Took a little time to get confirmed price but after that service was efficient, parcel picked up no problem and all done much more easily than struggling to get to the Post Office!!

We went online and looked at various sites all well known courier services. the processes were long-winded and once wed reached the end of entering all of the details of our personal details, the recipients details, the dimensions and weight of the parcel,we were horrified at the cost!!
We chose Parcel Monkey and wow, the cost was almost a third of the other prices, the parcel was collected within the specified time and delivered to Cambodia in less than one week. Well certainly use this courier again and would recommend to friends and family.

only negative was that I thought I needed to print out my labels so rushed out to do this as my printer was broken and it wasnt necessary as the driver had them.

Parcel Monkey farm out your parcel to the cheapest shipper. If anything goes wrong, you are stuck in hamster wheel of Parcel Monkey not being responsible - even for telling you what has happened. My parcel was overweight - a genuine mistake. Parcelforce returned the item to the sender, without informing me and marking it as delivered. Parcel Monkey didnt let me know or take any responsibility for what is frankly, unacceptable levels of communication. All of this is fine if you are not too bothered about the contents of your parcel or when it gets there, if at all!

Parcel Monkey is a courier quote engine, and you choose which carrier will handle your item based on budget and time frame, so the customer has ultimate choice on who handles their item. We offer full tracking on all items so you can view if there is an issue, and if so let our team know so we can help. It is the senders responsibility to measure and weigh accurately as we cannot double check this, as we never handle the item.

We used Parcel Monkey to send 2 large bags from UK to Switzerland. We dropped them at a London post office 1 months ago. According to Parcel Monkey, the bags should have arrive within 3 days. One bag arrived after 2 weeks, the other one is still in the UK. We submitted all the requested documentation (including declaration for customs). Parcel Monkey does not provide phone or email support, you can only chat with them. I had over 20 (!) chat sessions so far, without ANY progress. The supporters have no clue about the process status or the parcel. The default answer from the supporter in the chat session is: "Someone from the return department will contact during the next days" - which did not happen. If you are asking for an escalation process they provide a postal address in the UK. We sent an escalation letter over a week ago, provided our email address, mobile numbers - no one contacted us. This is the worst service company Ive seen in my whole life. My recommendation is: AVOID.

The website itself is fine, the problem would be from the courier companies contracted via the site not fulfilling their duties and thus tarnishing Parcel Monkeys reputation.

I used Parcel Monkey few times now and I never had any problem with them. I will keep using them and I do recommend them to all my friends.
Parcels are always picked up when they say they will be and they are delivered withing the time period which was originally advertised.
Great service and thank you for being reliable.

Sent a 3kg Parcel from UK to India via dpd. The parcel was collected from a local shop in Warrington UK on Monday afternoon, and delivered to its destination in Pune India by the Saturday afternoon (excellent 5 day service).

No real information on what was going on. I tried tracking the parcel and got a notification thta there was some problem with pickup - but no proactive notification to me - but then it arrived fine next day anyway In general, bad communications - but it worked OK.

It says from 4-6 to delivery an item but it took more than a week and the item still in the UK... Sent a birthday present for a 1years old boy and hoped my nephew received it on time but delivering it on time failed !!! So regret using this company I should of sticked with Courier as they never disappointed me.

I had to ship a parcel from Poole in the UK to the South of France. I delivered the parcel to my local Post Office on Tuesday and it was delivered in France on Friday morning. Simply excellent service, affordable and ripe to be used time and time again.

I wasnt sure about using this company as I had never heard of them, and were aware they were just a middle man. They were cheaper than parcel force, who were the actually couriers picking up parcel. I had to use the online support to change my collection date, which was quick & easy. And my parcel arrived in Brunei 2 days earlier than predicted. Would use again.

Got a good price for using DPD. Dropped of at the local drop off centre and watched it being scanned into the system. Thats when the good bit ended. It was supposed to be a 24-48 hrs delivery but was not even collected 5 days later!!! Told a complaint/refund can only be dealt with after delivery (3 days later) but now they dont want to know. They are blaming the courier but talking with a regular DPD driver this is normal from parcel monkey as they withold info for as long as possible. Pay the extra and go direct!!!!

I am very sorry to hear about this issue with DPD, if they have the order in their system and fail to collect this an error on their behalf. If the item is taken to the shop and scanned in then DPD have this and the driver should pick this up. All Parcel Monkey do is take payment and hand the details over, we do not hold the info as it has to be instantly sent to DPD to arrange collection. Once the goods are delivered we can then speak with DPD to see why they caused the delay and that the item has arrived safely and that we do not need to open a claim in case the item is lost in the DPD network.
