Booked on-line to pick up a package from an UK location and bring it to me in another EU country. Gave me several courier options. Super easy!

Website information was excellent. Prices were competitive. Print off was excellent. Collection was outstanding. Will definitely use them again in the very near future.

Living in Portugal it can be tough trying to buy things on line as many sellers just dont seem to like the hassle of international delivery. Perhaps dangerously this service now means I have no such limitations. It was effortless and cost effective to arrange for items to be sent to my Uncle and then forwarded to me - particularly as he didnt need to do a thing other than affix the label and provide to the courier who came to the house. I was able to arrange everything on line and pay too. I was kept informed during the whole process and was very impressed.

Had to send parcel of us went to post office they wanted £84 pound via parcel force checked with parcel monkey some company with extra insurance £40 how is this possible happy customer thanks

Webpage easy to navigate , paperwork straightforward. I dropped off my parcel at my local post office and it was delivered to Germany 3 days later .

We were very happy with the service we got from both Parcel Monkey and Parcel Force. The package was picked up in good time and we were able to track its progress and see that it was delivered in good time.
The only reason we have not given 5 stars is because we had no confirmation email to reassure us that Parcel Force were definitely coming to collect the package as we had been lead to believe would be the case. In the event they came nice and early so we were not wondering long!
I guess this is probably a Parcel Force problem rather than Parcel Monkey.
Very good value for money.

Scheduled a drop-off with parcelmonkey at 11pm friday and they scheduled the collection for the same day. What? Is the driver going to collect it at 11pm? I dont think so. CS rescheduled my package, saying that I was "late"??? Seriously. You dont schedule a collection for Friday if the order is at 11pm. Move it to the next day. Wow. Blaming me for the system error isnt cool Furthermore, the tracking number they provided NEVER worked. It has been delivered now (buyer told me) but the tracking never updated from "labels ready to print" 2/5, parcel got delivered, but Im not going through that hell again!

Had to send a folding glass shower screen back. Didnt realise that in the insurance small print it said glass objects not covered and company policy was not to transport glass, and nobody contacted me about this before collection to set me straight despite the fact Id filled in a form to describe the object. The shower screen was packaged and padded in its original packaging. When it was collected the courier did not comment despite the "fragile" "glass" etc. warnings all over the large box. The manufacturers refused to refund us the money for the screen because (and they sent us photos) it was smashed into smithereens. It was as though someone couldnt care less that it was a glass object because they knew it wouldnt be covered, so they wouldnt have to accept liability. They must literally have thrown it around for it to be that smashed inside the packaging. So angry.

My experience of using Parcelforce through parcel Monkey was hassle free from start to finish and the delivery driver was incredibly friendly and helpful

Web site not so easy and when it went to parcelfirces own site it got harder
I had childs nursery table to send but the software in parcel force wont accept Table as a permitted item I had to say box just had a gift in it to get site to work
After that all worked well collection and delivery timed as promised which is good as our delivery was to Wick !!!!!

I priced a delivery and then when i wanted to order, and was asked for more info, the choice of courier changed and the suppliers were less flexible. e.g. the supplier i had to use could give me no approx. time for collection whereas the one i wanted to use would have done that. Disapointed.

Extremely late delivery, no explanation or help offered. used live chat who fobbed me off with "nothing" answers. My last question has still not been answered after 9 hours and counting. Chat window still open, still waiting!!

Have used parcel monkey for worldwide and European parcels without any problems for a good few years, I always use the drop off services and the major parcel companys so havent experienced any problems. Would recommend them as they represent significant savings over using the P.O. and major couriers direct.

Parcel not collected on booked day despite paying a premium for next day delivery. Contacted online support who told me someone had attempted to collect but scanned as customer not available which wasnt true as someone stayed in all day; Customer Service person ignored my conversation after I said that was a lie. Delivery operative who delivers here regularly confirmed he was never handed the job on the designated day when collecting parcel on the next day after Id been forced to re-arrange collection. Not impressed, poor service all round!

Our parcel was delivered completely damaged and unusable. There is absolutely no means of contacting these people, even the Omsbudsman couldnt get hold of them when we appointed them to fight our case with them. They may provide cheap courier services, but you get what you pay for but in our experience, this has cost us dearly. Dont even go there if youre reading this

I have used parcel monkey to send a parcel abroad. It was food to get different options who I could send the parcel with. It could have beenade a. little easier if it would have had an explanation, which label needs to go onto the parcel, even to post office lady struggled. And I couldnt track the parcel with the tracking number, hence the reason I only gave 4 stars. The parcel itself was safely delivered within 3 days.
