Waited the whole day at home for the driver to come, but its now 6pm, the driver didnt come. booked it about a week ago, this morning parcel monkey sent an remainder to my mobile about the collection today. Trying to contact them, but on their website there is no phone number, talked to them on livechat, its constantly one visitor before me. really angry, seems like the only option on the website is to reschedule, but the date is too late, also I dont want to waste another day waiting at home.

Booked a parcel for collection. Waited in ALL day. Contacted parcel monkey only to be dismissed by the very rude "chat" employee Rachelle. Didnt seem to care at all about the fact that they had failed to provide a paid for service. Told me I would have to wait weeks for an explanation or refund then refused to put me in contact with anyone else. Refused to communicate or give me a number to communicate by phone, told me to write a letter and send by post. Refused to give any indication of time of response. Just totally obtuse and unhelpful. DO NOT USE THEM!

I turned to Parcel Monkey after experiencing problems with Hermes. Booked collection with ParcelForce and package was collected and delivered without any problem.
I would certainly use Parcel Monkey - and ParcelForce - again.

I cant use your chat service to get you to chase my missing parcel as I already told you your website wont email me a reset for my password and I cant access the chat without one

i sent a courier to collect an item, they collected it, then brought to my house. Nobody was home, my wife was working, my children at school, but they send back the parcel, claiming that it got refused. I contacted them, and they kept saying this, without giving me any evidence. my parcel is back to where i wanted it to be collected from, and i have to organize someone else to pick it up.

Initially had trouble with website when booking consignment but after a Live chat it was sorted out. Parcel was collected on a Friday and delivered safely in China eight days later. Parcel monkeys price for Parcelforce was much cheaper than rival companies. Would use them again.

Really good as a comparison with services. It cant be blamed for Parcel Force arriving late and ignoring the instructions to phone before pick up. What woudl make Oarcel Monkey excellent is if you coudl chose services by those that offer a pick up time, not just delivery time.

I completed the online system right up until I needed to print my postage label. It stated that the transaction failed but still took money through PayPal. Ive emailed twice but had no response. I will take it up with PayPal. Dreadful customer service

I have send a parcel to South Africa from the UK at the moment I do not know where my parcel is as well as if I will ever see it again and I can not contact Parcel Monkey and the email system takes for ever. At the moment I am disgusted in their service and would not recommend anyone to use them. Their tracking number is also so limited as there is no one I can call and talk to to ask these questions instead I have to speak to a non responsive email Please contact me I am leaving for South Africa the 30th and my SA number is +278661917 If you contact me before then it would be +447788255731 my tracking number is PM_3483288_4384893 I am only rating this on my experience if I get help and quick I will give parcel monkey a 5 star

Although my parcel arrived quickly, this is the second time I have used DPD through Parcel Monkey and both times my parcel has arrived with an item broken inside, despite me using more than adequate amounts of bubble wrap, newspaper & foam pieces and clearly marked all over the box with fragile tape. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be using this service again as I have absolutely zero trust that my parcel is safe with the obviously incompetent and disrespectful staff.

Can I not give 0 stars? Awful service! Ive send 2 bags .. only 1 arrived. No one cares, no one answers, online chat is not available. Contact Number? I guess there is no phones on this company. 2 weeks passed .. and nothing! No bags, no answers. Nothing.

The system was easy to use, both on line and when dropping off at the allocated location. Totally trackable throughout and emails sent on arrival with time of delivery and who signed for it. I will defiantly use this service again.
