I organised a collection of a portable dance floor that was being transported on a portable trolley. I had asked if it was ok to send this on a portable trolley rather than in a cardboard box and was told that this was acceptable. The dance floor was secured onto the trolley with a strap and duck tape and bubble wrap was used to protect it as well as to prevent movement. I took out the additional insurance in case of loss or damage. The dance floor was delivered with much of the packaging ripped off and the strap and bubble missing suggesting that it had been severely manhandled. The driver who collected the dance floor failed to secure it inside his van and he has admitted that as a consequence when he dropped it off at the depot in Heathrow parts had come out. He attempted to put these back on the trolley but did not secure them in place. I submitted a claim but this has been rejected citing that apparently the package was not packaged correctly as it wasn’t in a cardboard box etc even though I had confirmed that a portable trolley could be used instead.I have photographic proof that it was correctly and securely packaged and am looking for an insurance payout so that I can purchase replacement parts

Trader on ebay so regularly use Parcel Monkey who have always provided a great no hassle service. Very quick and easy process and are often much cheaper for Parcelforce than going direct to the company for the same service

I paid for a 2 day delivery that took 7 days. This was only after the courier arrived to collect my package and told me they couldn’t process it without the delivery label, (As i’d heard nothing from Parcel Monkey, i assumed Evri would provide it). I contacted Parcel Money who sent the label for me to print and rescheduled the collection. 6 days later and a ticket open with Evri and my package arrived at its destination on day 7. First time I’ve used this service and it wasn’t a good experience. A 2 Star rating for Parcel Monkey as i had to nudge them or nothing would have happened and a 2 Star for Evri as i had to raise a ticket to get them to deliver the package, although in their defence, the customer services did their job well and my local courier was really helpful.

The first time Id used their service. I was a little apprehensive. But the courier arrived on the day promised and collected my large box. It had turned out to be a non-event. I wish all my contacts with organisations in general could work so well.

I got myself in a panic sending a parcel to usa but got the help i neded, parcel was delivered to a very rural area in Georgia on time with a decent price for an expensive place to send to. Have used this company 3 times now, cant fault them

My supplier in Ireland was having difficulty sending stock over to mainland England, due to ongoing logistical issues, due to the global impact of the illegal ongoing war taking place by the USA & Israel on Iran 2026!
I have managed to find a competitive price for bringing them goods over and successfully had the goods shipped in 48 hours with Parcel Force.

Sent parcel monkey to collect a parcel from a company and then deliver it to me dpd collected it early March then lost it since then both companies have failed to take responsibility I paid for next day delivery and insured the parcel for loss which was another waste of money as parcel monkey have no intention of reimbursing me for the loss they will have you fill a claim form in then put every effort into gaslighting and stalling you until they win the money you paid I am £298.00 down they know the parcel was not delivered as Dpd have admitted it yet they want written statements confirming what they already know and there is no way of writing a letter or complaint as they are invisible scammers go direct with courier you will not save any money with these scammers

I sent a parcel through this company in December and paid over £50 specifically to ensure it would arrive before Christmas. It is now months later, and I still have no clear information about where my parcel is. Since January, I have been repeatedly chasing this issue with Parcel Monkey, completing forms and going back and forth in an attempt to establish where UPS has placed the parcel. The entire process has been incredibly time-consuming, frustrating, and completely unsustainable. What is most disappointing is that, despite the significant amount paid for this service, Parcel Monkey have not offered a refund and have instead made it extremely difficult to get a straightforward answer or resolution. My main concern now is locating the parcel as a matter of urgency, as well as receiving appropriate compensation for the failed service. I regularly send care packages to the US, but after this experience I will absolutely not be using Parcel Monkey again.

Brilliant!
Parcel was collected from local drop off point Monday 15.53 and delivered to Oregon USA by Wednesday at 17.13, I’ve been able to track that parcel all the way.
It’s ridiculously inexpensive considering the service provided.
Easy to use booking in process which gives a choice of companies and timescales for their estimated deliver times.
I chose UPS which never fails.
Have tried other online sites, Parcel Hero didn’t even get important documents out of UK and charged me over £10 to return them back to me, with Parcel Monkey the same documents were in USA within 2 days.
Definitely deserving of the 5 star rating! Thank you.

Do not use this company My son lost his rucksack at Brighton railway station on the Tuesday 7th April he went down to Bath. He was away for a week at Bath. I paid for next day delivery so it could be returned to my son, it was £24.97 on Wednesday morning they used Courier to collect the parcel. The parcel was delivered a week later on the following Monday afternoon, my son had returned home by this time. They allowed someone else to sign for the delivery. So his rucksack was stuck in Bath. I tried numerous times to contact them but to no avail, it’s absolutely impossible to talk to someone, the automated help line sends you round in circles and you don’t actually get to speak to anyone. I sent numerous emails but again no responses.

Parcel monkey use Dpd to do the actual delivery buy if Dpd lose the parcel then you will get the run around with no one taking responsibility you cannot even talk to a person directly they will ignore you hoping you will give up. Don’t bother paying for insurance as that is an extra cost that you will lose because the monkey is not paying you under any circumstances go directly with the courier as you will have a claim against them directly this monkey is the same as any other you pay peanuts you get monkeys
