Pack should have been picked on Friday. It didnt. Talked on chat to move the collection on Tuesday. And they arrived on Monday. Next Friday.. One week later.. Talk again with support and they said that on Saturday they would have let me know. Never happened. Im still waiting now.

The worst experience ever!! My tv reached Italy with the screen smashed!! 400 euros tv now totally useless!! They told me that they dont take responsibility for this kind of items! Well....if not taking responsibility means throwing parcels around like balls or smashing other heavy parcels on top of mine (fragile was written everywhere)!! It was very well wrapped in a very strong box....if you just took a little care and used some common sense (thats what I paid for), my tv would have reached italy in perfect conditions!! I would never ever recommend anyone to use this service! That was a gift to my father and you ruined it!

I am very sorry to hear your TV has been damaged when in transit with the courier company you chose on our website. Parcel Monkey are not a courier, we resell courier services, so do not handle the goods. We list TVs as prohibited items when you book with us, as it does go via a conveyor belt network. This is advised at time of booking. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I had used them in the past and forgot I had an account until I stumbled across them again on a compare search.
Parcel Monkey will be my first choice from now on.

Parcel sent to Ireland from UK. After 8 days still not arrived & no indication of when and if it will. Having paid for delivery in 2-3 days somewhat surprising that at 5 days from collection is had only just arrived at their sort facility! Though to give you some indication of the appalling customer service and tracking it was reported that it had departed the sorting facility before it had arrived! Still no estimated time of arrival, no emails from customer service to apologise. Avoid like the plague!

Its a pain in the backside organising deliveries through the regular Curriers and theyre rather provincial websites.
This website makes life so much easier and takes away all of the hassle.

I have been waiting 7 days for Parcel Force to come back and pick up my parcel, they have been once but then even when I have contact them again and again no one has come back to pick up my parcel. So frustrating as Parcel Force is rubbish automated system when trying to sort out a problem. I have had no option but to take the parcel to the post office and will have wasted my money with Parcel Monkey booking!

I had a 3kg parcel to go to the U.S. & all of ParcelMonkeys quotes were lower than ParcelForxe, DHL, USPS and FedEx. The process and label production is a breeze. This is now my preferred option.

From Friday lunchtime pick-up in Glasgow to Tueday lunchtime delivery in Queensland, Australia is quite remarkable. No only that, it costed £50 less than sending it with Parcel Force. Will definitely use, and recommend, this service again. Thank you
