This excellent service gave me a comparison of all the options and then allowed me to choose the most appropriate and best-priced one, which also seemed to be less expensive than when I looked at it on the website of the actual provider (DPD). Collection was the same day, delivery within about 3 days to Prague, I shifted masses of stuff (5 big parcels) for just over 100 pounds. DPD has a very reliable system for letting you know when they are going to collect/deliver. Really great experience!

Service was quoted as 2 days by road, collected last Friday after attempting to collect from incorrect address and delivery yesterday evening (Thursday 3rd). Which was missed after waiting in all day. Tracking no provided by Courier on missed delivery card cannot be found so now having to chase Courier to make booking for re-delivery.

This is SO easy. Parcel Monkey do all the work for you and find the cheapest rates. Our parcel was collected from home on Friday afternoon and delivered to our delighted Daughters New Zealand home the next Thursday. With the ability to track all the way this is a brilliant service.

I have traditionally had awful experiences with both the post office and other courier companies due to the lack of postcode and house numbers in Ireland. Not anymore!!! My package was picked up when it was stated it would be and delivered efficiently within the time frame without any hiccups.

I would definitely recommend but be aware of what can go by air mail (no batteries) or surface mail. We got there in the end. I would recommend and will use again myself.

Monkey organised service by parcelforce. Did not turn up on agreed day to collect. Guy took parcels to parcelforce and they said labels were not compatible with their system and refused to take. Turned up 3 days later and fulfilled the order. Woulf not use them again.

Ordered parcel to be sent abroad. No label received. Profile says "Problem - please contact us", but there is no f**** phone number to call. One of those typical companies hiding behind emails/contact forms. Pathetic. Of course my money was not refunded. Scammers.

Offered the beat price for a large package collection. Subcontracted in parcel force for the job. Collected then lost the package with no customer service worth noting. No relationship manager and no apology for loosing something worth alot of money. Parcel force at least have a telephone number to call for help. Do not use this company unless you want to pour money down the drain. Further development in response to james reply. I have tried to get in touch and nobody replied. Same story of the best intentions and no action.

I received an email the same day of the collection saying the time frame of collection was around 12.15 to 13.15. I arrived home at 12.20 and the driver was in front of the property writing desperately the note that he had missed me. So when he saw me, he was very rude because I had been late and because he had to pick up the parcels from a top flat. He treated the parcels very aggressively and his manners where not appropriate. When I asked him to sign the Collection Receipt, he said, he wasnt meant to sign it, I finally got him to sign it. When the parcels arrived at the destination, I got 16 emails with different time frames of delivery of the parcels. I attended the last email and when I arrived at the property the parcels had been already delivered 1 hour before, but to the security person and not to my property. Moreover, the packages where in a very bad condition from the outside. In general I wouldnt choose this service again.

Booked it on Sunday afternoon, and they came to pick it up at 1:45pm on Monday. Great price. No complaints. Parcel arrived within the indicated delivery times.

The company is ok if everything gets collected on time but if you have to contact customer service be prepared to be disappointed. The worst customer service I have experienced. Problems are not given proper solutions. They do not compensate for losses. They blame everything on the courier. Out of 4 parcel collections 3 parcels were not collected on time. I do not recommend using this website as the customer service is terrible. I recommend paying a bit more and going direct to the courier. Parcel monkey have made me get more loss instead of saving money.

I am sorry to hear you have an issue, we do not handle shipments, we just resell courier rates. We hand over the orders to the courier who then come to collect, if they are late just let us know on Live Chat so we can chase them and resolve the issue. If you had booked the service with the carrier direct the service would be the same, as they still use the same booking system and collection drivers.

it was not collected on the day i selected i noticed on the tracking info it was down as collected i then contacted parcelforce who said they would have it collected later in the day (which did not happen) after waiting later than i wanted the excuse given was there was only a name not a unit number aswell for my work sorry excuse in my eyes
