Once i booked it, i just had to print the label of the parcel. They came the day that i booked providing tracking number of the parcel. The parcel took just 3 days to arrive in South EU. I will definitely use it again.

First time using Parcel Monkey, very happy sent a parcel internationally, it was picked up the next day by DPD and delivered within 3 working days for a quarter of the price Parcelforce was charging.
Will be using from now on.

It was much cheaper than booking through the courier (Parcel Force) directly and the item was picked up same day. Went from UK-USA, Friday-Monday. Any customer service queries have to go through Parcel Monkey. You get the couriers tracking details to track directly through couriers website.
Excellent, would recommend!

Sadly we do not handle the goods ourselves, we simply resell the services on our platform and offer the chance to add protection cover for your item as part of the quote engine to protect you against damage.

i hate companies that send spam asking for a review, They should just put a link on their own website to give people the option, all i want by email is the conformation and money off codes.

My first experience with Parcel Monkey and theyve just pulled a fast one on me. I had a package weighed at 3kg and paid accordingly. During the delivery I received an email from Parcel Monkey stating that the package was actually 7.5kg and that an additional fee of £28.95 had been deducted from my card. I have just received the package. It weighs 3kg. In fact the courier company even stuck a label on the package confirming the weight of the consignment, so the response below from Parcel Monkey is simply untrue. I was effectively charged over £60 for a delivery I was originally quoted as costing £32.76. Not only did Parcel Monkey make up an additional fee, they then deducted the additional amount from my card without permission. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. As a savvy internet user I feel foolish for falling for such a simple scam like this.

As you can see from our overall rating of 8/10 made up from the opinions of thousands of customers we are a legitimate company and have been trading for some time.
Additional charges are made by the carrier when goods are sent and not correctly weighed and measured by the sender, and thus they charge us and we pass that on to you. It is based on volumetric weight which is calculated not just on the weight, but all dimensions. If you are unhappy with this charge and want the proof of the actual measurements collected by the courier using laser scanning technology at their depot, please open a ticket and raise this with our support team. Likewise if the courier is incorrect we will be happy to pursue this with them on your behalf.

I have used Parcel Monkey many times, however, always given them the benefit of the doubt. No more!!! I booked a delivery for 10am the next day this morning, however, the courier failed to collect! I contacted their on line service team, who constantly read from a script, therefore, giving no customer service. After speaking with one agent, I was advised to wait until 6pm. We close at 4:00 - therefore had to wait 2 hours as this parcel was urgently needed. Guess what?? No collection. I contacted the team again to be told I collection could be up till 7pm!! By t his time I was seething!! The operative was reading from a script and offered to collect tomorrow! What part of THIS PARCEL IS URGENT AND NEEDED TO BE AT THE DESTINATION ADDRESS FOR 10AM THE NEXT DAY, do they not understand!!! After contacting the customer service team again I was advised that the courier would not be collecting now as it was after 6pm. Parcel Monkeys strap line is we help thousands of people save money every day!!!! I feel they should add NOT at the end. Their incompetence has caused inconvenience to me and my customer, loss of earning and extra stress. I paid Parcel Monkey in all good faith they would deliver what they advertise, however, I have now been told my refund will take 5 working days. Please think twice before using Parcel Monkey

I am very sorry to hear about this issue with the collection, Parcel Monkey are not a courier we resell courier services so this non collection would of been caused by the courier Parcelforce, They can collect until 6pm on the allocated day so the agent would of been correct to advise this.

My only slight area of dissatisfaction is that you are not given a time window for the collection on the day of collection which means you have to devote the whole day waiting for the courier to arrive. Fine if its in the early part of the day but tough if its late afternoon.

The parcel was delivered late and the web site showed that the parcel was at destination when it was still in transit. Furthermore the recipient was charged on the other end as an unauthorised charge inspite of the service being fully prepaid

Sorry to hear this item was delivered later than expected, our service time are a guideline provided by the courier themselves against their services as they handle the goods, and we resell the rates.
All items are sent with customs duties unpaid and customs charges are out of the control of Parcel Monkey. The recipient may be charged based on what you are sending and the value of the goods by the destination customs department.

overall, i was happy with the service. price was significantly lower than other companies.
however, was unhappy that there was no guidance about the times at which collection + delivery would be carried out. i can understand that it is very difficult to give an exact time, but an indication of morning or afternoon would be very helpful!
i was only told that collection+delivery would occur between 8am-6pm. both happened at about 2-3pm, and so i wasted most of working day waiting for the courier.
