After two weeks I got an email to say my parcel was beeing returned for a breach of T & cs. There is/was mothing inside my parcel that warranted return. Very dissapointed in their service. Another £30 + £33 for postage wasted. Sure looks like a scam to me. Beware

Your item was declared as a "Falkland Island gift" and rejected by the courier you selected for onward transportation.
We are not a scam or else we would not have traded for over 7 years and have the kind of positive reviews you see on here if we were.
I created an account, booked two parcels for international shipping and got them collected in less than 48 hours. The packages arrived three days before estimation, unharmed and in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone.

I have used Parcel Money on more than three times over the last 6 months. However, the last parcel which I sent to India never arrived. Mid way they chose to use DPD Couriers and my parcel still remained undelivered. As my parcel was being sent to a school for young poor children, there were plenty of warm clothes ready for the winter. My parcel this time was a lot bigger therefore, I chose to take out the extra insurance as a contingency. I have been having over 7 different thread conversations online with Parcel Monkey since Wed 1st June 2016. My situation still remains unresolved and my thread conversation now I am being told is out of date. What a bunch on monkeys, DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY! Worst customer service ever. Poor, unprofessional service.....

Thanks for taking the time to review, the customer choose which carrier they want to book with so you would of selected DPD to carry your parcel to India.
Please raise a ticket on your account with the PM order number and put FAO Manager so we can look into this and see why it is yet to be delivered.

Ive used Parcel Monkey before but this was by far the best and easiest. They have simplified their paperwork too which helps immensely. I had a large shipment delivered from Scotland to California in just 5 days. Will continue to use them without fail!

Excellent service, I paid for the DHL 1-3 day service - collection was very efficient and professional on the appointed day. Delivery was made 2 days after collection and the courier delivery in Ukraine was excellent, considerate and flexible. I would use this again when speedy and efficient delivery are vital. Thank you.

Package dropped off at local collection point after speaking to the agent beforehand on morning of Sat 20 August. Agent assured me it would be collected by 1pm that day. Actually picked up Mon 22 August as agent unaware dpd does not collect from such collection points on Saturdays.

International parcel, paid for a fully tracked service, nearly 2 months later still no tracking info since it left the UK. the "customer service" department just keep blaming the courier & seem to accept no responsibility for the failure to provide the service that they happily took my money for. Now they are saying that their complaints process takes a month - AVOID This company if you actually want your parcel to arrive!

Did not receive the confirmation email they said would arrive 30mins later and took payment regardless. Had to pay again in he post office as they had no recollection of it being on the system. Would not recommend.

Our Response: Hello
Emails can take up to 20 mins to come through with the label as the courier will need to verify the addresses. Once this is done they are emailed out and can also be located on your account dashboard. You will need to print and attach this label so the Post Office can see you have paid. Please let us know if you have not used the service, via a support ticket, so we can cancel and refund your order.

Arrived exactly when they said it would.
All paper work for parcel to America done in 10 mins, paid for and labels printed. Dropped off at post office, no problem.
Super easy, will definately use Parcel Monkey again!

According to the tracking links that are visible to you via your account, DPD were unable to deliver on August 24th and have requested further instructions from the receiver.
If the receiver provides these then the item will be delivered by DPD and then maybe you could adjust your review of Parcelmonkey Ltd??

The lady that collects the parcels is extreemly rude and reluctant to sign the form that proves my parcel was collected. This happend on 2 or 3 occasions the last being 18th or 19th Aug 2016. Other than that I love your service and think it is great.
