Didnt have my choice of carrier initially offered (DPD) once I entered details, although I know they also offer the service. However Parcelforce are good quality and I accepted that choice from the final shortlist.

My parcels go missing on there behalf they are to blame then they try to turn the blame back on you and will not give no compensation even thoght there insured for your lost parcels disgusting company and need to be shut down braking the law

Appaling company who lose parcels make false claims and deliver to address that dont even exist then to top it of refuse to reimburse my parcel and delivery costs absolute joke with people who do not care about there customer AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Disgraceful company when comes to compasation. Item was lost , even though they asked you too pay an extra fee for compensation and did not compensate me. After 2 months of "investigation" they conclude that I am not entitle to compensation, even though when you book the service a quick yellow message pops and ask you to ckeck if it is on compasation list. My item was liable to compensation if it was under £250 , which was. Today a got a "copy and pass" message full of apologise but NO COMPENSATION. I wonder how did they get some good review. Possible from someone that havent had use or have had problems. Not person to talk to just a loads of online messages exchange. If you want to loose money if your item is lost, just go ahead and use it.

Sent parcel uk to Netherlands parcel force international priority for a fraction of what it would have cost me directly from Royal Mail website or post office . Booking with parcel monkey was straight forward and service was as advertised . This is about 6 th time used them always good no problems .

Despite paying a premium, Parcel Force took 5 hours to pick up on Friday and the parcel wasnt delivered until the following Tuesday. Note, the courier said that they tried to deliver Monday and had to take back to the depot, however, the recipient that they could not understand why as there were personnel on site at the time.

Parcels from Edinburgh (Scotland) to Gdynia (Poland). Pick up on time by courier (DPD) & Delivered as expected on time with no problems. Parcels tracked all the way. Excellent service at a good price.

I never knew this existed This has made my life a lot easier when it comes to sending parcels. Door to door no more messing around trying to get the items to the post office. No more waiting in cues everything is done on line when you open an account.
The only thing i would like is a time slot or a txt message service to say your driver is on his way.

Live Chat and email support need the details to be provided back from the carrier, hence we use online customer support rather than putting customers on hold during lengthy phone calls.

We are a small business, shipping samples but not sending enough goods to want to go all out and sign a contract with a courier company. Parcel monkey is PERFECT for us; small stuff, huge stuff, national and international... We use it all the time and have never been let down at all. Personally I find the service absolutely great. ( And we are living/ working in the absolute sticks... The service is still great. Quality couriers like DPD, DHL and Parcelforce are available through the website... It shows.)

Sent a 7kg parcel to Rochdale from Chelmsford. This was the first time Id used Parcel Monkey. Its a quick and simple service and cost around 40% less than Parcelforce. Its easy to track and arrived on the next working day. Cant really ask for more.

I had my reservations at first because of the price, I thought whats the catch but the catch is there is no catch. I sent one box of 7.2kg and another a few days later at 12.3kg to the Czech Republic. Both boxes arrived in the 3 days the monkey quoted. The only hold up was the operator in the post office who couldnt work the computer to check the parcel in! But once she overcame her incompetence it was all plane sailing. Nothing was damaged, nothing went missing, all was trackable what more could you ask for.
Long live the parcel monkey.

First off all my order gone missing. What I mean is not visible on dashboard and cant print label. After contacted customers service label sent on email. Secondly cant trace parcel and when. Contacted customers service been promised to receive emai with update about parcel Is sent. Never received any email any feedback. Assume parcel lost in transit as can prove was delivered. Got all chat transcription. staff poorly trained, and arrogant. Very unhelpful. Lesson learned. No more parcel monkey for me. thanks to a bad service managed to find better parcel carrier middle man and much more happier. Bye bye parcelmonkey.

When you place an order under your email address on your account will appear a label, unless there is an error message, This is also emailed direct to your account when you place an order. The PM order number is used to track the item, and if not our support team can help on Live Chat from 8am to 9pm weekdays. I have checked your account and no email messages have been sent to our team from you and we have reviewed the Live Chat and the agent was polite and dealt with your enquiry.

Made a booking. Got told my payment didnt work but it did. Courier fetched package and had two tracking number. No one could tell me which was the correct one. Parcel was next day delivery. Parcel arrived 4 days later
