Two weeks ago I have sent an International parcel to Europe. Theyve said and guarantee it will arrive in 4 days and Ive paid good money for this service, but the parcel arrived in 8 days. I would not use them again.

This means they have the item in their network, so please raise a support ticket and we will look at what caused this delay in delivery.

The delivery of my box was prompt taking 4 days. Posted in the UK and delivered today in the Algarve (Friday). Although the box was marked fragile, it arrived damaged and it was obvious that it had had a great weight on top of it, crushing it rather than being dropped. As a consequence 2 China mugs and a plastic mug inside were broken. Although the cost of the items were minimal it was just frustrating. Hence the 3 star review. I cannot fault the speed of the delivery.

I had never used this before, always thought a courier collection would be expensive and complicated. I had lots of options, chose one, paid online, printed the label and this big 20kgparcel which had sat in my kitchen for weeks was gone in one hour.

Following a lot of correspondence with Parcel Monkey through their issue reporting system my parcel eventually arrived - the lateness was in no way their problem but the inefficiency of the tracking process poor communication with the courier and the single form of communication process with me were a pain

Delivery was slow considering the item came from Manchester. Driver dragged item across the carpark to our front door. Machine costs £2500 new and handle was found to be bent. Checked with seller and handle was fine on collection so therefore damaged in transit. Very unhappy.

I paid for Parcelforce24 through Parcel Monkey and it the parcel was not delivered the next day, but 48 hours later. I was told "per our terms and conditions, collections and deliveries are not guaranteed." Not good service

Sorry to hear about the delay with the delivery, we do not handle the parcels, we resell the carrier rates. The time frames of delivery are provided by the carrier however we do not state them as guaranteed, as we do not pick up and deliver ourselves.

On the first day of collection, I had notified that my doorbell was broken, providing my cell number. My parcel was never collected on the first day as I waited patiently all day. The second day my parcel was collected. I was happy. However, my mood changed when I had the urge to track my package a week later to see if it was making any progress towards its destination. The message I saw was, "We have no tracks for your parcel yet. The status of your parcel will be updated in due course." From the beginning, I was quoted 4 day air delivery. I am sure that the parcel would get to its destination in 2 weeks, tops, since it is a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific. I still have a week left to see if the parcel will ever get there but Im having my doubts since the service used was Express 24 with Parcel Force. I wonder if my package got lost when it hasnt even left the country yet. I have made a support ticket but so far am getting nowhere. Who knew that shipping packages in the UK was such a nightmare? Update: The parcel did reach its destination. Through DHL. Shouldnt I have been informed of a carrier change? Anyway, Im happy the package got to its destination. Otherwise, I would have cried over its loss.

No one to speak with . Only email. They are terrible. They use yodel, another terrible company. I have dealt with them twice . they never come on the day they are suppose to. This time they didnt turn up at all. PARCEL WAS NEVER PICKED UP AWFUL.. and off course still running after my refund so I had to report them to my bank and get a chargeback. Never again.

We offer Live Chat support on our site open from 8am to 9pm weekdays to assist in real time plus the email route. We sell lots of different couriers to match every budget and time frame. If an item is not collected by any of the carriers sold on our site, we are happy to chase this up and get it collected. Just log in, ask the Live Chat for the refund and it will be issued if you havent used the service.

I had a one off parcel to be delivered to Holland. it weighed 26 kilos. First page of monkey parcel quoted £17 by DPD. Later when I came to actually doing the transaction and had to go to a second page the price was £117 by DHL. So always drill down to second page. IT turns out DPD do not take parcels over 20Kilos!!
OK a slight clich but the rest of the transaction went well, goods collected and delivered on time. Tracking also worked well.
Overall good.
