I have always had very good service via parcel monkey. the only exception was when i sent a parcel to indua the documents which had to be sent with the parcel were not very well explained (by the shipment company and hence the parcel monkey) which caused delays of 1 week and about 6 emails. In the end the parcel was delivered by DHL, though i had paid for a cheaper service.

I have used Parcel Monkey four times. The first three experiences were great. No problems, great price, no complaints. When things go wrong though, be prepared for a world of pain. The company has a very very cheap customer service facility. You cant even speak to anyone on the phone. They lost a parcel of mine and due to the nature of their business do not have to take blame for its loss. They simply forward your parcel via different couriers to get you the best price. They can then simply blame the courier for losing your parcel. I would just pay a little more and go direct with the couriers, save yourself the stress. You will find similar comments about their customer service in other reviews.

I got a better price than going straight to shipping companies. Great! My only suggestion (and this is to all courier compnies in general) is that they ask you to print the labels. Why cant the courier company print the labels?

The service was wonderful in every respect. It was Sunday afternoon and I had to make an express delivery to Greece before leaving town. I left the parcel to be picked up at the friends house where I was staying. I was kind of worried because I hadnt used Parcel Monkeys services before and I wouldnt be there if anything went wrong. Also I was not able to print a label but just taped a hand written note of the details sent to me via email. There was no problem whatsoever, the parcel was picked up on time and was delivered at the end of the week at the recipients hands. And the price was just great! Based on my first experience with them I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again and would recommend it to anyone.

Really easy to use and everything went really well. I paid online, printed the label and just dropped my parcel at a post office. It was very speedy and saved me the hassle or queuing/researching for a cheaper price as it offered me the best options from the start!

Ordered parcel force 48 hour delivery - its now five days after it was collected and it still hasnt been delivered. This is unacceptable, I left for Italy one day ago, and if it were delivered on time I wouldnt have been stressed about my belongings going missing whilst I am out of the country. I dont return for another two weeks so I had to PAY EXTRA to have it delivered to a neighbour, the earliest date is in two days - a WHOLE WEEK after collection. Never using this service again. Unacceptable.

Sent a toy to a friend in Poland in a rather large box. It got there undamaged and was signed for successfully. What more can you ask for. However, the drop-off shop in Nantwich just left my parcel on the shop floor though, (for how long, I dont know), and it potentially could have been stolen. That was my only concern!

Large parcel weighing 25kg - was able to use parcel force 48 delivery through parcel monkey - could not fault service and cost at all.

The prices are better than going to some of the big companies direct and the process is so easy. Always check PM first when I have a parcel to send.

I sent a parcel to USA, Parcel Monkey made it so easy getting all the right forms and address labels printed out. Tracking was very good too and arrived before the estimated delivery data

I had to send a very large box to the other end of the country for my sons birthday and needed it to be there on time and at a sensible price.
I had to go out before they collected it and left instructions as to where it was and came home to find it gone and a reassuring receipt saying it had been collected.
My son received it on the day they specified and that I needed so I was just so relieved.Will be using again.

Not sure what to add to the title. The parcel arrived sooner than expected; undamaged and the receiver of it was surprised just as intended. The service was easy to use and very efficient. Will use it in the future.

I was happy with the initial quote (£6-7) for my item which was 70cm long, i.e. less than 1mt. BUT when I can to actually post I was told it was too large and the cost would be over £25 rather than the £6-7 I was quoted. I had to cancel my eBay sale and refund the purchaser.

I am sorry to hear about your issue, prices are based on volumetric weight, we have a quick quote engine on the homepage however we require all of the parcel details to be able to price it in full including the weight and all dimensions of the item. The price once we have those details will not change unless you have entered invalid details where the courier may charge for any excess weight. By reading this review it sounds like you did not purchase the rate from our site as the price would not change once you have the labels and they are attached to the box.

Never has my items been posted on time and always paid for 24 or 48 hour service but its always a day or two late !! The small print has a disclaimer for this how convenient for your self and not for the poor customers!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Parcel Monkey do not handle the items so the transit times are advised by the courier in what they will deliver in. It is then down to the courier to deliver in the time frame outlined and our terms are made clear at the time of booking, as we do not deliver the goods.

ParcelForce did a good job. They picked up a parcel from Dyffed and took it to Surrey in good condition. I would recommend them as a courier service.

I used the parcel monkey option to have a parcel internationally. Pick up was using parcel force on the designated day and delivered to Thailand in 2 days. From collection to delivery thats 3 days. Awesome.

Booked a package to be collected in the UK and delivered to Ireland, excellent service on the UK side, great value for money and would be delivered in 2 days. 6 days later the package has not been delivered as the firm it was outsourced to cannot read addresses, its very disappointing. Would use again for domestic deliveries but a birthday has been missed as a result of poor service.

Was suppose to pick up parcel on Monday printed off labels an paid. waited in all day didnt turn up or msg to say not coming. Service is **** an I sure wont be using Parcel monkey ever again. RUBBISH PARCEL MONKEY A FCUKING **** COMPANY.

A very useful utility, allows review and choice of courier. Nothing to do with Parcel Monkey but the shop assistant where I went to drop off for DPD was pretty clueless, made heavy weather of booking my parcel in and apparently logged it as a returned item. It was delayed a day while DPD sorted it out and got there in the end.

Parcelforce (not Parcelmonkey, but accessed via them) failed to deliver our package which was "guaranteed 24h". The tracking info never mentioned a delay and nobody contacted us. When we called them, they just said "yeah... sometimes we just dont bother to meet our guarantees... maybe youll get it another time..."
