I have never experience such an incompetent and uncaring service. I paid nearly £40 for a next day delivery service for a painting to go to a gallery in the South. They failed on that promise. They were unhelpful when I finally got a response to my email. I had to deal directly with their subcontractor myself to get the problem resolved. When I tried to ask Parcelmonkey to resolve the problem and let me know when my parcel would be collected they informed me that I had missed the collection window for that day so it would be another day before collection. This would mean that a 24 hour service would have taken 4 days to complete. I was also informed that any talk of compensation would only take place once the original transaction had taken place. I have many many artist and photographer acquaintances who are always using couriers to carry their work...I will be making sure that none of them ever use Parcelmonkey.

I am very sorry to hear of this issue with your parcel, Parcel Monkey do not make the collections the courier you choose when you get a quote on our site does. If the collection is missed by the courier our team are on hand to step in and help via Live Chat to get it collected at the next possible opportunity. Please raise a support ticket and put FAO Manager and this will be looked into in more depth as to what the problem was.

the drive is out of order he knew I was in ,he only knocked my letterbox and did not bother to ring my door bell ,I had music on ,but I had my portable door bell ringer with me this was on Friday did not receive until Monday so took nearly a week to deliver NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Sorry to hear there was an issue with the delivery, we at Parcel Monkey do not pick up the items, we resell the courier services who then do come and collect the goods and deliver them. I can see it was attempted by the driver to be delivered and was as soon as possible put back out for delivery the next working day. If the customer does not come to the door the driver will move on to complete his round, so I am sorry to read you missed him.

Only used twice. First time I had to speak to an advisor to rearrange a collection which was rearranged for me but parcel force still turned up for original booking. Lucky enough someone was in and all went well.happy with service so far and will continue to use them.

A parcel of 7.3 kg to New Zealand around £50 with parcel monkey over £100 with Royal Mail. Parcel picked up from our house Monday afternoon and delivered to a postal service for our son to collect the following Monday. Price included insurance and a tracking service. Absolutely excellent.

Good service, but the driver was very reluctant to print & sign his name. When l said l was going to call in and report this,he changed his mind.
All he wanted to do was sign DPD.
Good service overall,picked up parcel on time,speedy delivery.
The cost was reasonable,l will use this service again.

AVOID Parcel Monkey at all costs. Spend the money on a better service. I ordered my TV to be delivered from England to Finland. 1. The collection didnt happen on the day they mentioned and no notification of any delay was given. Even when the person at the collection address queried customer service at 5pm on the day after waiting around, they said they couldnt give any details on the collection. A day wasted. At 6pm that day collection had to be rescheduled for the next week. 2. My TV finally arrived today, completely smashed!!! I had the TV packed by a shipping & storage firm so it was well protected for this kind of transport. It appears based on the state of the TV that absolutely no care whatsoever had been taken with the package in transit. It looks like it had been repeatedly thrown from a height onto its edge. Do not use Parcel Monkey, the customer service is awful and based on many reviews (which I really wish I paid more attention to in the first place), there is a high probability that your goods will arrive damaged!

I am sorry to hear you have had an issue with the courier booked on our site we resell courier rates so the service is the same should you go directly, just cheaper on our site as we have better rates due to the volume of items we ship.
The collection is made by this courier so they come to pick this up so apologies for the delay and for how this item was handled by the courier you chose- however we do advise at the time of booking this item is prohibited as it is fragile to be transported via a courier network and that is something outside of Parcel Monkeys control.
Please do open a support ticket and we will be happy to investigate this with the courier and see if we can assist further.

Parcel was picked up and delivered on time at a very savy price. Only drawback is we need to choose a company and book to see what are the available slots of pick up time.

So I booked a parcel online and entered my cc details, order processed label should be available "immanently" a few hour later still no email and I need to log back into my dashboard.....but I dont remember creating account during the order process... Assumed an email would have been sent after order creation with a password. No email received. Tried the forgot password link..... 24 hours later still no email....tried to contact Customer services "YOU MUST LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES" well my problem is with account creation so Im a bit stuck..... Tried to create a new account "THIS EMAIL IS ALREADY REGISTERED" another dead end. No other contact options available, not even through Facebook, hopefully someone moniters this. My parcel is due for collection shortly.

Thank you Parcel Monkey for the prompt service I received this week. The parcel was collected from the post office on Monday and was in South Carolina on Friday. As I had never sent a parcel abroad before I was a little nervous but I shouldnt have been. I will be recommending you to all I know and will definitely use you again.
