Good price, clear instructions. Only minor thing was would be nice to get more help filling out US customs form but on the whole excellent.

Parcel was picked up and delivered on time at a very savy price. Only drawback is we need to choose a company and book to see what are the available slots of pick up time.
Will use it again though.

Half the price of any other quote from all the main players in parcel mail. Got our parcel to SVG in less than 4 days....previous best time was 4 weeks! Well done well be using parcel monkey again.

Sorry to hear of this issue with the collection, we at Parcel Monkey do not pick the items up so please log in to your account and let us know the details on Live Chat so we can get this looked into with the courier and see why they failed to make the collection on time. I can see you booked a Parcelforce 48 hour service and once this was picked up it was delivered promptly, however please do get in touch so we can question the late pick up.

So I booked a parcel online and entered my cc details, order processed label should be available "immanently" a few hour later still no email and I need to log back into my dashboard.....but I dont remember creating account during the order process... Assumed an email would have been sent after order creation with a password. No email received. Tried the forgot password link..... 24 hours later still no email....tried to contact Customer services "YOU MUST LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES" well my problem is with account creation so Im a bit stuck..... Tried to create a new account "THIS EMAIL IS ALREADY REGISTERED" another dead end. No other contact options available, not even through Facebook, hopefully someone moniters this. My parcel is due for collection shortly.

Thank you Parcel Monkey for the prompt service I received this week. The parcel was collected from the post office on Monday and was in South Carolina on Friday. As I had never sent a parcel abroad before I was a little nervous but I shouldnt have been. I will be recommending you to all I know and will definitely use you again.

Website worked very well for an international delivery. Nevertheless, it could have more choice of delivery companies. The delivery was very quick, although as they didnt give me a delivery day (only a range of days) I wasnt at home to collect it. So I I had to later go and collect 2 very large (and heavy) volumes from the post office. It would have been nice to have a shorter delivery window or a call/email warning that delivery was going to take place on day X.

Picked up in UK. Tracking clear. Excellent emails from Spanish delivery service giving delivery down to the hour. Friendly courier on delivery. Had already tried to deliver same parcel via different service and it went all way to Spain and back again! Excellent.

Easy to book in and organise. Collected promptly and delivered promptly. My only niggle was the parcel force tracking was poor and my mum was waiting around as we did not know when the package had left the depot. Apart from that a very prompt service and good price.

I have to say that I will never use this company again. The parcel wasnt collected on the date it was supposed to be so obviously wasnt dropped off to me on the agreed date. I asked for advice and was given tickets! Come on, speak to people on the phone, you must have one! The replies on the tickets where all conflicting and I ended up thinking it was me in the wrong! Awful experience and they need to sort themselves out as one hand doesnt know what the other one is doing. Avoid DX like the plague as well as Parcel Monkey for the sake of your sanity!
