I was a little sceptical of the service offered for the price quoted to ship 4 wheels to Sweden but gave it a try , pleasantly surprised with the first rate service and communication , plus a really fast delivery from door to door .
I will gladly use again when the need arises .

Arranged collection, it was urgent so paid a premium for 48 hour collection and delivery. One week later they hadnt collected. Followed up politely on online chat support team, though this was a major problem for me. They re-booked the collection, one week later still nothing! Ended up demanding a full refund. Customer service was blaming courier but two failed pickups without ANY communication must be down to them, Parcelforce makes mistakes sometimes but Parcel Monkey has a 100% failure record. Youd have better chances leaving your parcel on the street and hoping your receiver finds it by accident.

So far I have used these guys on 2 occasions and not had an issue with delivery service.
My only qualm is with the fact the Parcel Monkey have no direct customer service line, strictly only contactable via email ( on the assumption they get back to you, which in my case they have not). If there contact methods for customer services was more efficient I would happily give them a 5 star rating.

I had an amazing service with Parcel Monkey, I send 2 big boxes from England to Italy and they arrived in a week! Excellent service! I suggest everyone to use this service! Working well even in Bank Holiday!

Booked for shipment of fragile artwork the day before, working on a bit of a deadline. Easy to use website, reasonable prices, courier turned up and was able to find me despite being in a busy hotel and collected the parcel promptly. Package arrived before I expected and though the driver forgot to get me to sign for it - it was left in my porch - package was in excellent condition. Everything I could have expected really.

I used parcel monkey to send a drill to a customer who had purchased it on eBay. I paid for the parcel to be delivered and was told my label should be sent to my email within 60 minutes. However it wasnt after multiple times trying to resend it to my email and being unsuccessful I tried to complain..but parcel monkey dont have a phone number or email address on their website. It then said I had to log in to start a chat with a member of staff however it said my log in details where incorrect, even though Id wrote them down. So no way of getting a refund or an explanation as to what the fu ck the has happened. joke, set of cu nts.

Used Parcel Monkey for the first time, loads cheaper than going to the exact same courier directly ? !!
Easy to use & saved a wedge of cash, would definitely use them again if I need to send a large parcel.

This service was really useful. the only problem (common to any other parcel company) is that you dont know the delivery time untill the same day, which difficult the organisation.

When they collected the parcel, they failed to tell me there was a problem with the invoice, nor did they send a email or make a phone call. Instead they left the parcel sitting at the depot. As the parcel hadnt arrived after 12 days, I got a little concerned. I decided to email and find out what was going on. I later got a reply to say I needed to rectify the invoice, but they never told me what needed rectifying. After numerous messages back and forth, I thought I was finally there and had send them everything they had asked for. But low and behold, they continue to ask for more. They are now asking for an unsigned copy of the invoice. This has now been 4 weeks and not 4-5 working days as promised. Worst service Ive ever had in my life. Will never ever use them again. Hopeless. Im now going to be turning up in Australia with the clothes on my back due to their incompetence and laziness. My parcel still hasnt arrived!

paid for next day delivery, came the day after that!!!!! not notified of any delay - my son sat in waiting for his parcel for two days of his half term holiday. not acceptable - WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the springs from the item and also one of the pins did not arrive with the parcel, the person receiving the parcel said there was a hole in the packaging so the missing parts must be in the drivers van
