Negative: I know furniture was amongst items excluded from guarantee in case of loss or damage, but I was not expecting these to arrive completely broken. For this to happen given the packaging they were wrapped in, I can only think of a treatment that is similar to thrown luggage at the airport. Also, a simple SMS would have been good to acknowledge the order, confirm the collection date and provide a time slot for delivery/collection. There was a bit of uncertainty till the last minute. Positive: On the plus side, otherwise, delivery and collection were arranged on the same day, and I was quite surprised to note that ParcelForce had arranged themselves to make this happen in one shot. The driver was very helpful and carried the items where they were needed.

I should have been informed that Parcel Monkey does not package. My item was refused by parcel monkey pick up person . So I guess I ended up spending my hard earned money for a service that was never been delivered.

Sent a package to Madeire a place where the most of parcel service either not available or very expensive. Its a highly recommended service here. Very competitive price. Im very happy to work with them.

I was very impressed with how efficient , punctual and reliable my experience was with Parcel Monkey. I didnt expect it and was braced for a fight but there was no arguing needed as the whole thing went to plan, for which I am very grateful.

Parcels disappeared into customs. After 3 weeks TP had done nothing to explain the delay. No communication at all. Even after several texts requesting information they did nothing. Eventually had to sort the problem myself.

When the label was supposed to have been emailed within 1 hour, I spoke to the on-line help desk and basically the conversation went along the lines of if I wasnt satisfied, the order could be cancelled. Obviously I didnt want to cancel the order, I just wanted the label as promised within an hour of placing the order. The help desk attitude was one of take it, or,leave it. poor experience for my 1st time, shall have to think long and hard before using this service again.

Parcel got to destination quicker than expected. Had a little difficulty tracking parcel. With a little help from click to chat I managed to track parcel. First time using parcel monkey/dpd, overall impressed.

I compared prices with various suppliers directly and was quoted considerably more than Parcel Monkey charged. Furthermore I selected a 48 hour delivery service, in preference to 24 hour delivery, as there was no urgency for delivery. The parcel arrived within 24 hours. I saved money and received the same quality service. Hence why I gave Parcel Monkey 5 stars.
Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

Im somewhat bemused that youre seeking feedback on your service, when my parcel is still sat in my hallway! I waited in all day on Tuesday between (8am and 6pm) and nobody turned up to another courier. I rebooked for Thursday and waited in all day again - still no parcel collection. .. why isnt someone calling me to tell me my parcel wont be collected after all!? .. why is the only option on your online chat support to rebook or cancel!? .. why isnt there a number to call to speak to a real person? .. with a heavy heart, I have rebooked again for next Wednesday. I will wait in all day again, but already lost faith that someone might actually turn up to take my parcel away :(

I paid for sending a 4kg parcel to China on the 12th of June. On the 13th DPD was supposed to collect. They didnt and ParcelMonkey rescheduled every day. The customer service people kept saying that they are sorry and they are waiting from their courier to respond. All my questions were pretty much ignored. Ive asked to talk to a manager to change the order to a drop off and theyve never done it. They would just ignore the message and I had to start new complaints through the website. NO PHONE NUMBER! There is no one you can actually talk to. On the 17th my parcel was collected by a man from DPD. On the 18th Im getting a message from ParcelMonkey saying that their courier came on the 16th and no one was in. That is a lie. I waited all day at home for these pick up to happen. And this over the fact that my parcel was collected? Its a £500 wort product in there and now its lost... Abolutely impossible!

We cant swap an order going to China with DPD so that you could drop it off but we can now look into why your order was collected but now shows as not.

Easy to use service that is both speedy and reliable. Be aware to check junk folder to print shipping label as you need to do this yourself before they pick up. 20kg package arrived in sweden 6 days later and for the price its an excellent service. Will use again!

The eBay link never worked and the online help was useless. Used the online chat for over an hour once and got absolutely nowhere, it was like talking to someone with very short term memory loss. Fine (maybe) to send the odd private parcel but if youre a small business then forget it - pay the extra and go direct to the actual carriers.

It is always a nervous thing on use a new company from a different continent. Everything happened exactly as described on the website, every move my parcel made was recorded and I was able to track it.
Very satisfied and all this at the best price. WELL DONE!!

i booked a parcel to be delivered in in korea, that eventually got lost, ok these happens sometimes i get it. after many messages to get a refund from parcelmonkey that took over 1 month, they offered to pay back 25£ and the cost of my shipping which is nothing ofc cause the parcel costed over 100£ Tten i got a email if i want the money back in my paypal account or in my bank account. i chose paypal. after a couple of days that i didnt see the money in my balance i messaged them to see if they have sent me and guess what that *****s sent the money to my personal email and not the one the i paid the parcel and that is linked to my paypal so now i cant even claim 50£ and they refuse to sent them again blaming me for their mistake. nice job parcelmonkey congratulations your finance team is braindead

NEVER ever use this company...like ever. The do not have a phone number and when something goes wrong they just blame the courier!! I have never seen a company that cannot accept responsibility. I wanted a parcel collected on 6th June to send to Jamaica and I waited in ALL DAY and nobody came to collect it...it wasnt until 8th that someone actually came and collected it. i paid for a 3-4 day delivery and here I am on the 17th June and my parcel has still not arrived nor can anyone tell me what is going on... My partners birthday was on the 10th June and was supposed to be made a part of a surprise party.... a week later still nothing all they keep saying is they will contact the couriers and let me know...... I am completely upset that i even used parcel monkey as i had seen some bad reviews but so i could save a few quid i thought i would give them a try. Now i can CERTAINLY say IT IS NOT WORTH IT! I dont even know where my parcel is and the tracking system they have is a shambles much like the whole parcel monkey uk website!!! dont use them might aswel just use Courier or someone else directly. All i want is my parcel back and a full refund... not happy one bit this has caused so much stress i hope this review helps someone!!!

EVERYONE STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!! They are crooks! I had my item completely lost by Parcelforce who ADMITTED to me THEMSELVES that they had lost it, because I had phoned them myself. Parcel Monkey said that they had to wait to hear back from Parcelforce to acknowledge the outcome, however this is what they said to me everytime I contacted them! Which by the way you can not contact them properly anyway because they have no telephone number!? Why would you trust a company that can not even offer a simple contact telephone number!? Parcel Monkey have not been back in contact with me regarding my case and I have NOT received my claim or even a refund! So as far as Im concerned they could have made the claim and kept the money! One things for sure though, theyve certainly kept my refund! A TRULY dishonest and terrible terrible company who should not be operating. You are better off just going direct to the courier themselves, whose prices are virtually the same anyway and have piece of mind if anything goes wrong.
