Last year, I paid for a large parcel to be shipped to Scotland. It vanished despite tracking. Clearly stolen but no help from Parcel Monkey. Just emails saying sorry, go through our extremely convoluted claim process designed carefully to put you off bothering. Left it a year, tried again. Bad move. Booked a service off their website, parcel to Canaries. Paid and parcel collected. Some considerable time later, message saying that they cant deliver unless I pay more money! Told them it was their problem and they should get it delivered. Zero response to that. Buyer in Canaries now wants to cancel. Message back to Monkey and same response, cant deliver. Totally disgraceful behaviour so its litigation time, sadly.

Couldnt be better: easy to use site, all the various options for parcel services there in front of you to choose. The price seemed very competitive (I thought Parcel Force would have been much more expensive). Pick up delivery just as said. Will definitely use again.

Lost parcel of contents worth over £100 I allowed a couple of weeks extra for parcel to arrive as it fell over the Christmas period, after a month of chasing and never receiving an answer. Finally got told the parcel was lost and I cant claim as it falls outside the T&Cs Cannot speak with anyone, its all done over IM. Finally received money back for initial postage but PM couldnt even tell me who the courier was. I enden up with a disappointed family in OZ with no gifts received. Rude, pathetic, appauling service!!!

Ive sent a parcel to Romania and after 3 weeks I still got no answer, no tracking or anything ... The parcel was supposed to arrive at the destination in 6-8 days and they say you can track the parcel but the only information available was that the parcel left UK on the 09.02.2016

I had sent 2 parcels this week, 1 by parcel monkey for which I cant fault the service I received, the other was sent by parcels2go they failed to collect 3 times after a week Im still trying to get a refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR FOR HASSLE FREE DELIVERY OR COLLECTION USE THE PROFESSIONALS USE PARCEL MONKEY !!!!!

Parcel picked up around mid-day on the due day for collection. I was given a tracking number through which I was able to track progress and see regular updates. The parcel was delivered at my door in 6 days. Pretty good services from SW England to rural BC, Canada! Very happy with the service received. Thank you.

The crate was due to be collected on Wednesday and when the driver arrived he insisted the crate opened so he could inspect the contents. Upon doing so he declared the gearbox had oil on it and would need cleaning which we did immediately ready for collection the next day. I was called twice the next day to confirm collection but it never took place as the courier had taken it upon himself to mark the collection as having paperwork missing which was nothing short of a lie as he had not returned to make the collection. Moreover he had cancelled the collection altogether. It took me a great deal of time to convince the courier that this was their issue to resolve and not mine. No one called me to advise that the collection had been cancelled it was only because I chased them that this came to light. In fairness to the courriers, once I had escalated the issue,and got to speak with a manager things moved forward quickly and the collection took place on Friday afternoon.

Our 3 parcels were collected at approximately 4 PM on Wednesday the 17th February and delivered on Monday AM the 22nd February in perfect condition.
The drivers/delivery staff were courteous and efficient.
Our only complaint is that we were informed that we would be given a 1 hour delivery slot for collection, this did not happen, and as a result we waited in all day for the collection

Had to send something from UK to French Alps. Thought this would be a costly exercise but Parcel Monkey offered a reasonable price. I thought this would lead to a poor service but need not have worried. Got a 5 star service for a 2 star price. Brilliant!

They didnt pick the parcels on time. However, the parcels delivered to the given address very quickly; in 3 working days, even before the deadline. So, its a very good company and according to that and very cheap according

My first time using a courier and although I took the parcel to the pick-up place on a Sunday in London, it reached its destination in Manchester by 12 noon on Monday - super fast - thanks.

Excellent service. Collection Courier excellent, polite and helpful. Only downside to the service is that you cannot give a morning or afternoon choice.

Parcel Monkey did well, pricing good and system worked well - however Parcelforce were more than a day late picking up the parcels and their system not very user-friendly.

I booked online and the driver arrived within 30 minutes. It was a Parcel force driver. The price was also great.

I ordered next day delivery with DX, and waiting in all day (until 6:00pm) for someone to come and another couriers. Nobody turned up and I did not get any notice that nobody was going to come. So I jumped onto the on line chat and spoke with PM support to ask what had gone on. They did apologise and said they would re-arrange it for the following day, whilst that was my only option it was not helpful. I booked a next day delivery and collection for a reason, and this was not provided. I then submitted a support ticket requesting a refund as I was not 100% happy that what I paid for was being provided. I was then informed by Alyssa, "Please be informed that we only give refunds to cancelled orders and over five (5) working days of delayed services." I asked Alyssa to point me to the clause in their terms and conditions that stated such a thing, to which Alyssa stopped replying and along came Connie. Connie completely ignored me and just apologised that the delivery was not collected on time. I requested from Connie again the clause in the terms and conditions that state this. Connie then (from thin air) informed me that: "Unfortunately, we can only offer compensation if the parcel is delayed for more than 5 working days. The terms and conditions you agreed to when completing the order state that: 8.4. Although the Company shall use reasonable endeavours to provide the Service within the estimated timescales, the Company cannot guarantee the collection or delivery times specified. 8.5. The Company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. 8.6. The Company shall not be liable for late collections unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be collected on. 8.7. The Company disclaims all liability for any consequential loss arising from, or in connection with, the Services supplied by The Company and its Agents. For the purpose of this Agreement, Consequential loss shall include, but not be limited to (i) Pure economic loss (ii) Loss of profits (iii) Losses incurred by any third party (iv) Loss of revenue (v) Loss of goodwill and reputation (vi) Loss of opportunity (vii) Loss of work." This is where I lost my cool, nowhere in the terms and conditions that Parcel Monkey have you agree to when purchasing an order state this. Nada, it does not exist! They do not conform to the terms and conditions found here: /terms-and-conditions/ Furthermore there is a second link on their website parcelmonkey.local /terms-and-conditions/ and this is not a valid URL for an external user of Parcel Monkey. Not looking good is it? Finally Connie acknowledged that there was an issue and told me: "If you wish to raise a complaint please may we ask you to send a letter to the Communications Director to the below address. Mr Jason Ramiah Customer Services Director, Parcel Monkey Ltd, 21 Tollgate, Chandlers Ford Eastleigh SO53 3TG" I did so, and I included a copy of their terms and conditions and asked that Jason Ramiah returned them to me highlighting where it states what Connie told me. He never replied/got in touch with me instead, someone called Lorena replied online: "I do apologise for the delay. Thank you for your letter. I am very saddened to hear that you are having some distress with one of our services. As you are aware, good customer service is imperative in order to maintain the satisfaction of all of our customers. I have been reading your comments and can only apologise for the confusion, we have just changed our Terms and Conditions recently. I do apologise for the confusion and any inconvenience caused by this. I am very sorry for the delayed delivery, to try and rectify this as quickly as possible I have requested an immediate investigation into the shipment, as soon as I have more information on this I will contact you immediately. Thanking you," It looks like Lorena acknowledged the terms and conditions arent quite 100% right but that still has not led to me getting a refund, this company is a faux avoid like the plague and if they have ever declined you a refund kick up now!

My Parcle was collected on Wednesday in the uk and they tried to deliver on Saturday in the USA but my son was out, he collected the Parcle on sat. 4 days door to door. 😃
