having waited in ALL day and been let down by another parcel delivery company (who shall remain nameless but Austrian folk singing comes to mind) - I sought refuge in Parcel Monkey and was not disappointed. Collection point very local and transaction was smooth and slick. Before I could track the parcel, it had been delivered and signed for. Happy days!

Everything as you would want. Picked up Friday in the UK arrived Tuesday - no probs with package and item working fine (electrical). Cost extremely reasonable and live help online to change pick up date 10/10

My company uses multiple couriers booked through several sites. In this instance the client we were shipping to provided incorrect delivery details - not our fault, nor that of Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey immediately on being informed of this took the view that they were not willing to help redirect or recover the parcel - which is frankly nonsense. To that end I would not recommend using this company - and I certainly will NOT be doing so in future. I am in process of seeking legal advice to recover the loss we have incurred due to their refusal to even accept additional payment to ensure the return or delivery of the parcel. You have been warned.

I must be mad. I think to myself "Maybe theyve improved, lets give them another chance". I had 5 consecutive collections not show up. Different courier services were used and I refuse to believe 3 different carriers were at fault. Its parcel monkey. I just tried them again. Lo and behold, two more consecutive non collections. Yes they refund, but the time wasted is incalculable. Please use another company otherwise you will lose time. And increase your blood pressure unnecessarily.

If something gos wrong your on your own. If you manage to talk to a monkey on their contact us site. You will be hanging around for an hour inbetween each contact and then all you get is apologies. I was on my laptop all day and still never got an answer to what i should do. USELESS

Hi all If you dont want to have the worst courier experience just prevent them.....after they couldnt delivered my item I wanted it back as it didnt happen they literally disposed my parcels....VERY frustrating, this companies which offer services for cheaper, think that they can treat you like you dont have any rights and ignore you..

The fact that they are maybe a little cheaper than the rest, doesnt mean that they dont have to deliver the service you pay for! We moved from one country to another and hired their services to send some boxes. the day they have to come to pick them up they didnt come, and they didnt contact us at all to let us know. We have to waste a whole day waiting for them.. We tried to contact them but it was impossible. We sent them many messages in the only way we could, through their website. They didnt reply at all, and next day, they didnt come! We were flying the day after and it was a very stressful situation. We send them messages again, and the only thing they did was copying and pasting a text from their website, so basically they ignored us.. Thankfully a friend of us made us the huge favour of taking all the boxes and taking them to his place, so we needed to change the pick up address. We asked them and of course it took them couple of days to reply, and they said we couldnt do that because the price may change. UNBELIEVABLE! So they dont do their job, and they dont give us any solution whatsoever! We had to cancel the order, and do the whole thing again. We ask them for a compensation for all the inconvenience, for our time, our friends time, the gas of his car (this was in London, so distances are really long), etc.. They ignored us once again and never replied to our complaints. The best thing, is that on top of it, when the boxes came, one of them, a plastic one, which I bought for 16£, came broken.... VERY frustrating, this companies which offer services for cheaper, think that they can treat you like you dont have any rights and ignore you.. Aaaaand now they send me a message saying that our boxes were heavier (I doubt it because we weighted them all before sending), and they took 28£ from my account!!!

How can a company get so many things wrong? Firstly, no e mail arrived so I was unable to print out the labels for my package and had to contact customer services to arrange it. Secondly, the package was to take 2 days to arrive meaning it should have arrived today. Parcel Monkey have no idea where my package is. Thirdly, the tracking number failed to work. finally, I was unable to telephone Parcel Monkey because none of the staff have access to a phone. Advice? Go to a reputable company and leave this Mickey Mouse outfit wither away.

Important parcel sent on 2 day service to Germany through dpd. Inaccurate information from their website and it appears that the service is 5 days and wont be delivered in time. They have shocking customer service, they couldnt give a toss, provide evasive answers, blame others and have a passive wait and see attitude. If you need something done - go direct. I would avoid these guys like the plague, because they simply cant or even worse, wont help when things go wrong and it really matters. OTHERS have mentioned Watchdog and Trading Standards?

I contacted the PM support team before sending a MAC Book Pro to overseas. PM support team confirmed if it was fine to send overseas. Ended up package is returned because they said Laptop is unsafe to fly which I appreciate but why the support team provided the mislead information at first place. will never use this company again.

