Package dropped off at local collection point after speaking to the agent beforehand on morning of Sat 20 August. Agent assured me it would be collected by 1pm that day. Actually picked up Mon 22 August as agent unaware dpd does not collect from such collection points on Saturdays.

International parcel, paid for a fully tracked service, nearly 2 months later still no tracking info since it left the UK. the "customer service" department just keep blaming the courier & seem to accept no responsibility for the failure to provide the service that they happily took my money for. Now they are saying that their complaints process takes a month - AVOID This company if you actually want your parcel to arrive!

Sorry to hear of this issue, we do not handle the items as a reseller so we have to wait for the courier company to come back to us with the information regarding your item. Please alert our team via a support ticket and this can be passed to the claims team who can assist from there.

Did not receive the confirmation email they said would arrive 30mins later and took payment regardless. Had to pay again in he post office as they had no recollection of it being on the system. Would not recommend.

Our Response: Hello
Emails can take up to 20 mins to come through with the label as the courier will need to verify the addresses. Once this is done they are emailed out and can also be located on your account dashboard. You will need to print and attach this label so the Post Office can see you have paid. Please let us know if you have not used the service, via a support ticket, so we can cancel and refund your order.

Brilliant!
Arrived exactly when they said it would.
All paper work for parcel to America done in 10 mins, paid for and labels printed. Dropped off at post office, no problem.
Super easy, will definately use Parcel Monkey again!

I have used Parcel Monkey several times and they have always been the most reliable and the most competitively priced. A firm favourite. There are many similar services out there but yet to find one that delivers the service like Parcel Monkey.

Sent a package to my daughter in Dubai. Tracking was easy, apparently there was a problem with the address which there wasnt but the package got there still within the time allocated

According to the tracking links that are visible to you via your account, DPD were unable to deliver on August 24th and have requested further instructions from the receiver.
If the receiver provides these then the item will be delivered by DPD and then maybe you could adjust your review of Parcelmonkey Ltd??

We have used Parcel Monkey three times now to send products internationally. Each time the delivery has been faster than expected and I like that the customer phone number is requested and actually used.

The lady that collects the parcels is extreemly rude and reluctant to sign the form that proves my parcel was collected. This happend on 2 or 3 occasions the last being 18th or 19th Aug 2016. Other than that I love your service and think it is great.

I payed for a 24 hour delivery .. From North Wales to Scotland .. It was picked up on the Thursday .. Am ... So ..I was expecting ,, delivery nx day ,,Ie, Friday .. Not a hope ,,, The nx evening I had to call Edinburgh Depo .. Was told it had not arrived ,, as yet ,, then was informed they didnt deliver on Saturdays ,,, so that ment I had to wait till Monday ,,, not good ... So come Monday ,,, guess what no parcil ,,,, so I called again ,,, to be told that parcilforce ,,didnt post to that area ,, and my parcil had been given to the Royal Mail ... So Tuesday lunchtime .. It was delivered ,, , All in all I was not impressed with the sirvice ..as my daughter had to take three days off work .. I could off delivered it my self ,, with what it cost her for being off work .....

It was my first experience of shipping anything overseas. I was moving to the Middle East and needed quite a lot of things to follow. I found it very easy to bag the items. Used laundry bags and tied string around them.
Parcel force arrived to collect the bags the day they said they would via email. This was the day before my departure. I was told it would arrive to my door between 3-4 days. Bags arrived on the fourth day. I am a very pleased customer.
