Good price, timed collection, slight lack of information about delivery but this was due to overseas agent. Parcel monkey cannot be responsible for this.

Avoid these cowboys at all costs, your better off paying slightly more and receive a decent service from elsewhere rather then using these thieves. Issue is same as many others on here, no collection on 2 occasions even after having the patience to give them a second chance on re-booking. Then they withhold my refund, I have become so fed up that I have now instructed trading standards and also the information commissioners office to investigate this fraudulent company. I have also requested my bank to issue a chargeback order so a refund should be made by my bank. Dont believe the 5 star ratings, they have most probably been paid reviews or even worse done by the company themselves. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Sorry to hear the courier you booked on our site failed to make a collection, if you cancel a refund is issued in 3-5 working days. We do not make the collections, we resell courier services and they then come and pick up your items. If they fail to collect we can rebook the collection, or of course cancel and refund for you.

I sent my first parcel abroad, they charged me £8 extra. They charged me £3 for my second parcel which was only 0.6kg more than its weight. I sent 3 parcels together, they charged me £40. I weighed them very carefully before sending them which was just under 90kg, later on they sent me an email that they want to take £40 from my account because they said that my parcels weight was 105kg!!!!! 15kg different between me and their weighing!!!!! Who believes this. Any how, I realised now that they charge for nothing, its been their habits to charge customers.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with additional charges, they come from the courier to us to then collect from the customer. You must ensure all details added into the quote engine are accurate as when they get the goods in their network they will measure it using lasers to be 100% accurate. The courier use volumetric weight also so it is not just the actual weight but all dimensions too..

Excellent service for collection and delivering the goods via parcelforce but they have taken extra money from my debit card as there have stated the measurements and weight is incorrect but they send no proof. Have sent a few parcels with them but will think twice now.

Shipped 18 boxes with Parcelmonkey from the UK to Hungary, all arrived on time. Caution: use strong boxes and pack your stuff well as boxes get damaged on the way!

Email arrived as soon as I had paid... saying a further email within 30 mins would arrive with a link to print the despatch label. 1 1/2 hours later... still no email... had to go into a chat to get a link to print the label. Next day 30 minutes after the parcel had been collected... an email arrived with a link to print the label. Basically.... sort yourselves out... this is not good customer service. The actual despatch and delivery was fine... the management was not.

Had some issues to start off with, mainly because their address requirements are so rigorous that non-standard addresses are refused at point of booking, causing the customer to alter it to be accepted. This is where the problems begin... But, after 5 amendments later through a time-consuming web email chat, the parcel was collected just one day late and arrived overseas in a really fast time. I would use again, purely because the pricing is insanely attractive in comparison to their competitors. However, I would be much happier if they allowed non-standard addresses to be entered (some people live in places like 55-65 Napier Road, the hyphen was rejected).

On the Monday I requested a courier to pick up,for next day delivery,package large and heavy,no mention whilst asking and paying for service that theres a maximum size.left a messege that I wouldnt be home so there would be a place the package would be. Tuesday came home to find package still where I left it,live chatted with a chap who told me either drop it off at a collection point or wait another24-48hours for it to be picked up.the first choice wasnt possible so I had to wait for it to be picked up....came back from work the next day ...still there ...back to live chat again,asked to speak to the manager...no joy.i ended up phoning parcel force direct and getting a new contract with them,as they told me parcel monkey had not passed the messege on that I would not be home and the package was in a safe place Wasted three days and the package was late getting where it needed to be....how hard can it be??

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, if you can obtain a quote via our website and the dimensions provided by you are accurate, the goods will be collected. If it is too large it will say on the site that Parcel Monkey cannot help with this shipment.
We can hand over notes to the courier left by you on the booking, however we cannot guarantee that they will observe these as we do not physically collect the items ourselves. If you are not in we recommend to use a drop off service to a depot or PO, or even leave the item with a neighbour who will be in when the driver comes to collect.

Would recommend this service. Sent a parcel 20k from UK to KOS. they said 4 days and 4 days it was. No problems at all. Picked up when they said and delivered in perfect condition.

When someone quote a price which is too good to be true, it is too good to be true. The parcel was supposed to be picked up on 13th June and courier never showed up. Had to chase them to pickup the parcel... And from 15th to 28th (as of today) the parcel is sitting on a warehouse due to someone misplacing the documents (which were handed over to the courier at the time of pickup). All the inquiries are promptly answered with a canned/predictable responses of "we are following up" but never got a solution and parcel never moved. Unacceptable service!

Sorry to hear about your issue, we do not collect the parcels, we take the order and hand the details to the courier you choose on our site. The documents required will also be handed over by the customer to the courier attached to the parcel and if they come off the parcel if not securely attached the goods will be delayed. However, we can send them a new copy to assist you, to the courier who has the item should the tracking show they are missing. As we do not hold the goods, we do have to wait on courier updates so apologies for any delays this has caused you.

The fact that they dont have a contact number is ridiculous. Replys are painfully slow on their chat. They stated (for 7 days) that they were waiting for the parcel to arrive at their depot. I called the depot and they told me that the parcel had been there for the previous 5 days. They then told me that I would recieve a tracking number on tuesday and the parcel would be delivered on wednesday. Neither happened and we didnt get a reply to our messages until the following monday where they asked us to describe what the box looked like. they have now said today (4weeks later) that they have finally found the box and that it will be returned to us. I asked for a tracking number and delivery date but, of course, there was no response. I will never use their service again and I advise everyone else to do the same and look elsewhere

So easy to use and reliable, only comment is on both occasions I re ieved an email stating a follow up email would arrive within 30 mins. This did not happen it was in the next 24hrs which meant we were unsure what was happening but it came through and all good.

I placed the order midday Tuesday and the parcel arrived Friday morning, from the UK to south of France. The labels were sent to me which I then had to scan and email through to the person sending the parcel so an option to have the labels sent to someone other than the person requesting the order would be a good idea.

I was surprised by how inexpensive it was to have large parcels (25kg) collected and sent to the Czech Republic. Very little admin, very efficient service, delivery was 4 working days later. The prices I found on Parcel Monkey seemed to be substantially lower than when I tried to navigate the indivividual website of the carrier which I had chosen through them. Would definitely use this service again.
