Pick up collection was around 9 am, so i didnt have to wait all day. Package was delibered on time as well. Very happy with the service. Easy and quick.

I booked two bags on 17th August. One of those got delivered on 24th August and the order tracking status is showing delivered for the whole consignment. Horrible experience. Can you bother finding me the other bag now?

Two of the items I sent were very damaged, the damage leads me to believe they were dropped. They are heavy so care should have been taken. However, as with most delivery companies, their insurance policy has no grounds for me to claim as electrical items/speakers, are exempt so I had to take it as a risk using any delivery company. Other than that, great service, delivery driver was helpful and nice. Price was great value. Thanks

Booked parcel in easily online, excellent value. Parcel collected from Bristol and delivered to London promptly by 10.30 the next morning.

I sent 2 parcel on Friday from Oxford, UK and I received them on tuesday in Italy. I could track my pack every day. They noticed me that one pack was damaged. I think they could put a bit of tape. But I am satisfied.

Two boxes of assorted stuff from UK to South Korea. Easy instructions, parcels collected promptly and delivered without fuss. The only fly in the ointment is that Parcel Monkeys tracking service gives useless information. I had no idea that parcels had been delivered until my colleague confirmed - in fact Parcel Monkey didnt even tell they had left the country! However, its a good service at a very good price.

I feel I was highly over charged for a parcel that I sent. I measured and weighed as instructed and was told my parcel was so much heavier than I had weighed at home. I used this service as I thought it would have been cheaper than going to post office I was so wrong. Will just stick to post office.

Additional charges are carried out based on evidence provided by the courier concerned.
You can of course raise this issue with our online support team and they will provide you with the evidence from the courier and explain fully why a further charge was applied.

Fantastic website and customer service, I would recommend to everyone! I had two problems and they were resolved immediately by the online chat. Once it was even late at night on the weekend, I couldnt believe I didnt have to wait until Monday for it to be solved, in fact it was immediately solved. The website is also very user friendly

Such an easy way to find the cost of sending parcels. Good price range and choice of companies. Easy steps to print out dispatch labels (or you can pay a little more for collection and the courier brings labels). I opted for dropping my parcels to a designated shop for collection, again very easy to do and kept the cost down. I will be using the service again.

The "hidden charges abroad" would relate to customs duty imposed by the customs officers in the destination country. This is not a cost that is controlled or raised by Parcelmonkey Ltd or the courier selected by you when booking.

Parcel was collected on the day set and arrived at destination within a week. This was excellent as it travelled from Scotland to Brunei and had gone through customs. Delighted with Parcel Monkey.

This can only relate to your item being over 30kg which is the maximum allowed with ParcelForce.
The surcharge for exceeding this is made clear to all customers prior to booking and acknowledged as being read and understood. The charge is passed on to Parcelmonkey Ltd by ParcelForce Worldwide and subsequently passed on to the customer at fault.
While the charge may seem high it is not directly controlled by Parcelmonkey Ltd.
Website said same day collection, when confirmation finally arrived it was dated collection the following day. When a telephone call was made to query this a very abrupt lady tried to say the wrong option was selected. By 5 pm the following day the parcel still had not been collected and I was told someone had been and was turned away!!! When finally the parcel was collected 2 days later, the Parcel Force courier informed me that they had not been informed of the collection initially, so nobody had tried to collect the day before, and that the price I paid was more than if I had gone to them direct. Will not be sing Parcel Monkey in the future

Whilst you order was placed moments before the same day collection window, it was not confirmed in time by ParcelForce which caused the same day collection to fail.
All customers are advised not to contact the couriers directly and instead raise any issues they have with us as we hold the account directly with the courier.
The ParcelForce courier is incorrect as ad hoc collections with ParcelForce are not provided to non account customers at rates that are lower than ours.
Please accept my personal apologies for the mix up by ParcelForce though and I am sorry to read you will not be trying us again in the future because of this.

I use various couriers on a frequent basis. However, the combination of using ParcelMonkey and Parcelforce was my worst courier experience ever! As a result I would never use either again. I encountered a series of blunders by Parcelforce resulting in my parcel being delivered 7 days after the original collection date, despite selecting a 48hr service. Granted, Parcelmonkey were fairly quick to respond, but their responses were completely unhelpful, evasive and they repeatedly advised that they were conducting further investigations, but at no point did they relay what the outcome of these investigations were. Their avoidance tactics to accept any responsibility or answer simple questions I found to be extremely frustrating and time consuming, Therefore, myself and the recipient had to do all the chasing directly with parcelforce, as dealing with Parcelmonkey was like pulling teeth! I now am having to escalate the matter as I have been unable to receive a satisfactory response from them. Dreadful, dreadful 1st and LAST experience using them!
