Parcel Monkey organised a collection by Parcelforce which was carried out on time. The price was marginally cheaper that it would have been if I had taken the package to the post office myself.

Very poor indeed! We are still looking for the parcel which has not yet arrived to date! We are not even sure that if we get it at last, the contents will still be there! We are still looking for what you are supposed to deliver.

This is my second time using parcel monkey for an international destination.
They are extremely efficient, my parcel arrived door to door in 2 days.

Easy to book for collection, driver who collected very nice, parcel arrived in timescale promised and was half price of post office!!!

Simple, fairly clear, nice user interface. Cost half as much to send using Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey than simply going straight to Parcel Force - Crazy! The difference made my package financially viable to send internationally - otherwise I couldnt have sold the contents.

Very fast service. Slight confusion over label, needed to search FAQ to find out why it was not available to print immediately. Only 4 days to get to Greece, very impressed.

Chose of parcel courier is great and prices. I chose dpd and took it to the collection shop very close to be. I will use Parcel Monkey again and
recommend it. Good service and parcel arrived next day.

The obvious thing here is that you cant blame PM as such because although they are entrusted with your parcel they are just the middle men. My own experience is I have sent a large parcel to Malta and presently it is stuck in Germany. My friend in Malta has had to make many international calls to Parcel Force at great expense to try get this situation resolved. Happy? Not really, the parcel cost £50 to post, I would expect to arrive at the 4 days as stated.

Price and collection were excellent, unfortunately it arrived in two pieces as the delivery driver tried to open the door whilst holding the parcel and dropped it. Luckily nothing was damaged or missing.

The process was easy but I paid for next day delivery with Parcelforce 24. Parcel was delivered 3 days later.

I needed to get a bulky parcel to my daughter-in-law in Sweden, local Post Office quoted me £41 minimum by Parcelforce International. So I tried Parcel Monkey instead - got an 3/4 good alternative quotes, went for one at £21 (ironically from Parcelforce!). Parcel picked up from home Monday morning, delivered in Sweden Friday morning, progress easy to track at each stage. Faultless, would strongly recommend.

Very comprehensive user interface, several options to choose from to suit every requirement (delivery time, price comparison, drop off or collection service). On time delivery.

No pick up. Still none a week later. Delivery company have no record of pick up but do have a delivery, so DPD useless too. The online service is pointless.

I use DPD drop off service via Parcel Monkey and it can be hit and miss - one drop off point ran out of receipts and said can i come back next week! - the next drop off point was 5 miles away.There are not that many close by it seems
I saved a fiver on Royal Mail but spent that running around - so Id say put Parcel Monkey in your armoury and compare not just cost but convenience and time
