Excellent service with much less hassle and cost then going to a Post Office. Have used Parcel Monkey twice now and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Only minor issues to improve are:
1. Forced to print out Delivery label/bar code for DPD collections, not good if you are doing this for someone without a printer etc. Parcelforce colelctions are better as the DONT require this, they bring their own labels.
2. Delivery time was good in practice - BUT the unnecessarily long and overly conservative ETA of delivery by DPD was frankly misleading, and more likely to lead to someone planning not being in when all of a sudden its delivered 2 days earlier.

Booked a parcel collection by DPD through Parcel Monkey and took the parcel to their collection shop. After 6 days my parcel was still at the shop, uncollected by DPD. Contacted Parcel Monkey several times to report this and eventually, after 8 days, my parcel was collected. I honestly believe that if I hadnt contacted them my parcel would have still been at the collection point. Poor service all round.

The courier turned up as arranged but did not appear to have been informed that he had 9 boxes to collect and didnt have room in his van for that many so promised to come back later that day but didnt. This was greatly inconvenient as the sender had other commitments that had to be missed while waiting. Also, the couriers only option for filling in the paperwork about why the pickup didnt happened was apparently to tick a box saying we were not ready for the collection when he arrived. After the boxes were picked up the next day, I tried to track them but the online information was not up to date. On the positive front, the DPD courier in Germany seemed to be on the ball and was prompt and courteous in delivering the our goods after they finally arrived in Munich.

The delivery was passed to DPD and they sent it to their partner in Spain, Seur who promptly lost the parcel. Then tried to deliver it 600 kms away in Madrid but couldnt find the address! After 2 weeks I managed to get them to deliver it to a drop off point locally as they couldnt locate the post code for my area only to find it was damaged on one corner. I paid for insurance, which turned out to be a waste of money, as they dismissed my claim due as it should have been packed in "large bubble wraps, cushioned with foams, polystyrene and boxed in a strong cardboard box". Amazing as it had been shipped to an address in the UK by the manufacturer, via another courier, damage free already. Parcel Monkey are ok unless you have an issue then forget it. DPD are ok for UK deliveries but when it goes to Spain Seur are complete rubbish in my experience. We are now 3 weeks later and 4 deliveries since and they suppliers all choose to use Seur but they still cannot find our address. Incredible.

I have sent several parcels using this service and whenever there was a problem alarm bells started to ring because they just dond do what they say they are going to do. Following a problem in December for an international delivery they have finally informed me that the package has been destroyed by customs, they havent provided any proof of this despite me asking five times, they have told me that they were going to sort it out on many occasions but never did. Finally I contacted the Chief Executive Officer who apologised and assured me he would put his customer service director onto the job the following day and they would "sort it out". What a joke that is his brother who hasnt a clue and doesnt seem to understand the difference between the truth and porky pies. Suffice to say they deny all responsibility have referred me to their "terms and conditions" and have now asked me to stop emailing them. Court case now pending but they cant even tell the truth when completing court papers, fortunately I have all of this documented and I hope that British justice will prevail. This is a warning to everyone, they are not fit to run a business, they make money out of other peoples misery and should be stopped from doing so or improve the way that they deal with their customers - if we dont use them they wont have a business! M

Parcel from Scotland to France through post office was going to cost £42 !

Very quick with collection and delivery. Plus you are able to reschedule it very easily if you happen to be out. Only negative was not being given an accurate collection time rather than just a day. But still great service and great value for money.

I had a great customer service experience. the parcel monkey team were always there at the end of the chatline to assist.
In my first order parcel force didnt show up on the day they said they would and parcel monkey staff were really helpful to deal with the situation and reschedule the pick up.

Website was easy to select the delivery service, very straight forward, gave me clear choices and suffucient information to make an informed decision on which service to select. Once purchased, tracking info was available and clear to monitor until delivery which was confirmed by email as well. Will definitely use again. Was excellent value compared with other sites .

Paid for service quick enough for same day collection, no one came to collect, next day went to post office and paid again for another distribution company, emailed parcel monkey for refund, no reply yet, emailed again hope fully I will get a reply and a refund, every thing seems a bit vague on contact terms, live and learn!

Ordered a pick up at 2am and the next day at 1pm parcel first turned up and got the parcel, next day it was at its destination. This site is everything it should be and very easy to use! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Messed up the delivery address after not recognising Stoke-on-Trent on their system. Had to give delivery address via a live chat. Was entered incorrectly resulting in not being able to find the address, resulting in me having to refund delivery to an eBay customer who was unhappy that DPD wouldnt/couldnt deliver and took it to a pick up point. Will not be using Parcelmonkey again!

This was my first experience of using Parcel Monkey - I just wish I had known about them before. I have sent boxes back to New Zealand over the past months, and practically have to take out a mortage - this service saved me loads of money!! In addition, it was easy to book - I did have an online chat too, with some questions, and Rachelle was so helpful. Once booked, the courier turned up early the next day - also a really nice chap and very friendly. Will definitely use again - thank you
