Sent a very awkwardly shaped and heavy parcel - this is the easiest service to use- pay on line and print off label then drop off at the post office at your own convenience. Was slightly frustrating to wait an hour for the label but now I know it takes a while to process I would go on line a little before Im ready to go out.

Ive used Parcel Monkey time and again whenever I need anything shipping or even for collecting a purchase I have made from places like ebay. Some services dont even require a printer as the drivers bring the labels for only a few pence more.
The website works as it should (comparison) as its not always the same delivery company that comes up the cheapest so you know that everytime you use it you are getting the best deal!

Have used Parcel Monkey on a number of occasions and have never experienced any issues. Parcel is always collected as stated and delivery always within timelines. Have had to query about labels previously and had good service and quick responses. Prices are always the cheapest that I can find.

Service was good and price was competitive but a bit disappointed in the end when your one of the driver refused to give us a hand and ask us to arrange 2 people for a parcel good thing my brother was home otherwise it would have been a problem

Parcel Monkey was around 35-40% cheaper for a Parcelforce 48 service than booking direct with the carrier. And, access to Parcelforces drop-off service only made things easier by not having to wait around for a collection.
Only minor concern was the delay taken before I could print my shipping label but they do explain therell be a delay while they book your order with the carrier, its just not as obvious as it might be? Or maybe I just need to read things more carefully (more likely). Will definitely use again based on this experience.

Hi Peter, thanks for the review, we will look into your comments about the label and see if we can make it a little clearer. Generally takes a little while as the courier needs to verify the addresses and order details before allowing a shipping label to be made to ensure it all goes smoothly. Kind regards, James
used dpd service via parcelmonkey from uk to france. all good and good communications, emails about parcel status, would recommend.

Ruined my PC, refused to refund because I cant provide invoice for a PC case bought years ago. Id like to congratulate their couriers for giving a beating good enough to bend multiple times 13kg box made from 2mm SECC steel packed in a cardboard and a few layers of foam and bubble wrap, because bending motherboard enough to take the CPU out of the socket is not worth a mention. My apologies for not keeping all the invoices and receipts for years, from now on this will be a purpose of my life. It is obvious that I incorrectly packed my PC just to swindle £100 from courier company and play for 3 months on a 14" laptop. EDIT: To Parcel Monkey - I posted this review because my claim was unsuccesful. I want others to know that you will not refund their loss.

Unfortunately I was unable to use your service. I was out of the country and my friend meant to post the parcel. Unfortunately he couldnt find the store in Hook therefore he used Hook Post office who charged him over 13 pounds. I havent used your services and unfortunately got charged over £25 to send one parcel.

Our Response: Hello, sorry to hear about this issue. I have looked into the order and it was a DPD drop off one. The local address to drop off was Grand Parade, Hook, RG27 9HF in case the service is needed in the future. The DPD branding will be outside the store. Please get in touch if you did not use the service and we can cancel and refund. I have also provided a Google Streetview so you can see where it is should you want to use the DPD store again. We booked two collections with parcelforce at 2 weeks interval for multiple packages to be sent to France, both went without a hitch and the parcels arrived after only 48 hours. The only small issue is that you have to be in potentially all day, because you dont know at what time the parcels are going to be picked up (it was in the morning both times for us)

This review is more directed to DPD than to Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey is great to show you the cheapest options when you wish to ship something. However, I would like to raise awareness at how absolutely HORRIBLE DPDs shipping was. I shipped a couple of moving boxes from London to Sweden and when the boxes finally arrived, they had more of a cylindric shape than rectangular. So many things were broken and it look like someone had driven a fork lift right into a couple of the boxes. One of the boxes contained a statue I had bought from an arts dealer - this box I had taken extra care of to make sure that it wouldnt break - loads of bubble wrap, blankets, pillows, lots of tape. When it arrived, it was all in pieces. When I moved to London from Sweden, all the boxes that arrived were in good condition (I believe it was via FedEx or UPS). I would not recommend anyone to choose DPDs services even if they are the cheapest option - I lost roughly £2,000 worth of goods because of their handling of my boxes.

Pickup was on time although delivery was delayed, but this is relatively normal in Italy. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Good prices shown by Parcel Monkey and helpful customer support. Used Parcel Force and box took 2 days to get to France. Normal post often takes a week! Would definitely use again

First 2 x Parcel force, no problems. 3rd time, used DX as cheaper but driver didnt turn up with the label, as stated, then parcel not delivered next day, on tracking it says " address not found"...parcel will have taken 72 hours not 24. Parcel force had no problems with same address. I didnt receive any info on this delay. Wont be using DX again.

I used Parcel Monkey to find the best suitable service to transfer my keys from one part of London to the other. I was amazed of how easy everything was from searching among all services to order and pay for my order. If I should suggest something, It might be to review your booking confirmations again. When I ordered it said that the driver will bring the requiered paperwork/shipping notes, but it did not say in the booking confirmations. Since the system did send me documents with the instruction to attach those on my parcel, this did confuse me a bit. But this is just a minor detail. I am very satisfied with your service overall.

First time Ive used parcel monkey I can say its so easy to use I was put onto parcel force who did pick up my parcel at 15.30 and brought it to my door the next day at 11.30. Thats from Wales to West Sussex in less than 24hrs and at a great price too thanks to parcel monkey. I will be using them a lot more in the future!!!!

I paid insurance on the delivery of a parcel worth over 350pounds sterling!!!!. Was met with 0 customer service. There is no number online for them. Have been sending emails already for 5 days now. Horrific!!My parcel is worth over 350 pounds sterling and it has gone amiss!! dont know who to contact!!
