Ordered as thought using DPD would be hassle free , was wrong no communication nothing. Gave them a second chance and same result. Had a nightmare trying to speak to them, they dont seem to have a phone number. says it all. AVOID>>>>>

Received very poor service. After the courier failed to collect for 2 consecutive days without ever once attempting to - PM seemed completely reluctant to help. They are not contactable by telephone so you have to rely on a live chat customer service that gives out no reference number, emails or commitments. Over 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and have no idea if my cancellation request has even been received. Will categorically never use PM again - Not worth the hassle. What company worth their salt doesnt have a phone number? DODGY

I arranged same day collection from the UK to Portugal. The on line system was easy to use and gave me a choice of carriers with the different delivery timings as well as costs. My parcel was collect the same day and arrive 2 working days later. I am so impressed and will definitely use your services again. I have already recommended you to friends.

Although parcel was sent to wrong depot in destination country it arrived at exactly the right time (birthday present). Took 4 days from posting to arrival so was still quiet quick. Loads cheaper than post office! Would defiantly use again.

First time Ive used Parcel Monkey and was an excellent service. Little confusing the first time I used it with the parcel label etc, but now I know how it works, Ill be using it again in the future.

Do you ever review the companies that deliver for you? I recently sent 2 parcels of tiles, both of which were very well wrapped and protected. I could not insure them, but decided that as the two packs were wrapped separately, should one be damaged then the other would be ok. Both were delivered and out of 22 tiles, only 8 were still whole. I think this is disgusting - clearly all parcels are abused and treated with little respect. Unacceptable service.

Quick and easy to use and quick pickup from the courier I chose which was parcelforce48. All in all a great service, fantastic prices and would most definitely use again.

Fantastic service from parcel monkey was very skeptical at first but I was able to track it via DHL and Parcel force all the way. I take my hat off to you guys for saving customers a lot of money.

Booked a delivery. All great, put in exact measurements and weight to the nearest gram. When the parcel force courier turned up - this was a bass amp they were collecting, wouldnt take it because it was not parcelled up. A BASS AMP!!!! Heavy and needs the handles showing, tough and not easily damaged. Very disappointed at the service. First I heard about it was on the delivery note saying couldnt collect. Why not state clearly the exact terms for large items. Not clear, not concise enough.

The parcel arrived at a French depot in reasonable time. But it then failed to be delivered because they couldnt find the address. They failed to ring or make any contact. I had to track down the depot. The online tracking does not indicate the depot which it should. When I got to the depot they claimed that the address was hard to find, this is nonsense, its a tiny village, anyone would have pointed them to the house. They also claimed that they did not have the telephone number, but this was clearly printed on the delivery label. The next time Ill stick a map on the parcel.

I used Parcel-Monkey (PM) to send a present to South Africa. PM (as expected) uses third-party courier firms to transport goods abraod. In this case my parcel was passed to DPD. However, it was then passed to another company (Arrowmax) who in turn passed it on to a third (Dawn Wings). Dawn Wings then sent me an invoice for import tax / duty (again this is to be expected). However, so far it has proved impossible to pay this invoice. As a last resort I asked that my parcel be returned. However, Dawn Wings have refused to do so. As things stand I am unable to pay the import duty or have my item returned to me... I paid PM for a service (i.e. to deliver my item). however, they appear to have passed responsibility on so many times that I am unable to get a response as to how to proceed. I advise anyone to deal with the courier firm directly and avoid the draw of saving a couple of pounds by using this Website.

Great, I ordered the 24 hr service..this did mean that the parcels where picked up from there collection point only! I got them the day after! all was fine. will use again in future.

Id never considered using a comparison site for a parcel but the search engine worked well and the fact that the website provides ongoing support for invoices and tracking is a big bonus.

Clear pricing structure on the web site making it easy to choose the appropriate service. Simple to book with instructions on label printing and collection. Very competitive, thoroughly recommend the service.

I sent a parcel from UK to Greece using Parcel Monkey 9 days ago and am still waiting for the parcel or an update on when it will be delivered. I have contacted Parcel Monkey (via chat) twice and theyve promised to update me by email once the Greek courier has replied to them. However two days have passed and Im still none the wiser. My parcel arrived in Greece 5 days ago and seems to be stuck at a sort facility. The Parcel Monkey staff who dealt with me were very helpful and polite but this has not helped me to find out where my parcel is and get a firm delivery date. This seems to be a common problem with Greek couriers used by any delivery service. It seems that you can track a parcel all the way to Greece, but once it arrives here it gets stuck and problems occur. I have put two phone numbers on the parcel so that when the courier arrives at my village I can arrange to meet him and take delivery (there are no street addresses here) but the courier hasnt contacted me and is obviously not replying to Parcel Monkey. I will update this with the outcome when something else happens but so far, I have heard nothing about when my parcel will be delivered.

I feel let down by the service as I sent two parcels to Denmark for my daughters birthday, I paid for a 2 to 3 days delivery which cost more but I wanted it to be there on time. It took 6 DAYS , I AM SO UPSET.

Post office gave me a price of £12 & £15 to deliver two packages Which meant I literally couldnt afford to deliver a couple of lower cost but heavy items. Parcel Monkey did them for £7 and £8 and delivered! Excellent.

Parcels got collected next day and we got a specific time frame for the collection same for the delivery. Only the delivery man didnt want to bring the parcels up to the flat so a point off for that.

Sent a package from UK to Italy. UK side was super smooth, prompt pickup, good communication, excellent tracking info. Only slight glitch was that Italian courier (BRT) was a bit slow to deliver.

Great comparison meant I got the best price, then good communication when the delivery address was queried, so I cant fault the service.

Parcel Monkey are a shambles.They accepted my order to Luxembourg but failed to send a shipping label. It turned out the standard L-XXXX postcode format didnt work in their system, but there is no notification to tell you that. The agent said the next day she re-entered the order and I still didnt get the label and missed another day. Then at 9 AM this morning, they say the earliest they can collect - from Central London is TOMORROW!
