3 missed collections. So after a lot of wasted time decided to take the parcels down to the local parcelforce myself. Cost three days waiting in and a refund to a angry customer waiting a long time for a parcel never collected. Will be using elsewhere from now on!

Booked the parcel via parcel monkey for parcel force to the USA Booked on the Monday for collection on the Wednesday Waited all day no collection Couldnt find how to get help from parcel monkey, so phoned parcel force to be told it was missed off the drivers list! They collected next day, but it missed the deadline of where it had to go, no apologies, no refunds. I paid for a 2 day delivery but didnt get it because nobody bothered to collect the package. No check off parcel monkey to see if the parcel had been collected or to inform me what was happening.

Sorry to hear that the courier failed to collect, the courier will of accepted the order or it would of shown as an error on your account. The delivery time frames are advised by the courier and listed next to the service but not guaranteed. Very good simply because they beat others on price.
One criticism - they try to sell insurance on top of the original quoted price. Unnecessary as the product (such as DPD classic) already comes with liability insurance. Quite misleading.

Easy to book. Effortless collection (driver brought his own label) and it was delivered undamaged! However, when I booked, it was for "collection on 14th and delivery on 15th". It was collected between 9 - 10 on 14th then seemed to sit in "collection" for ages then was delivered on 16th at around 2pm. If theyd advertised "collection 14th and delivery on 16th", theyd have received a 5-star rating.

Overall im very happy with parcel monkey. They collect on time and shipped within the time frame specified. I liked how I could track and know where the parcel was. Unfortunately in this particular shipment there was a framed photo picture frame which was very well wrapped and boxed, it was delivered broken. I understand that this cant always be the fault of the courier, with fragile written all over it I believed it could have been better handled by all that held it but putting that aside I would defiantly use parcel monkey again. Cost wise - on point!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I having been using Parcel Monkey for business purposes, but am forced to change. Their customer service is shocking. Just one of the issues that occurred recently is that ParcelForce lost a parcel. It should have been delivered on the 26th of Feb, but didnt turn up. From my perspective, these things happen. That is what insurance is for and why I pay extra for insurance on Parcel Monkey. As Parcel Monkey require any communication to occur through them surrounding a claim/lost item, I started the process of trying to claim through them the week after. After over 20 emails, I have got no where. In desperation, I tried to submit a claim through Parcel Force, but it was rejected as Parcel Monkey had to submit the claim rather than me. Parcel Force admitted that the parcel had been lost and are waiting on Parcel Monkey to claim. It seems simple: Parcel Force acknowledge that the item has been lost, so there is no dispute over this and I should, therefore, receive a reimbursement. I have been in correspondence with Chelsie from Parcel Monkey who has been taking tips on customer service by watching Basil Fawlty from Fawlty Towers. As at 21st of March, Parcel Monkey have done absolutely nothing. No refund, no progress. I would not recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone because when an issue arises, then that insurance that you paid for on Parcel Monkey is completely wasted.

I used your service and nobody turned up to another courier and drop it off. Not only that, knowone has even been in touch with me either! Id like a refund of £12.18 back in my account... This in return made me loose out on a very special and good win on eBay. So cheers for that!

parcelforce said they didnt have enough time to deliver on the day it was ment to. then this happend 3 days in a row. my guess is the parcel was too heavy and they couldnt be botherd. when i contacted parcel monkey they said they would contact parcelforce and get back to me. which they never did.

I was happy with my experience until they took more money out of my account i paid on without a reason, no email or receipt nothing and i cant even call to ask why. i will send a email and wait for a reply but surely this is braking the law.

THE PROCESS REQUIRED TO ORGANISE A DELIVERY IS TIME CONSUMING AND NOT STRAIGHTFORWARD.I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY BUT DID NOT TAKE THE PARCEL TO THE COLLECTION POINT.THE DELIVERY DID NOT TAKE PLACE SO PLEASE SEND A REFUND.

Our simple quote engine is very easy to book and you can have the goods either collected from your home or work address or book a drop off to Post Offices of DPD Pick Up shops. Parcel was delivered on time to a not so easy destination and quicker than I thought. The only negative was not being able to easily track where it was and that the collection of the parcel had to be re-scheduled (but this was probably the courier company not parcel monkey)

Parcel was not collected on the day.On contacting PM as was informed it would be collected on Monday after the weekend. Not even scheduled so I have wasted 2days for nothing. It would have been better if I could have spoken to someone rather than distant chat

I am very sorry to see the courier you chose on our site failed to make the collection. The couriers we operate with do not make collections over the weekend so a rebook for Monday would be the quickest solution other than cancelling and getting a refund to book one of our drop off services such as DPD Pick Up, where you can drop the goods into a store to be processed. Our Live Chat team can help on a one to one basis and we also offer email support as we have to reach out to the courier direct to rebook the service back in, which would mean having you on hold for long periods of time.

I missed the first collection by Parcel Force because I was at the back of the house when they called. I rang to tell them and was told it might still be collected that day; it wasnt. I assumed it was now back-on for collection, but after a few more phone calls it was clear that it had been overlooked. They sent a van out at 7pm to collect, which was fine, and I was told that the service had been upgraded to first class because of the issues. The guy said it would be delivered the next day. I told my customer this, but the parcel didnt arrive until the day after. Have I been had?? Probably..

I used P Monkey to get a quote before putting an item on eBay .I used this to set the postage charge on my listing. The item sold and when I filed in the form (still offering the same deal and price) at the last minute was told there was a problem with one of the addresses and they could not deliver. I had to use a more expensive carrier and lost money

I knew that the parcel would be expensive to send due to the size so the service by Parcel Monkey made it easy, given that I had stood in line at our local post office only to be sent away as the parcel was too big for Parcelforce at the post office. Rather humiliating that was. Parcel Monkey sorted that out with a home collection, ironically via Parcelforce!
So its Goodbye post office, hello Parcel Monkey.

Needed to send parcel abroad, search provided a complete list of carriers and information was concise. Helped locate the nearest carrier and provided their opening times. Overall save quite a bit compared with Royal Mail.
Carrier collection opening times could be more up-to-date and one store was closed. Issues need to be taken up with Parcel Monkey and not the carrier (although have had no issues).

I sell frequently on ebay and dont have time to go to the postoffice and ship things, parcel monkey makes things easy, ive never had any issues with the service.

Cheap enough although lots of phone calls to destination !after tracking it to Germany when they couldnt find address and unable to pick up from local depot meant a rescheduled attempt after promising to deliver next day they didnt and on the following Monday they miraculously found said address ! Resulting in late birthday present .
