I have used parcel monkey 2 times already,they are very affordable,they list all the companies prices from low to high,the items are collected on the agreed day and delivered on the agreed day as well,communication is clear and effective,the website is easy to use and it is straightforward.
I would highly recommend parcel monkey,they have competitive rates,royal mail or any other delivery service such as UPS couldnt offer a better deal,they are by far the best in the market.

This review is bad because DPD Made a mistake in copying the address. From the printed label. I ended up making many many phone calls to get this rectified. I was expecting the parcel on the 1 of June and today the 3rd I still dont know when I will receive it.

My card was charged £78 for Courier pick up and nobody turned up to pick my parcel up and my money was not refunded. I will never ever use their service again as its a complete rip off.

I arrived after the package, and had a little difficulty getting the package. But I was able to get on your web page and find my package and get the tracking number, so I went today to pick it up!

Booked easily. Collected next day. Cheapest option for delivery to the USA. Stuck in customs in the USA, but thats not Parcel Mokeys fault.

Only small complaint was that I did ask for a phone call before delivery and didnt get one, so had to rearrange. Otherwise totally hassle free and great value. Thank you.

I chose the lowest price for a small parcel person-to-person to Dubai from UK. Estimated 4-7 days and it was delivered within the time. Excellent value; all worked well from transaction, admin, collection through to delivery. 2nd time Ive used them, both times excellent.

Booked pickup for 8am, but he didnt arrive until 9:15 which as my partner was waiting to go to work was obviously not good. No offer of compensation or a refund or anything.

This is the first time I have used parcel monkey. I wanted to get some of my late fathers things to charity at a reasonable price. I found the site very easy to use and the parcels were collected as arranged. After tracking, both boxes were delivered and signed for this afternoon. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others

I had my parcel collected on Wednesday around midday from the UK, arriving at my house in Australia already on Monday!! It was ridiculously fast, no hassles whatsoever and really really easy process with very little hassle. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Two words - absolutely brilliant! Some more words - booked online on Wednesday, picked up at 10:00 on Thursday by very helpful driver, delivered 2455km to Trebisov, Slovakia on Tuesday at 13:30 for £25:35 incl. insurance. Two more words - freaking fantastic!

I had 40kg of books to send back home after 5 years spent in London. They pick them up when they were meant to and the parcels arrived the week after. If I have to say something bad about the service is that the "track your parcel" is not working properly and I had to send an email to find out where the parcels were (you dont want to wait at home all day for your parcels). So I basically miss the delivery but I rescheduled online and the parcels arrived the day after. Well the boxes didnt have the same shape as when theyve been picked up but I guess is normal. Little damage on the cover of couple of books but acceptable, my books are at home and thats the most important thing for me. Just a suggestion... The price of the parcel from 1kg to 30kg is the same so if I knew it before I would send home to parcel of 30kg... Same price, more stuff. Overall great service, it cost 3 times less than Dhl but at the end of the story they delivery the parcels with Dhl so... Same service put super cheap. Highly recommended!!

They lost my parcel. Tried to contact, but no respond. And there is no telephone number that you could call. Lost $37 for service plus $80 actual package cost. Bad experience.

My first use of Parcel Monkey. I needed to get a bicycle from Yorkshire to Scotland - parcel monkey made it easy to book for the following day and it just worked. Brilliant.
