Great service parcel collected on day they stated and delivered next day as stated. Many courier companies promise but dont deliver. Parcel Monkey does what it says on the tin!

It took me about 4 minutes from input of weight, dimensions and destination, choice of carrier and service to actually printing off the postage note!
Very clear instructions and dashboard made it very easy to follow.
Will be using this service again!
Saved about 40% as well!

I want to say superb for DPD because the parcel was delivered to South Africa (from UK) in 2 days!!
However, I found the Parcel Monkey side quite frustrating (in terms of filling out forms, especially when some info/address specifics arent straightforward) and even more so that there is no telephone number to speak to someone. There is an online chat but not the same as talking.
I did miss out a minor detail on form so parcel collection was delayed, but I was only informed about this when I asked the online rep what time my collection would be. I wasted a whole day waiting in when it was never going to happen, and they didnt bother to tell me!
I will use again, but think its easier to do the drop-off option rather than collection.
Parcel Monkey - please also make yourself more "human friendly" by giving us the option to call and speak to someone.

I was very happy for choosing ParcelMonkey. Everything went on smoothly, no problems whatsoever. Excellent communication, I knew what was happening with my parcel at every moment.

After an horrendous first attempt to send a parcel to Australia which got lost & then I had to pay again for the privilege of getting it back a month later, we decided to give parcel monkey another chance (with a different carrier) & this time it arrived & was delivered to the correct address within 5days. Why couldnt they do that the first time!

Package to Spain was eventually returned after a week. Box was badly damaged that had resulted in a spillage in the box. Compensation does not cover any liquids. In fairness they did refund the courier fee, but again this has taken a week and I had to ask for it.

Cant fault the quality of the service - very fast and pain free shipping from UK to Australia. However, the quote jumped up 50% between the initial estimate and final cost. Id already committed to the purchase so I had to pay the extra.

Goods were heavily damaged after travelling internationally. I purchased extra cover up to £450. When my goods were received my customer found that £150 worth were damaged. Despite filing a claim, submitting over 7 pictures and proof of my customer refund (that I immediately gave them) - Parcel Monkey decided to say that my quality of packaging was "insufficient"?! I used multiple boxes, packaging foam and peanuts. The majority of my goods werent damaged only because of what I had provided. International sellers and customers beware this company.

I was looking for an economical way to send a large present to my grandson in France. Parcel Monkey and dpd were spot on, I was kept informed of what was happening, they arrived on time to collect the parcel.
And when my daughter was not at home on the delivery day it was left at her local post office. I had a very happy grandson Thankyou

Parcel to France delivered within 3 days including weekend ! Parcelforce price £32 , parcel monkey £15. Do I need to say more ? Drop of at local post office very convenient. Will definitely use again

It s with frustation that after a long travel to my new home i found 3 of the 6 boxes i have sent totally ripped! I have sent few boxes on that boxes and some were alreadyin the floor. It s totally unacceptable. I don t know how they treated my boxes but i am sure i won t use this service again!

The cheapest one from UK to Italy, I was a bit nervous about delivery. However, it was taken the next day I put a request and then in 5 working days was delivered all safe and perfect to Italy.

This was the first time I used Parcel Monkey, however, I will never use it again. My delicate speakers worth £1200 got damaged when the customer received them. I tried to claim back £800 but instead, they shut down my case after 10 days as I was too late in providing the photos they needed even though they never told me. I was very unhappy with their service as I was expecting much more from them. You should avoid them at all costs or youll regret it.

Used parcel monkey for the first time..and the last. Despite accurately weighing and measuring 2 parcels - apparently they were both double the stated weight!! And they have to only go on their measurements which as a customer you have no proof are correct. I have never had this issue before with any other company. I will not be using them again. Awful service.

I paid for a 5 day delivery service from Parcelmonkey to send important documents for a visa on an international delivery. After 5 days, and no arrival of the delivery, I have had to scour the internet for a contact phone number to chase up. I phoned some chaps mobile, who was very surprised to receive my call. He has attempted to help but could only tell me my package left Germany this morning! Cannot believe how bad a service this is. In that amount of time I could have taken it further than that on my pushbike! Documents will now be very late for visa appointment and the knock on cost to myself is going to really, really hurt. I have asked Parcelmonkey about their compensation procedures and they ducked the question. Horrendous company. Avoid at all costs.

Do yourselves a favour and use a different provider. Parcel arrived 7 days later (via DPD) and damaged. Claims proceedure is useless and unflexible - basically if you cant supply everything they will deny claim. Disgusting attitude and service.
