I was very impressed with the service as it worked perfectly. I sent a 12kg parcel within the UK and did not have to leave the house. The previous week, I paid £11 to send a 1.6kg parcel also to UK at the post office. No words. Paid the same this time.

Used this service as the Post Office wanted more that £30 to send an unframed drawing to Italy. I filled in the address and postcode as my customer had given it to me. Parcel Monkey gave me a price and a I paid and it generated a label to print. I took the parcel to the Post Office...All great...Today, the parcel was returned to me saying that Sardinia is not Italy (Yes it is, I should know, my partner is Italian!) and therefore it was undelivered. I have had no communication regarding this. It may be that there is a different rate for the islands, but with a full address and postcode, shouldnt that be enough to generate the right price at the online stage? Now dont know what will happen. Have to take parcel to the Post Office to ask...will they want me to pay again, or pay their rate of over £30???

Thank you for your comment, to send items for Sardinia you would need to select Italy- Sardinia as this would be sent on a different tariff to Italy as it is more of an expensive service. If this is not selected the price will be based on mainland Italy which is why we put the Italian Islands next to Italy so they are easily found.
Please raise a support ticket and put FAO Manager and your case will be looked into to see if we can assist.

+ve No issues till now...
+ve Parcel received in the destionation safely.
+veDeliverd on time.
-ve Poor customer service ( dont know who to contact in case of emergency and they dont do phone in service)
-ve Driver can come anytime of the day to pick up parcel... So you have to be at home (should do a time frame)
Conclusion :- Service is good but they can make it better. Once anything goes wrong then everything goes wrong

Very easy to use, good choice of couriers at good prices. My parcel was delivered within 2 days of dropping off at the Post Office (UK to Netherlands). Cant ask for better than that.

Organised package delivery with parcelmonkey using parcelforce24. Was collected on time and delivered successfully, at a lower cost than using parcelforce directly.

Delivery was prompt to an international destination and for a very good price!
The only gripe I have was when I dropped off my parcel to the collect location I had no confirmation that it was officially recieved by the courier company on that day and I was worried as the reciept given by the shop didnt have any Identification numbers. I phoned Parcel Monkey next day and was promised an update that I never recieved by phone or e-mail but anyway on the second business day the parcel was delivered and I was sent confirmation of that.

Had a quote for 12 quid, for parcel force 48 (17kg) which compares to a PO counter price of 28 quid for the same service. They even picked it up! :-)

I cannot speak more highly of the superb service. It was so easy to book online. Excellent price, unbeatable with any other online carrier. Door to Door from East Sussex to the South of France in 2 days, absolutely amazing, superb, second to none, outstanding value and for those reasons, I would highly recommend Parcel Monkey.

Was a little nervous about sending my parcel to Rawalpindi (Pakistan), but I neednt have been once Id decided to use parcelmonkey.
Was all so easy. Picked the cheapest of the couriers offered (DPD). Filled in a form on line which automatically generated all documents required for customs purposes.
Arranged for courier to collect the next day, & unbelievable, the parcel which was picked up from my Home in Leicester had been delivered in to a home address in Rawalpindi 66 hours!
Will not hesitate to use ParcelMonkey again

parcel returned by customs, courier informed parcel monkey and were still waiting fir them to collect and return it 10 days later, I contacted the courier company, as all parcel monkey kept saying was sorry fir delay and theyre investigating, courier company said they had it and parcel monkey were informed the day ut was returned to them, managed to go and collect ut from them same day. Letter if complaint uoloaded on their online chat/support plus hard copy posted - still waiting for reply!!
