:00pm) for someone to come and another couriers. Nobody turned up and I did not get any notice that nobody was going to come. So I jumped onto the on line chat and spoke with PM support to ask what had gone on. They did apologise and said they would re-arrange it for the following day, whilst that was my only option it was not helpful. I booked a next day delivery and collection for a reason, and this was not provided. I then submitted a support ticket requesting a refund as I was not 100% happy that what I paid for was being provided. I was then informed by Alyssa, "Please be informed that we only give refunds to cancelled orders and over five (5) working days of delayed services." I asked Alyssa to point me to the clause in their terms and conditions that stated such a thing, to which Alyssa stopped replying and along came Connie. Connie completely ignored me and just apologised that the delivery was not collected on time. I requested from Connie again the clause in the terms and conditions that state this. Connie then (from thin air) informed me that: "Unfortunately, we can only offer compensation if the parcel is delayed for more than 5 working days. The terms and conditions you agreed to when completing the order state that: 8.4. Although the Company shall use reasonable endeavours to provide the Service within the estimated timescales, the Company cannot guarantee the collection or delivery times specified. 8.5. The Company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. 8.6. The Company shall not be liable for late collections unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be collected on. 8.7. The Company disclaims all liability for any consequential loss arising from, or in connection with, the Services supplied by The Company and its Agents. For the purpose of this Agreement, Consequential loss shall include, but not be limited to (i) Pure economic loss (ii) Loss of profits (iii) Losses incurred by any third party (iv) Loss of revenue (v) Loss of goodwill and reputation (vi) Loss of opportunity (vii) Loss of work." This is where I lost my cool, nowhere in the terms and conditions that Parcel Monkey have you agree to when purchasing an order state this. Nada, it does not exist! They do not conform to the terms and conditions found here: /terms-and-conditions/ Furthermore there is a second link on their website parcelmonkey.local /terms-and-conditions/ and this is not a valid URL for an external user of Parcel Monkey. Not looking good is it? Finally Connie acknowledged that there was an issue and told me: "If you wish to raise a complaint please may we ask you to send a letter to the Communications Director to the below address. Mr Jason Ramiah Customer Services Director, Parcel Monkey Ltd, 21 Tollgate, Chandlers Ford Eastleigh SO53 3TG" I did so, and I included a copy of their terms and conditions and asked that Jason Ramiah returned them to me highlighting where it states what Connie told me. He never replied/got in touch with me instead, someone called Lorena replied online: "I do apologise for the delay. Thank you for your letter. I am very saddened to hear that you are having some distress with one of our services. As you are aware, good customer service is imperative in order to maintain the satisfaction of all of our customers. I have been reading your comments and can only apologise for the confusion, we have just changed our Terms and Conditions recently. I do apologise for the confusion and any inconvenience caused by this. I am very sorry for the delayed delivery, to try and rectify this as quickly as possible I have requested an immediate investigation into the shipment, as soon as I have more information on this I will contact you immediately. Thanking you," It looks like Lorena acknowledged the terms and conditions arent quite 100% right but that still has not led to me getting a refund, this company is a faux avoid like the plague and if they have ever declined you a refund kick up now!

My Parcle was collected on Wednesday in the uk and they tried to deliver on Saturday in the USA but my son was out, he collected the Parcle on sat. 4 days door to door. 😃

Clear and easy service. Every package arrived on time. I printed my labels sticked them on the packages and dropped them off to the local post office. Arrived 4 days later to France via ParcelForce.

What is not to like? Professional corteous service, cheap pricing, and delivered brilliantly. We thought we missed the delivery as I heard a knock on the door but by the time I opened it no one was there, they contacted the company on my behalf and confirmed that they will come later in the day.

Needing to urgently send some items, left behind on a Sunday to somebody who was travelling in three days, the parcel was dropped off at a pick-up point late Sunday evening. It was delivered by midday Tuesday, in time for departure on Wednesday. Booking via ParcelMonkey and delivery via DPD did the job, economically. Well done!

Website easy to use, very intuitive and straightforward. Had small trouble with the payment system but it was resolved the following day. Overall good service, received frequent updates and delivery was quick.

Pretty much delivered! Simple steps, ended up choosing Parcelforce which instilled me with fear( generally useless in my experience) so pleasantly surprised all went as expected. Satisfied customer(for a change!- am a seasoned complainer of shoddy service).

My daughter emigrated to Canada and although almost all her belongings were transported by a shipping company she did leave behind some personal items that would be sent on at a later date.
When the time came to send these items I used a search engine to find an international courier. Parcel Monkey immediately caught my eye and following their instructions I quickly got several quotes to send my package to Canada. I opted for Parcel force and within minutes I had organised the pick up and had printed off my delivery and customs labels. The parcel was uplifted as arranged and I was able to track it all the way to its destination.Parcel took 4 days and it arrived safely, and most importantly of all, undamage. I was very impressed by the simplicity of it all and would have no hesitation in either using, or recommending Parcel Monkey to anyone.

Great service , have tried a few other similar providers and to be honest have had terrible service (Interparcel and Yodel ).
Tried Parcel monkey through a recommendation and havent been disappointed , will always use now !!
Parcel gets there on time and tracking info kept up to date!

This was my first time on Parcel Monkey or any similar service. It was simple to use, the parcel was collected and delivered in Spain as agreed, and the price was much more competitive than had I used the same service direct from Parcel Force.
