i paid £65.00 for a parcel to be delivered to San Fransisco on Dec 22 2026, This was not delivered and returned to me in the uk in February 2026, Subsequently I flew to San Fransisco later in February and had to carry the parcel as hand luggage. Cant say I was over impressed. Still I come back to you today to send a parcel within the UK.

I have been using them for a long time, but it’s been nearly a month they couldn’t find my missing parcel by DPD. It’s really disappointing, extremely poor and unprofessional customer service.

Good but space given for "instructions to courier" is a huge box to write in but youre only allowed about 24 characters. Mad. You try to write anything helpful with that limit, pointless even offering the option.

Two parcels dropped off pm on Monday; one delivered Friday - the others still at the hub four days later. The one delivered arrived somewhat the worse for wear, but my packing may not have been robust enough. Id use Evri again but will pack with belt and braces next time !

I booked my parcel to be shipped by Parcel Monkey. When it was not received after a week (i booked next day service), it became a nightmare. I contacted them via the dashboard, the response was always apologising and following up (without any result). They then said it is lost ( I insured my parcel). After ive filled in the claim, they suddenly said that it has been found. It was actually still at their drop off point. However cut a long story short, they/their courier did not pick it from there to deliver it. They kept saying that the shop (where i dropped off the parcel) was not cooperative. Now this is their designated place!!!! I therefore went to the shop, the people there were SUPER COOPERATIVE, they retrieved my parcel in literally a second. I informed Parcel Monkey of this outcome, unfortunately despite they promised they will send their courier to pick up the parcel for delivery, they did not. Again citing the shop was not cooperative. I therefore have to take matters in my own hands, we went to the shop, provided the required documents and retrieved the parcel. Parcel monkey was very uncooperative and despite knowing that it was their/their designated couriers incompetence, which caused delay and unnecessary expenses (and stress) they did not compensate for the unnecessary expenses/travel that I have to do. The SCAREY part is their kept saying that they were NOT ABLE TO RETRIEVE my parcel from their own agent!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I advise everyone to THINK AGAIN before using their services.

This has to be the most unreliable, unprofessional, faceless outfit out there! 6 failed collections on 2 items, lied about courier turning up when our site has 24hr CCTV. No effort to actually solve issues just constantly met with platitudes and no actual action. Missed deadlines and urgency mean nothing to them
