You have the worst customer support ever and the worst service. You did not deliver my package as agreed and still had the gut to ask me to pay for it to be returned to me. You seized my package for more than 3 weeks. You refused to answer my request or provide any useful information.

Dear Parcel Monkey Your ref.: PM13029836 DX Freight Next Day Please can you phone our Finds Manager to discuss the damaged and currently missing item. Were having to use Trust Pilot as Parcel Monkey dont appear to have a contact telephone number and the chatbot facility is of no help. Thank you.

Website is easy to use. Only thing that stops me giving 5 stars is that I had to contact live chat to get a label. But live chat person (Mafe Cruz) he asked me to put the name was very helpful!

Parcel not collected when it was due to be collected. I was given conflicting and constantly changing information when it would be collected. Trying to communicate with the helpdesk is a nightmare - slow response and then messages are just ignored. I have no idea if and when my parcel is ever going to collected and yet there is no response from them let alone a refund for providing an appalling service. Would not recommend using them to anyone

Packed my parcel in the evening got home and got on Parcel Monkeys site and got it sorted and label printed. Found a Post Office on my travels early the next morning and dropped it off and it was at its destination the next morning

Next day delivery booked, took 3 days, couldnt speak to anyone human. Sent email to complain, told that there was no guarantee of next day even though paid for it. Its better to just go direct to the courier - may be slightly more expensive but at least you know itll get there when you need it to get there.

My parcell hasnt arrived and, when I track it, I see the You/UPS have changed the destination address and I still dont understand why.

My parcel still remains uncollected despite paying for next day delivery. Almost impossible to contact anyone to notify. The initial website to book was very straightforward as was printing the label.

Failed collection by DPD yesterday. Spoke with operator Mafe Cruz who sorted the problem out very quickly. My marks are for their service and not that of DPD where it wouldnt deserve a single star on this occassion.

Awful. Package collected 13th August, now 1st September, still not received. They told me I had to take it up with UPS which I did until I realised from a consumer website that my contract is with them and it is their responsibility to chase not mine. And they asked me stupid questions like a list of the items which is on my account details in their pro forma and details of the sender and receiver, again on the account. So the saga continues. Lets see when I get this parcel. BTW it is from me to me as I was in the UK but I live in Italy so it shouldnt have been that complex.

Clearly a scam!!! I waited 4 days for them to send my parcel, each day they didn’t arrive the collection date got moved. Eventually I got fed up and cancelled. Turns out it was far cheaper to book directly than with this company and it was collected when it was stated. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Parcel was collected 12 days ago, tracking not updated since collection. Receiver has not got it, Evri has tried to locate the item at their depot but cannot find it, as yet they will not admit it is lost!

Scammers: I took a parcel to my local post office where it was weighed and I was given a receipt that included the weight. Subsequently this courier could not deliver my parcel so it was returned and I went online and found parcel monkey. I measured my parcel, entered the correct dimensions and weight and payed. Days later I had a £50 excess weight charge on my credit card for a parcel number not mine. It came with an email saying the weight i had claimed, and it gave a figure that was not the weight I had claimed, was 10 kilos light. This resulted in a 24 kilo parcel. 24 kilos for a few small pieces of plastic that had been weighed by the post office at 11. Their emai gave an address to raise the issue, but 4 emails later they have yet to reply to one. Not a company to trust with your credit card details. My credit card company is pursuing this as a fraud, but is long, and a pain. Best avoid this company in my opinion
