Excellent service as always. I have sent stuff all over the UK and Europe, absolutely spot on.have bought from the Internet and p/monkey have never failed. Would not bother with anyone else. Lastly the charges a re always fair and worth every penny. T.L.cornwall.

Excellent value for money and the parcel arrived very quickly. My parcel was overweight so I was billed a couple of points extra to account for it. My error not theirs but there was no admin fee or anything, just a simple readjustment. Cant fault them.

The means to communicate when theres a problem is absolutely useless. 3 days minimum for any means to find out more info or pass info on is dire. PM have cost me over £400 in issues relating to poor communication and inadequate labels which do not carry the necessary info.

We received a different, much larger package. We then got charged considerably more for the larger package. Its not been two weeks, and were yet to receive our original package. Parcelmonkey have no record of where it is.

I use more than one shipping agent but on this occassion Parcel Monkey could handle my parcel when others couldnt. The price was very reasonable and the service the courier provided excellent and so PM scores highly. Also they are easier to contact in the event of a problem than some agents. On the down side they always ask for the delivery address tel no which is not always available. Other agents only ask sometimes, depending on which courier and service is chosen, or sometimes an email address will suffice. So if PM meets your needs, the service is excellent (9/10) and I would recommend them. They are professional and even helpful.

I like to give delivery advice to your drivers: Leave behind the side gate if they are out or Go down the narrow entrance beside the telephone box, or similar, but cannot. The 30 spaces you allow is far too little to give helpful delivery advice to your drivers. I have said this to you twice before in vain incidentally, and it must be easy for your IT guys to increase the space your site allows.

despite being well packed in polystyrene and bubblewrap and an outer cardboard box my life figure arrived today in hundreds of pieces. I cant imagine how they have managed to break it into so many pieces the mind boggles Disgruntled customer

I was told I had measured it incorrectly and that it was a longer (length) than I stated, which was incorrect. They would provide me no proof and kept going back to the default line saying volumetrics were incorrect. They also charged my card without approval or permission for the excess, before getting in touch to tell me that they were going to. Other than being charged extra, the service was good.

I booked a Same Day direct delivery service, described as "Your item will be driven directly to the delivery point after collection" - this did not happen. The parcel was taken via multiple drops and arrived 2 hours too late.

1st time used and competitively priced. Only gripe is the email with postage label was never received. But all in all good.

This was the first time I have used Parcel Monkey and will be my last. We booked a parcel to be delivered to Jersey, the Parcel Force arrived and collected the parcel on time but as the label provided by Parcel Monkey did not have a barcode the driver could not scan the parcel. If it now nearly two weeks since I have made a claim for a lost parcel and I just keep getting told its getting investigated and that the parcel could not have been collected as its not been scanned. Still waiting for a reply

First time i have used parcel monkey, and will surely be the last. Customer service agents are slow to respond, and no contact number so everything is done via message, couriers do not turn up when they should. And international parcels end up destroyed! Very upset with service received. If i could give zero stars i would. I would much rather deal with the post office or other couriers direct than use a third party.

Package arrived at customers house completely destroyed, clearly been mishandled. All other items had been packed in the same way and arrived fine, but they refused to accept responsibility even though insured. Met all the DPD regulations in regards to packing procedures, but they then pulled out another set of rules that are hidden within the T&C and not advertised on the main pages at all. Why would you ever expect there to be 2 sets of contradicting rules? Got in touch with the CS and tried to resolve it in a friendly amicable way. They were rude, brash and in some cases threatening. Asked to speak with manager on the phone and they couldnt/wouldnt oblige. Eventually appealed to speak directly with DPD, was completely ignored. 3 weeks later (after chasing twice) I finally got a response that they still wouldnt cover it. Almost £200 out of pocket. Feel completely scammed. They are a waste of time. Go direct with the suppliers and avoid all the hassle.

2nd time Ive used parcel monkey the only problem is the very late pickup from parcelforce I have used ups in the past who are always early to pick up.having said that the 48 hour service I selected did get delivered within 24!!.

Easy to use website. Covers all types of couriers and services. We simply entered the weight of the parcel, details of delivery, paid on line and dropped the parcel at a local store for collection the next day.

I have the worst possibile experience with them. 1) I asked and PAIED for a next day collection of the parcel, they didnt pass on the specified day. 2) We scheduled it in another day, and they arrived the DAY EARLIER!!! 3) They collect the package and they LOST IT FOR 3 WEEKS. 4) After 3 weeks, they sent it back, and made me pay again another shipping. 5)This time the parcel arrives, but it arrives all destroied, with the sound system I had inside, unusable!!! I INSURED MY PARCEL but they closed my claim saying that the package was not sufficient (I wonder IF they ever accepted an insurance claim in their Whole business). All this happened in more than 1 month, and for this reason, I couldnt send back the sound system in time because my 30days warranty just expired THANKS TO THESE THIEFS!! All I wanted was a good service, and my parcel to be in good conditions. I paied for this sh**ty service, my object is broken, I cant anymore use warranty and the insurance I PAID FOR was useless. All of this after messing with collection and LOSING MY PARCEL!!!

Used parcelmonkey because it was the cheapest link-thru to parcelforce 48 for oversized packages. Mine was a large golf bag that just exceeded myhermes limits, who I regularly use, but parcelmonkey got the job done. Thanks
