Service was average to good, after making payment I received message stating that posting labels information will arrive via email within 20 to 30 mins. This information never arrived until the morning of collection 2 hours before package was collected. I sent several requests for this information but did not get any replies.

The collection service on 7th June was fabulous but alas! everything has gone horribly wrong and there is zero support from this company, I am totally gutted and extremely disappointed. The parcel I sent to Lusaka arrived in the country on 16th June and since then has not been delivered to its destination. We are all very upset and disappointed because there is no help from Parcel Monkey. I sent a message asking where in Lusaka Zambia my parcel has been delivered to no avail - there are no answers coming. Someone please HELP ME!!!!! I need that parcel delivered or at least tell me it is so I can organize for it to be collected.

I had never heard of parcel monkey until the day i booked them! I saved over half the price Royal Mail quoted me for the 2 parcels i sent. Communication was fantastic. Booking was easy and fast and the service was brilliant. Tracking numbers were given so i could track my parcel as soon as it was taken. I will definitely be using this service whenever i need to send a parcel from now on.

First of all, the 5 days delivery what they told is fake. We sent two parcels 9 days ago, and its just left their warehouse yesterday (considering their tracking service). Whenever i tried to get answers via their live chat service, every time they promised that they gonna get in contact with the courier, and email to me when the parcels gonna arrive, but it obviously never happened. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARCEL MONKEY TO ANYONE!

Very happy with the service received. My parcels arrived earlier that I initially anticipated with no damage to my items. I will be happy to use their service in the near future, no need to hassle yourself carrying heavy suitcases anymore.

Booked a pick up on 13th June on a 2 day delivery to Ireland. They were scheduled to pick it up on 14th June and didnt. Had to re-book to pick up on 15th of June on same 2 day service. It didnt get to Ireland until Mon 20th June. Wont be using them again. another courier far better. Even the courier they booked mentioned there were having a lot of problems with Parcel Monkey.

Terrible service, item smashed to pieces when delivered, then refused to compensate me for the damage or even collect and return the damaged item. Will not be using again, other companies offer a far better service and actually care about their customers. Never been treated so unacceptably by a company.

I had a parcel to send to Poland - 6 kilos and small enough to go as a small parcel via Post Office. As it was 6 kilos, it had to be sent via Parcelforce, price £50 and via DPD on Parcel Monkey it was £12.95.
Drop off location was close and convenient, I received two emails from DPD to keep me informed and parcel was delivered within the promised time.
Recommended.

I picked this service because it advertised it could deliver within 2 days on the site. This was not true it was delivered in 5 - 6 days. If I knew that I wouldnt have chosen this service as I needed the delivery within a specific time frame.

I quoted a lady based on the quotation on the site when I entered the weight. When I went on to actually book collection and it requested dimensions it transpired the courier wasnt suitable. Only the more expensive ones were.
It also said I didnt need printer. However, once I had booked it requested I print labels!