I was so happy how fast my large package got to Miami and with no complications! I only wish I had of discovered their delivery service earlier as I had sent many parcels prior directly with the courier companies and paid nearly double of what I had paid with Parcel Monkey - they definitely get the best rate. Highly recommend Parcel Monkey.

My envelope containing really important documents was collected last Friday on a 3 day to Dubai. Its now Wednesday afternoon and no sign of it. Tracking information on the website is out of date and inaccurate. Chased this morning and was messaged saying its due for delivery today. But later the tracking info showed it left the UK only this morning! Ive been holding for 20 minutes to chat to someone. No phone no to call. If your package is important, pay a bit more and deal direct with the courier company. A regular courier company would have delivered mine 2 days ago. This is dreadful!!

We were not aware of approximate time for collection and delivery. So we had to wait day long not sure of when the parcels would be delivered or collected. By any chance, we miss the parcels , it is difficult to track.

My parcel for daughters 21st wasnt picked up - I had to contact them - for £50 you do expect some level of service - finally picked up 4 days later - I am still waiting for an email detailing what happened with the non existent pick up - the parcel is still in this Country and not New Zealand - just checked the status of my parcel 5 days after pick up and it is still in the UK - what did I pay all that money for - I think it is going to New Zealand via a slow boat to China if of course the boat ever leaves the dock - I know it takes a person almost 48 hours to get to NZ - so wondering why my parcel isnt in customs holding there instead of here - very very upset - my daughter has had no cards from her family or gifts - as they are still in a sorting centre in the UK

Great sending options with a variety of services and prices, much cheaper than the Post Office. Would have given 5 Stars, but it took until the following day to generate a label and not within the hour or so after booking as it said! The parcel was going to Germany and the online chat (that seems a good service) did not sort this problem initially when they said they had. Would definitely use the service again and hopefully be able to give 5 stars next time!!!

Parcel Monkey are a great company to use to find the cheapest option to send a parcel, whether you want it collecting or for an even cheaper option, dropping it off. It compares prices and more importantly is easy to use, and gives you access to check out the status of your parcel. The prices are great. Highly recommended

Sent a very heavy parcel 16kg nearly 1.5mt long. Collected by Parcelforce next day, delivered within 48hours and I paid half the price I would have paid by taking it to the post office. Excellent.

Perfect service.
The complaint below, "Weekend," isnt accurate. There is no separate email with the address label, at least for me ordering on a Sunday, but if you go to your Dashboard" yo can print out the address label. It is there. A bit confusing, but the label is there. The savings for me sending USA to Scotland, $42 DHL website versus $23 PM, were amazing. And they pick it up from me as opposed to my having to take the letter by the DHL franchise. And the worst you can do is save (for me half the price) and still drop the letter off at DHL already with a label (as opposed to having the clerk enter it there, wasting more time). The worst you can do is save (one-half).

First and last time I use them !!! Ordered parcel force 24hr service on Sunday and told label would be emailed within 1hr - nothing Then when I tried to contact no help or support on weekends !!! No phone contact and no online chat So long and short ok if you dont require any help and if you do stick to mon-fri. No label ever emailed and finally managed to get label hours after taking payment not good for a 25hr delivery

This is the second time I have used parcelmonkey. I sent a birthday parcel to Texas. Customs document easy to complete with clear instructions where to place it on the parcel. It was picked up from my house and delivered on time, tracking link provided in an email. So much easier than taking it to the post office. Thank you.

Parcel arrived safe and sound in a little more than the estimated time. But I was concerned the whole time because the tracking messages were so confusing. For example the label arrived and was printed in the evening and clearly the drop off shop was closed at that time. Early next morning before I had even had chance to drop it off, a tracking message reported that the parcel had been expected in Southampton but had not arrived! It took a somewhat circuitous route to its destination, all the time reporting that your parcel is on its way back to you which was very disconcerting. I think all these messages are automated and I can only assume that the service predominately deals with returns so messages are very generic but most confusing if they dont fit your circumstances. However I will use them again as the price is very reasonable and things seem to be treated well and arrive safely at their destination.

We weigh and measure all despatches honestly and accurately. This particular despatch was in our standard sized cartons. Three weeks after despatch and 2 weeks after delivery you send us an additional charge of over 30%. This is not right, unfair and means we will never need another quote
