Avoid like the plague. Bought a 24 hours delivery with same day collection, assigned to DPD, no collection happened. No customer service in the evening. The following morning, after a few messages of mine, they send me a message saying they have rescheduled collection for the following day. So what should have been and paid for a 24 hours service needs to wait 72 hours for a simple collection. I then ask them to cancel the service and issue a refund. They have cancelled th service, I have no idea if Ill ever see my money back as the ticket "has been sent to finance for a refund". Who licenses these chancers??

The drop off info on Parcel Monkey web site was out of date for Fed Ex. Fed Ex did not deliver in 24hrs as service specified- said they had but after a lot of effort from the recipient parcel reinstated and delivered following day. Fed Ex are a disgrace won’t use again

After asking about sending personal items and food snacks to my daughter in Spain, I was advised that food snacks may be prohibited, so I sent those in a separate package, i.e. I sent 2 packages. After a few days of tracking there appeared to be a problem. First of all I was told it was being returned to sender due to not paying import duties, when I asked for an invoice to pay it, I was told I would receive a phone call - which never came. After yet another call to the courier I have been told that they contain restricted items, so both packages are being returned to sender. I would like to know what in terms of her personal clothing, paperback books and training shoes are restricted items. I have received no help from this company, who dont have a telephone number, all correspondence has to be online - which is extremely slow to put it mildly. I would suggest people avoid this company at all costs.

During purchase it claimed next day pick up but it was the following day which I was expecting anyway. Much cheaper going through parcel monkey but you might not get exactly the dates you expect. Still good and easy. Customer service is very good as well.

parcel monkey do a good job . royal mail however stretch a 48 hour delivery into 3 days or more .

Parcel was not delivered and, despite paying the insurance cover, they refuse to make payment or accept responsibility. Despite providing them with all requested information they now choose to ignore all messages. The two registered directors are named on the relevant UK Govt website as one person born in England and the other Lithuania. They each hold a number of directorships registered at the same address in the UK, including Parcel Monkey. This address appears to be a rented space within a purpose built block that can be hired by anybody as opposed to their own premises. Due to the timings of responses received, I assume the daily workload is not undertaken from within the UK, as their registered address might suggest, as their messages arrive prior to standard UK working hours. I feel aggrieved that this situation has arisen, having posted a parcel in good faith & paid for additional insurance but not been compensated. I will never use their services again & do not recommend them to others

I wanted to send a parcel to send to Croatia. Which was packed up and shipped off once I completed the information requested by Parcel Monkey. I ticked the gift box, but there was insufficient customs documentation i.e. a gift declaration. Hence import duty was charged. The recipient declined to pay this. I was given the option of paying the duty, but then no working way to pay this. I have lodged numerous messages, the last of which remains responded to. I now have the choice of having the parcel destroyed or paying for it to be returned (which ironically includes a payment link). This just adds insult to injury when all I wanted is to pay the duty and have the parcel delivered. Customer service is very poor and the documentation requested is insufficient. You would be better to pay a bit more and know that your parcel will get there.

Ten days to deliver a lightweight A5 cardboard envelope within the UK. £6.89. Booking was made on 21/5/25 for collection on 23/5/25. Collection failed, no reason offered. Parcel picked up on 28/5/35. Delivered on 2/6/25. Tracking not available in any purposeful way saying the same thing all the time. Customer service not in a hurry to respond with information.

DO NOT USE THEM, My parcel has been lost for over a month now, no communication from the company, no way of contacting them, no way of making a claim against lost parcel and they are INVESTIGATING it. Tried to contact them on multiple occasions, no reply and no resolution.

Where to start... Attempted to use the platform for the first time and needed to amend a customs form before sending—unable to do so. Had to make an account to contact support—wouldnt let me because Id placed an order with that email (didnt make an account). Finally managed to create an account, only for the login not to work. I had to reset the password each time I accessed the account until "reset password" stopped working. Eventually the issues with the webapp led to such a loss of confidence in the company I cancelled the order. Live chat confirmed its cancelled and said theyre transferring me to finance to confirm refund, of course this doesnt happen. No confirmation of cancellation received. No confirmation of refund received. Live chat now says they have no access to UK order details. Email respondent takes the time to say theyre closing a duplicate thread but not to answer the simple question: WHERE IS MY REFUND Wasted way too much time with this company. Ill remove this review once they stop wasting my time and refund me.
