I have used parcel monkey numerous times to send things out to Spain. Always reliable, never managed to beat it on price- dont know how you do it!!!

Stumbled upon parcel monkey when sending a big box of clothes to w friend for her son.
Found it to be easy to use and great value.
Will definitely use again.

I have used Parcel Monkey many times, however, always given them the benefit of the doubt. No more!!! I booked a delivery for 10am the next day this morning, however, the courier failed to collect! I contacted their on line service team, who constantly read from a script, therefore, giving no customer service. After speaking with one agent, I was advised to wait until 6pm. We close at 4:00 - therefore had to wait 2 hours as this parcel was urgently needed. Guess what?? No collection. I contacted the team again to be told I collection could be up till 7pm!! By t his time I was seething!! The operative was reading from a script and offered to collect tomorrow! What part of THIS PARCEL IS URGENT AND NEEDED TO BE AT THE DESTINATION ADDRESS FOR 10AM THE NEXT DAY, do they not understand!!! After contacting the customer service team again I was advised that the courier would not be collecting now as it was after 6pm. Parcel Monkeys strap line is we help thousands of people save money every day!!!! I feel they should add NOT at the end. Their incompetence has caused inconvenience to me and my customer, loss of earning and extra stress. I paid Parcel Monkey in all good faith they would deliver what they advertise, however, I have now been told my refund will take 5 working days. Please think twice before using Parcel Monkey

I am very sorry to hear about this issue with the collection, Parcel Monkey are not a courier we resell courier services so this non collection would of been caused by the courier Parcelforce, They can collect until 6pm on the allocated day so the agent would of been correct to advise this.
I am very sorry for the late collection and the inconvenience caused by the courier on this occasion.

Really easy account set up. Payment was no problem. Collection and delivery were prompt. We even had to obtain a POD and this was simple - all done online. Cannot fault the service from start to end!!

My only slight area of dissatisfaction is that you are not given a time window for the collection on the day of collection which means you have to devote the whole day waiting for the courier to arrive. Fine if its in the early part of the day but tough if its late afternoon.

Mid an which is worth to use for change.

The parcel was delivered late and the web site showed that the parcel was at destination when it was still in transit. Furthermore the recipient was charged on the other end as an unauthorised charge inspite of the service being fully prepaid

Sorry to hear this item was delivered later than expected, our service time are a guideline provided by the courier themselves against their services as they handle the goods, and we resell the rates.
All items are sent with customs duties unpaid and customs charges are out of the control of Parcel Monkey. The recipient may be charged based on what you are sending and the value of the goods by the destination customs department.

overall, i was happy with the service. price was significantly lower than other companies.
however, was unhappy that there was no guidance about the times at which collection + delivery would be carried out. i can understand that it is very difficult to give an exact time, but an indication of morning or afternoon would be very helpful!
i was only told that collection+delivery would occur between 8am-6pm. both happened at about 2-3pm, and so i wasted most of working day waiting for the courier.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, as we are not a courier we do not collect the goods, we hand the order to the courier you choose on our site. We do offer Drop Off services meaning you do not have to wait in for a collection, if this is something you would consider for your next order

I paid for Parcel Force 48 but it took 5 days from collection to get to my customer. What was the point in me paying for a 48 hour service when it took much longer? I shall try another service next time.

Best price for heavy and bulky parcel. Only downfall, stayed in all day, as pick up from 8.00 - 6.00pm. Pickup came at 6.10.
Nearly missed it as l was on way out, as l thought they were not coming.
Hopefully will be delivered safely, wont know yet.
Parcel Monkey kept in touch to remind me about pickup and check that l had done everything necessary. Great job.

I was a little apprehensive, having read some negative reviews, however my parcel was picked up on schedule from Central London on Thursday with both myself and the recipient receiving notifications. The parcel was delivered to his Strasbourg office on the Monday, with us both again receiving text/email notifications of the expected delivery. Cant fault the service, very pleased - thanks!

June 2016: I used the ParcelMonkey for a ParcelForce 48 hour delivery service from Cheshire to Wales. It was an urgent parcel that needed to be delivered within the 48 hours. They collected the parcel promptly, but it was not even out on the van for delivery within the committed 48 hour service window. Tracking showed that it was still held at the local depot 54 hours after collection. My customer had to go to the local depot themselves to try to track it down, and only after a long wait was provided with her parcel. She was justifiably very annoyed and asked for a refund for the postage. I raised the complaint with ParcelMonkey and asked for compensation for a service that was not provided. That was 1 month ago. I have chased up with them three times and am still no further forward on resolving the issue. Very poor delivery service by ParcelForce and even worse customer service by ParcelMonkey to resolve it. NOT RECOMMENDED. We have taken all our parcel deliveries elsewhere.

Used parcel monkey to collect a parcel and then have it delivered to me, I choose a service that didnt require me to print a label as I didnt have the box, for some reason when I completed the order, I had to print the label.
I couldnt attach the label needed as it was being collected for me, luckily the lady I bought the item from printed it off for me.
Other than that, brilliant service, tracked well and was kept informed, I would use again. Great price as well. Parcel arrived with no problems.
