Great when everything goes smoothly and usually cheaper than RM. However, parcels fairly regularly not collected with no apology. Service is very dependent on the local courier. Parcels I have sent have been left in odd places with no note left to explain.

They collected from me (in the UK) exactly when they said. Parcel arrived (in France) without any damage. Much cheaper than Parcelforce. My only quibble and hence not the 5 stars was the delivery date was stated to be the Monday, so I informed the recipient, and they made arrangements to be in then. It was actually delivered on the Saturday (2 days earlier than they said). Luckily they were in.

Took a day off work for a parcel to be collected, only it wasnt. Theres no contact number so had to have a Web chat with someone who basically said you either cancel the collection or re-book it. After paying for a service which I didnt receive, and taking time off work, a full or part refund should have been standard practice. I just about received an apology, let alone anything else. Parcel was then collected 2 days later for which the courier had 2 collections booked for 2 parcels! Love the way they treat new customers, certainly wont be using them again.

I recently bought a broadcast camera and needed to get it shipped to ireland. I looked at a number of different courier companies and decided Parcel Monkey offered the best service, and good value too when i had to buy additional insurance for my high value package. Was able to track it and it arrived on time.

I had a bad experience with my collection, and the advisors, not only didnt give me any solution, they are not answering my complaint and even if I am trying to get my money back, they are not answering to my request. Nobody colected my parcel, nobody gave me a solution that can fit my need and they are not even offering my money back. I had to solve my problem on my own, obviously with an other company, and I will fight for my money myself, as well. This was a terrible experience before moving to an other country. Do not trust them if you are in a rush.

I cannot rate the service that Parcel Monkey & DPD have provided me highly enough,
It couldnt be simpler, they collected on time Tuesday lunchtime in Basildon Essex, the estimated delivery to my Swedish address was the following Tuesday but the large parcel had arrived at my door Friday lunchtime just 3 days later !! In fact it arrived there before I had a chance to fly back over and collect it ! Brilliant service !

My parcel did get there, but as the tracking section did not work and is still tracking my parcel even after it got there! PAYPAL wont give me my money back due to inconsistencies their own website. The live chat is rubbish even though my case was escalated I had t go through same thing over and over again. At one point they asked me when I received the parcel. I SENT THE PARCEL!! I took over a week to even get a pod. When I asked them to fix their website, they say they couldnt. Emails to support centre are sometimes not even answered. I cant believe you cant call them and you have to write to a UK address to complain. I have done that but I expect I will hear nothing as they have not proved to this date that they can action anything. My parcel left on the 18th Feb. We are now on the 14th March. If you want to throw your money down the toilet and waste a month of your life chasing them, then yes use this company!

As we do not handle the parcels we have to investigate with the courier companies on its location. There is very little sensible contact, live chat appears to be overseas with staff unable to deal properly with any issues that are not on their script. I ordered and paid for four parcels to go from UK to France. Only one label was generated, as their is no phone number or email address, I was forced to go onto their live chat, and after quite a long conversation I was assured three times that one label would suffice as it said 1 of 4, and I could copy the other three. When the courier from DPD arrived, he said he would get DPD to print off the other three. He took the parcels, and I then went onto the live chat and told them the courier had said there should have been four labels, they told me that it should be ok and if not customer services would contact me. After which DPD generated usual delivery progress, and it was taken by the French courier company, who have failed to deliver as they said customer was not in, even though she said she was, and they didn`t leave a card, or phone or email her, just sent the parcel (s) back to UK. No one seems to know how many parcels there are being sent back, or who is taking responsibility. I would like to use parcelmonkey again, but I would like to have a contact number to at least speak to someone sensible.

We offer Live Chat support in our UK office to help with any enquiries, and also customer support if you press the help tab on your account homepage and then contact us and that allows you to reach us via email. We do not offer phone support as it can take a while to get hold of the courier handling the parcel hence we use online support. Please do feel free to contact us so we can help with your DPD issue.

Pricing and sending parcel was fine but trying to register was poor. It said account 75% complete and the asked for my date of birth. When entered it just kept returning to that page with no explanation as to why. Useless.

Was simple and straightforward. Collection and delivery were on time and they did call before both actions. Only improvement suggestion is to update online tracking information realtime. Good experience overall. Especially pleased as Id used postal services twice before to the same address and failed. Very satisfied with parcel monkeys service.

Easy transaction and great pricing compared to going direct, around 1/2 price.
No problems with the courier but parcel monkey website didnt update with the DPD tracking info.

I have used this service for several years and have never had any reason to complain. They pick up when they say and deliver when they say. My parcels generally go to the Middle East and there has never been any problems.

delivered without a hitch very pleased. BUT pick up of parcel was from 9am to 5pm. too long a wait and not acceptable. will rethink before using parcel monkey again.

Sorry we cannot shorten the window, this is how the carriers operate. You may be interested in our Drop Off services found on the price screen, where you simply drop at a DPD shop or Parcelforce Post Office or depot meaning no need to wait in.
