Used this delivery service several times now and found them to be the best and cheapest around. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice in the tracking if it stated when the parcel left the UK and arrived in the destination country. Thats the only problem I have.

Chose my parcel service through parcel monkey ( which were great). DHL express international 1-2 day service chosen. Collected on Wednesday and I expected it to arrive in Greece by Friday (as my friend was travelling onto Cyprus on the Monday). Parcel arrived on Monday...friend had to delay flight!!!!

Booked to have my items uplifted at 10.30pm and delivery man was at my door by 8.45am the next morning to take them away. Cant fault parcel monkey at all will be my first contact if I need anymore parcels sent.

Used this service a few times, its easy to get a very competitive quote giving plenty of alternatives for collection/ pick up and delivery time. Only hicup was I didnt get label to print off but when I contacted them it was sent straight away. I will defiantly use this service again.

Reasonably easy to use, had a few issues with password and navigating through pages to change it but otherwise good.
Parcels booked and picked up and delivered as I purchased no issues.
Plenty of options to choose from
Would recommend, just wish the password process had been easier

When I requested a parcel to be collected and delivered I expected both of these needs to be met. For a Courier to not deliver would be poor, but for them to not even collect that parcel first sets their end goal way out of reach. Well done, Ill go back to TNT.

Easy to use, once you have an account, all your details are there for repeat orders, it prints the label for you, all pre-paid, have it collected or in my case, I prefer to take it to a post office. Excellent service
