I am just about to have problems with a pick up so far all you get from live chat is an apology for inconvenience I cant even reply to that they dont even answer the questions I ask I am now trying to deal direct with the carrier to sort it out so far worse than npower and they had to pay me £200 for all the inconvenience I will be expecting a refund or partial one as they have not kept their side of the contract thats the only way the company improves it service {bet I only get from James standard reply if at all}

Sorry to hear of the problems with your collection. In terms of our company image, this page gives a fair reflection being rated 8/10, sometimes things do go wrong of course, especially as we are not a courier, we resell courier rates. If the goods are not collected, let us know the PM number via email or Live Chat and we can chase the courier to ensure the item is picked up. If the item has not been collected we can of course issue a refund, so let us know how you wish to proceed and we will be happy to assist. I do hope my response is satisfactory.

It was really easy to make the booking on line and I was kept informed by email throughout the process. The driver arrived on time and my parcel was delivered as promised. Nice to get what you pay for with no issues!

As an individual getting cost effective shipping is expensive, especially for larger and/or heavy items. Since using Parcel monkey I have been able to ship large items that I would have not considered before; for prices, which also include home pick-up, up to fifty percent cheaper than direct comparison.
Parcel Monkey is now my first option for sending anything above a letter.

Used Parcel monkey twice now and both deliveries have been superb. The first made it to belgium in 24 hours, the second to USA in just under 4 days, both packages saving me loads of money in the process. Great service, Great website. A++

To send a set of cheap golf clubs to Spain we took the risk of no insurance. After all, £21 postage each set is cheap as chips. They got there fine and undamaged and in the time they said. Simply could not fault the service. So easy and excellent value. Thank you

Was confused as to all the choices for my parcels from eBay sales. Parcelmonkey give you all the choices allowing me to compare insurances as well as prices. The prices offered were better than going direct to Parcelforce which I eventually chose. Great service. Booked it at 9.30 am - they collected it at 12 noon the same day. Brilliant.

Every experience Ive had with Parcel Monkey over the last four and a half years of sending parcels to my family in Australia has been excellent. Every box I have sent has arrived within the time specified ie 3-5 days - amazing.

I sent a parcel from Glasgow to Athens. It cost exactly half the price quoted by the Post Office yet had collection from home on Wednesday morning and arrived in perfect condition the following Monday. It was so easy to book. I will definitely use for future parcels!

Iv used parcel monkey a few times now. All parcel shipped have been to different countries. There prices are very good and they get to where they need to fast with tracking all the way. Very happy

I have used parcel monkey before to get a parcel to India for business which was at a reasonable price and got there within the allocated time with no problems. So I decided to use them to get a parcel to my Mum in St Vincent to send her tassimo coffee pods. I found a good price and delivery within 3-4 days. However, it was not the journey out but arriving in St Vincent that was the problems. DHL called my mother to pick up her parcel! I paid for a delivery service to the door as my mother is 80! They also made her pay customs of just over EC$26 to get the parcel as well as proving who she was. I am annoyed because it was not a commercial package and only a £20GP value and classed as a gift so I am not sure where it went wrong. I am not necessarily blaming Parcel Monkey but their partner DHL as I have used UPS before and it has been delivered right to her door with no problems! Parcel Monkey is easy and convenient to use and I will not let this experience stop me from using them for business or personal again.

I ordered a 48 delivery with parcel force which took 6 days to arrive. A little more info on the parcel monkey website as to collection/delivery timings would be more helpful. Parcel was delivered I damaged and left with a neighbour which was helpful as it meant I didnt need to drive to any collection point to pick it up. Over all happy with the service ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
