The parcel has not been collected the day requested. The hopeless and liar DPD driver said the address on the collection booking was incorrect ( which implies Parcel Monkey staff has booked that incorrectly ) however when I have checked it online the address was correct and has never been amended. Also the collection point was a popular shop. So you cannot go wrong with that. I have dealt with DPD in the past and they are absolutely some of the most unreliable and disgraceful courier in UK a bunch of professional liars. They normally do not collect as they blame customers for not being at home or incorrect info provided. Cheap price comes with cheap people and service normally.

Ordered collection of two items. One was collected 4 days late, the other 2 days late. One item had £400 worth of damages once it was received by my client

Having your drop off station local makes it so much easier, once you have dropped the parcel to them all worries have gone as they see to everything for you and let you know once it has been delivered, all at a very good price, well worth using, would recommend them to anyone

This was the first time I needed to send something quite large and fairly heavy to my daughter and her family now living in Cologne Germany. I priced the postage up first by going to Parcelforces own website and was somewhat shocked at how expensive it was going to be. I then did a quick Google search and up popped Parcel Monkey. After doing a quick bit of research and reading the reviews I settled on using them. I took the option of taking the parcel to the Post Office myself since it was more convenient for me to do so. I printed out the necessary documentation and labels , paid online and dropped the parcel off - within less than 2 days it was delivered safely in Germany. It cost a fraction of the price quoted on Parcelforce website yet it appears was handled by them anyway. I was able to track the parcel throughout its journey and it was insured. I will always be using Parcel Monkey from now . Fantastic service at a fantastic price.

UPDATE I contacted Parcelforce customer services by email and explained the lack of updates, the result was to ignore the lack of scan data since yesterday when the parcel left the local depot, and to comment that parcelmonkey arranged for a 3 day delivery so it will arrive on Tuesday 19 July. On parcelmonkey website international priority is delivered in 2 days so I wonder if Parcelforce are admitting they dont expect to meet this. This is posted in the hope that parcelmonkey can intervene successfully when I have been unable. Parcelforce global express delivery to Ireland on 13 July for drop off at post office and delivery on 15th, with parcelmonkey has been a bit stressful, but the assistance via Web chat was effective I hope. It took four attempts to create the order, and after 30 minutes no label had been created. I got online and brandon took up the issue, he created a new order and asked me to stay online so he could monitor the progress. The label took quite a while to arrive, but as I had just missed the cutoff time of 4pm I had an hour and a half to get to post office. I made it though the label took 1 hour to be assigned, and had brandon not reassured me, it would have seemed even longer. My nephew is very ill, just out of hospital so getting the parcel to him before the weekend is important to me. My reference number PM4662690 No update on the parcelforce website since the parcel reached the local depot yesterday evening

Parcel should have been delivered within 2 days but arrived on 4th day. However, thats on DHL. Parcel monkey was a very easy to use website and would certainly recommend. Will use again

Would use again slight error at first as the 1st driver turned up 1 hour before he was supposed to and wasnt in so marked unable to collect my parcel got here in the end thats all what matters thanks again

I asked for next day delivery on a Thursday - I selected this but when items were collected I was told that they would not be delivered until the following Monday - this was not next day delivery so Im very unimpressed as the items were urgently needed. I will not be ing you again

Dreadful service. Failed to collect so rescheduled for next day. Failed to collect again! Cant speak to anyone on the phone, just online chat. Told would reshedule for tomorrow. I said dont bother, cancel the order. I am now fighting to get my money back. Will not use again and advise you to avoid them as well.

Courier companies are the bane of my life but unfortunately I have to use them. You only know how good a company is when you have a problem and when you get a problem with these monkeys it is a big one! Like all courier booking companies they take no responsibility for anything and blame the couriers themselves. However as I have pointed out to them, MY CONTRACT IS WITH THE PERSON I PAY! Parcels not collected, undelivered, damaged, lost etc. No responsibility is taken for anything, the customer service is non existent, the staff are extremely rude and incompetent and deliberately aggravate the complainant in the hope they can find an excuse to terminate the chat/call so they dont have to sort the problem out (assuming they can but I doubt it as they dont seem to be able to tie their own shoe laces!). The bottom line is they simply dont care but no doubt I will get a response to this like many other comments I have read on here where there will be fake concern over my complaint and they ask me to explain the problem so they can look into it. Too little too late! They know what the problem was but chose to ignore it so now Ill do my best to do as much damage to their business as they have to mine! A continuation of lies from the monkeys!!!!! I wrote a review on here about this appalling company which was published a few days ago and just as expected they replied publicly as they wanted to demonstrate their customer care whilst continuing with their rudeness, lies and arrogance in the privacy of a private online chat and support tickets. Whilst I was trying to resolve my ongoing complaint on the online chat I spoke to 5 different monkeys who repeatedly asked me the same questions from a script they are clearly given without bothering to read my replies and then the chat ended as they pretended I wasnt answering them. It seems when they cant or dont want to resolve a problem they pretend the customers replies cannot be seen and close the chat. During the long waits for them to reply to me as they are clearly talking to several different people at the same time (which is why I am asked the same things repeatedly as they cant keep track of the various chats) I used my time to write my first review in between making a complaint with their support ticket. A clown who called himself called Brandon asked what my problem was when I complained through a support ticket about the staff ending the chat without resolving my complaint and I told him he already knew what the problem was as he was one of the people that ended the chat. He replied with this unbelievable lie; Please be advised that there are other members of staff who use my account on live chat. He then went on to say; Your account is banned as you were rude towards members of staff and the ban will not be lifted. My public reply to him and the rest of the monkeys is that you are incompetent, just dont care about the customers that use your service and you are liars. Any reputable business would have sorted this problem out quickly and efficiently, its called damage limitation. It seems the monkeys dont like bad reviews. They need to get used to them because I will do my utmost do them as much harm as they did to my business.

I had a 20 kg parcel delivered from UK to Portugal. Delivery took 3 days from door to door.
The only hitch was that the labels werent emailed to me and I had to contact the help centre. This was easy and the staff was helpful and sorted the matter out quickly.
Would definitely use again.

Sorry to hear your parcel was not collected, we do not make the collections as a reseller of courier services. The goods are collected by the courier chosen by the customer when they place the order. We do not have a phone line as we have to go away and discuss further the issue with the courier that can take time, so we use Live Chat which is open 8am to 9pm weekdays and also email support every day of the week.

Paid for a next day service for an item to be collected on Thursday to arrive on Friday for a charity auction. Parcelforce failed to collect the item on Thursday collected on Friday and failed to deliver next day . Delivered on Tuesday meaning the item was now 3 working days late. No response was given now compensation was given even for failure of service was provided. Absolutely shocking customer service . Still waiting on a redponse

My package was picked up by Parcel Monkey 10 days ago and after providing information, receipts and photos to the PM support team, I still do not have any information on the status of my shipment.

I booked a 24 hour courier service to make sure my mum got her birthday present in plenty time for her birthday. FOUR days later it was eventually delivered. Really terrible.
