The service worked very well - quick delivery and no problems at all. I would have liked more information to be sent via online tracking, however.

The website is easy to use, and labels to print off, providing you possess a printer! The parcel is collected within an hour timeslot on the day arranged, and most importantly , it is tracked to its destination.Delivered promptly, on the promised day. I would recommend parcel monkey to anyone!

Sent a package from Dorset to Edinburgh, via DPD, for almost half the price of Royal Mail. ParcelMonkey service worked flawlessly. I chose DPD Pickup (which meant I dropped the package off at one of their collection points for onward despatch). I am usually very impressed with DPDs service, however this time there was a small hiccup. When using the Card Reference number for my drop-off to track the package, the website said "Your parcel is on its way BACK to you" with no explanation as to why this might be. Rather disconcerting. On enquiry to DPD customer service, it turned out that DPD recycle Pickup card numbers, and had not updated the status of this particular number, so I was getting the status message for somebody elses earlier consignment, not my own. A small procedural hiccup that I hope they will fix in future.

An excellent very efficient and reliable service. It was easy to find the best service and easy steps to follow. It took 4 days for my parcel to reach its destination in Melbourne Australia .

Quick, hassle free & even though there was traffic & my parcel would be delivered later than expected, the driver called me to advise of the ETA & also once he had delivered. Totally commendable service & will without hesitation use them again!

Never used parcel monkey before.
Used it to have excess baggage collected from my work to my home.
Used parcel force to do this through parcel monkey. Had no printer so used a service that did not require it. Booked the collection on Saturday so collection was for Monday.
they collected it before 9am so did not have to wait in so very happy about that. My delivery date was 2 days. It arrived around 1600hrs wednesday afternoon. With no damage very pleased with the service. Will defo use again

Great service, I just wish the online booking more user-friendly. When I got to the post office, I couldnt figure out which company we have actually booked the delivery with as it wasnt mentioned on the printout. The lady at the post office was able to find it by trial and error.

So Parcel Monkey is a parcel delivery management company that allows you to book discounted delivery with couriers. They use couriers such as DPD, DX and Royal Mail and their prices are usually a little cheaper than booking direct; however, BEWARE! If you book direct with the company and there is an issue with the delivery, you may be entitled to some compensation but if you book with Parcel Monkey, they become the customer and you become the third person. If you have a problem, you have to contact Parcel Monkey and they then contact the courier. I recently booked a parcel delivery through Parcel Monkey using DPD on a 2 day service from the UK to Ireland (Not a massive distance!). I dropped the parcel off at the DPD Parcelshop drop off point and where it remained for 6 days! My customer was bouncing as they needed the package. To try and keep them happy, i refunded the £23 postage that i had paid and asked Parcel Monkey to do the same. They declined! The parcel was delivered some 9 days later. This is not good service, i will not be using again and i would advise that if you are going to use a Parcel Management tool that you use something like another courier who are cheaper and have better customer service.

Apart from not sending the initial email with the postage label, it was a pretty good service. Much cheaper than other sites. The main thing is my parcel got to its destination in good time. I did the online chat to follow up my missing email and they sent the label straight through.

So, the item I had collected by DX via ParcelMonkey arrived with a shattered toughened glass door. It was clearly dropped or unsecured in the van as there was no damage to the box. Fortunately, or so I thought, Id taken out the extra insurance. Unfortunately ParcelMonkey kept insisting I send photos of the damaged box. I told them the box was not damaged. During this time, 10 days elapsed, so they invoked their clause claiming that all documents must be submitted to them within 10 days, and that my claim was thus closed. No come back, No acceptance that I shouldnt have to provide docs unrelated to what I was actually claiming. Wont be using again.

Glass is a prohibited item advised at the time of booking and our claims team will review every case that comes through and will need the customer to cooperate to assist in the process of raising it with the courier who carried the item. Have used twice before very keen pricing also offers the cheapest comparisons and then the next 5 or so after that to compare and very easy to set up the payment, the drop off was very local, so particularly for heavy items ideal

I had quite few parcels which has been delivered with damaged content and recently one of my parcels has been delivered to unknown receiver and different address still waiting for slow claim process. Getting a nightmare using UPS.

Parcel was not collected on the date it should have been despite it saying on my Parcel monkey tracking page that it had been collected. I phoned to rearrange collection for a specific day the following week as I was out every other day but still had a note through the door every day saying that collection had been attempted. Parcel was eventually collected 5 days later than initially booked.
